This paper focuses on introducinganAdvancement in the Error Indication Messages for aLTE based system which would relay the informationfrom Layer 1 to Layer 2 about the configurations whichhave encountered an error and also providing details ofthe area of code in which the issue was found in Layer1. The Layer 2 can utilize this information to avoid suchconfigurations to be sent down to Layer 1 and to insteadsend the next best known configuration and to avoidany crash scenarios. These details can also provide adetailed level of debugging on the Layer 1 levelreducing the debugging time allowing more efficiencyby detecting and pinpointing issues or bugs.","PeriodicalId":189849,"journal":{"name":"2016 8th International Conference on Computational Intelligence and Communication Networks (CICN)","volume":"170 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122689936","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These computer solutions take the form of algorithms which characterize specific behaviour of animals or birds in their natural habitat. The two bio-inspired computational concepts in modern times includes evolutionary and swarm intelligence. A novel introduction to the bio-inspired computational concepts of swarm behaviour is the study of characteristics of kestrel birds. The study presents, as a concept paper, a meta-heuristic algorithm called kestrel-based search algorithm (KSA) for association rule mining and classification of frequently changed items on big data environment. This algorithm aims to find best possible rules and patterns in dataset using minimum support and minimum confidence.","PeriodicalId":189849,"journal":{"name":"2016 8th International Conference on Computational Intelligence and Communication Networks (CICN)","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134577034","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Here we have taken third order microstrip Lowpass filter with cut off frequency of 2 GHz, FR-4 lossy is used as a substrate with dielectric constant 4.3. Richard's transformation and Kuruda's identity have been used to convert the lumped elements into the distributed line elements to realize the filter. Two different shapes of CSRR have been considered for carrying out exact cut off frequency. Instead of increasing the order of filter we use square and circular shapes of CSRR's with host transmission line in the ground plane. The whole design was simulated by using CST Microwave Studio for further implementation.","PeriodicalId":189849,"journal":{"name":"2016 8th International Conference on Computational Intelligence and Communication Networks (CICN)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114439469","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Generally VDD is constant DC supply but here, we are using pulsated VDD supply i.e. power supply is synchronized with the clock signal. A LEACH-1R that transforms the LEACH by making use of first clustering round & performing the inter-cluster choosing of new CHs (cluster head) rather than aggregated reclustering. A MWSN is termed as a set of wireless mobile nodes & base station that generates an ad-hoc network. Such network can be implemented over several kinds of fields, like underground & underwater. Each node is provided with a particular amount of energy & randomized mobilization. As the absorption of energy is considered to be a cardinal aspect, the protocols of Hierarchal type are able to cope up with this issue, as an illustration, LEACH protocol. LEACH-1R is considered to be an extension to LEACH protocol that improvise the lifetime of a network but the protocol also makes use of location of sensors for organization of network. Hence, it is not considered to be much effective in that field where node localization with the mobility is not possible. In this document, we tend to improvise the traditional algorithm for generating a latest protocol that is termed as LEACH-1R Decentralized for enhancing the lifetime of a network with applying the maps. Further, this protocol is put in contrast to the SMAC & TSEEC for the lifetime of network & dissipation of energy by making use of network simulator. In this experimentation, we tend to enhance the performance of packet delivery ration for a 50 MSN having 2 cluster & 100 MSN comprising 3 cluster.","PeriodicalId":189849,"journal":{"name":"2016 8th International Conference on Computational Intelligence and Communication Networks (CICN)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121743058","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Personal health monitoring systems can be useful in reducing mortality rates as well as for treatment and prevention of associated complications. A current challenge is the limited accessibility to devices which offer advanced feature extraction for cardiovascular diagnosis. In this work, investigations are presented using non-invasive and continuous monitoring using photoplethysmography (PPG), a simple, low-cost, popular choice for wearable devices, from which features other than pulse rate and blood pressure can be extracted from acquired PPG signals. The investigations outlined in this paper advance work in automated feature extraction for cardiovascular diagnosis, demonstrated through identification of the 'a', 'b' and 'e' waves derived from the second derivative of the PPG waveform, followed by calculation of indices associated with patient arterial stiffness using these waves. Results suggest that the implemented approach is a useful tool in assessing physiological features which could be utilized to determine cardiovascular conditions. The approach is important in providing insights into the emerging design space for cardiovascular monitoring and feature extraction as part of personalized healthcare systems.","PeriodicalId":189849,"journal":{"name":"2016 8th International Conference on Computational Intelligence and Communication Networks (CICN)","volume":"84 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126214669","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Firstly, TargetWeighted Histogram (TWH) is introduced to describe target in Mean-shift tracking framework, i.e., using local-background of target to weaken inner-background features of all-region in order to make target features prominent in tracking process, secondly, FB-error restriction is introduced, the predicted results of target current position and the calculated results of mean-shift vector are combined together to estimate the final target location of time t by using weighted function about FBerror.
