Koç","doi":"10.18844/ijss.v7i1.8516","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"This research was carried out as a descriptive study to determine the individual innovativeness characteristics of nurses. The research was carried out with the participation of 165 nurses among a total of 459 nurses working in a university hospital. The data were collected by using a 21-question information form, which determines the socio-demographic and work-life characteristics of nurses and was prepared by the researcher in line with the literature, and the Individual Innovativeness Scale. The Individual Innovativeness Scale consisting of 3 subscales and 18 items that are ranked on a five-point Likert-type scale was used for the questionnaire. The data were analyzed using statistical programs. It was determined that the total score of the Individual Innovativeness Scale differed statistically according to the sociodemographic and work-life characteristics of the nurses.
