It provides defended, rapid, beneficial data storage and computing power with the assistance of internet. Cloud provides on-demand services for different QoS requirements of different users. So, scheduling the services is wearying one. In this paper, we proposed Hybrid heuristic based HEFT to provide efficient task scheduling in cloud environment. In addition, task duplication concept is combined with greedy randomized search procedure to solve optimization problems in heterogenous environment.
