Information crimes are regulated in the Turkish Penal Code No.5237. However, some crimes regulated the Turkish criminal law can be committed by information systems, although they are not regulated separately as cybercrimes. This study aims to deal with the issue of obscenity crime, which is one of these types of crime and is of great importance since its definition may change over time, and it is commonly committed through information systems. This study will focus on the most common situations we encounter in practice in terms of obscenity crime. To bring theoretical clarifications, this study aimed to review the literature in the field for the 2016-2021 period by overviewing the studies published in research journals and databases to investigate how talent and talent management have been defined, and which practices have been used globally. In this regard, it is rare and unlikely to refer to the person having this disorder, even if he is completely stabilized and in remission. The patient suffering from mental disorders defines and expresses his disease, and social sufferings secondary to his malaise, in several forms ranging from words to carrying his voice, to destigmatizing himself. In this article, a qualitative study, based on the interpretation of speech and the observation of behavior, we illustrate some cases of subjects with mental disorders followed up at the Sidi Chami Psychiatric Hospital of Oran in Algeria. This is evident in the number of foreigners who have shown interest in learning the Indonesian language for foreigners called BIPA. The purpose of this study is to know the need for foreign learners in learning the Indonesian language using folktales. This study used a qualitative approach. Data were obtained through observation and deep interviews conducted with international students. The results of the study showed that foreign students are interested in learning through folktales. They also hope that the BIPA learning will use the Indonesian language dominantly, variations of methods and resources, innovative media using various folktales, and meet many new classmates who come from different countries. Some students also assume that the Indonesian language is unique and easy to learn with folktales. The research was carried out with the participation of 165 nurses among a total of 459 nurses working in a university hospital. The data were collected by using a 21-question information form, which determines the socio-demographic and work-life characteristics of nurses and was prepared by the researcher in line with the literature, and the Individual Innovativeness Scale. The Individual Innovativeness Scale consisting of 3 subscales and 18 items that are ranked on a five-point Likert-type scale was used for the questionnaire. The data were analyzed using statistical programs. It was determined that the total score of the Individual Innovativeness Scale differed statistically according to the sociodemographic and work-life characteristics of the nurses. This study sought to assess the activities of rural banks and their contribution toward the economic development of Ghana in what the researcher described as a triangular model (AHE): Agriculture, Education, and Health. The sample consisted of 339 employees including senior members from 15 rural banks. The data for the study were collected with a questionnaire. The findings revealed that rural banks had performed well as far as the triangular model (AHE) is concerned in the localities in which they have been established and the country as a whole. Language acquires value and meaning when it is integrated with cultural elements. Students can be successful in the target language learning only if the culture of the target language becomes an inherent part of the teaching policy. This paper aims to examine the interrelationship of language, literature, culture, and language development. Enhancement of language learning is carried out through literature. To achieve the aim of this study, an extensive literature review was conducted by the researcher, using data collected from previous studies. From the results of the study, culture teaches us how to think, interact and behave in a society according to the norms framed by a particular community. The challenges of collaboration, volunteerism, and expertise are identified and explored to create opportunities for authentic engagement in any future endeavors toward the epistemological goal of education. This community-involved project aimed to encourage students to explore the skills required to complete a task. A five-member teacher team was established to facilitate students from two compulsory English seminar classes plus a few volunteers from senior classes, towards the epistemological goal of organising an online TEDxKUFS countdown event. Community support and acknowledgment from multiple perspectives can impact and inspire participants to allow students, teachers, and institutions to re-evaluate and choose what to identify with. This professionalism in the context of organization requires not only perfection in performing activities but also having the appropriate predispositions. The scientific aim of this article is to explain and extend the conceptualization in the field of creative activities performed by employees, and the relationships that occur with the relevant characteristics determining the development of creative activities. In this article, the research on cognitive, theoretical-methodological, and empirical issues in the development of managers in the field of creative activities in organizations was reviewed. The analysis of the literature allowed us to establish the research framework and indicate which attitudes of managers are important and may be related to creative activities.
