Abstract

In this paper, a study and analysis of various inverter circuits are made and a pulsated power supply inverter circuit is proposed which is based on pulsated power supply. Generally VDD is constant DC supply but here, we are using pulsated VDD supply i.e. power supply is synchronized with the clock signal. In this work, all the transistor models are taken from the Cadence GPDK090nm technology file. Advantages of the proposed approach are speed and less power consumption with comparison to other inverter circuits.
