With over 40 digital channels available in Jakarta alone, compared to just 11 national television stations previously, and the growing dominance of digital media, traditional broadcasters are compelled to adapt. This study focuses on tvOne, a conventional television broadcaster, and its strategic responses to these challenges. Our research methodology employs a qualitative approach in order to extract valuable and insightful information from highly knowledgeable sources. To achieve this, we have conducted interviews with seasoned policymakers in tvOne's business strategy, as well as with professionals working in the digital division. By doing so, we aim to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter at hand. This will enable us to present a comprehensive and accurate report that will benefit the industry as a whole. The analysis reveals how tvOne leverages media convergence to transform digital threats into opportunities for value creation. Specifically, it explores tvOne's use of news broadcast footage and digital platforms like YouTube to carve out new economic niches. This case study contributes to the understanding of how television stations can utilize technology advancements to enhance the value of their offerings. For this reason, researchers will analyze the primary and secondary data of this study to determine the indirect costs of direct costs or against the contractors' contracts. This study analyzes the amount of indirect costs in the Kanor District Sports Facilities Development project of Bojonegoro Regency and looks for a relationship between indirect costs and bid prices with time performance on the Kanor District Sports Facilities Development project of Bojonegoro Regency. This research method uses data processing and indirect cost RAB making. and using analysis methods with linear regression statistical analysis. Indirect costs in the Kanor District Sports Facilities Development project are allocated to 4 (four) main things, namely tax and insurance costs (61.49%), risk costs (7.21%), and overhead costs (8.62%), general costs (8.325) quality costs 4.36%) where the percentage is calculated from the total amount of indirect costs. From the linear regression analysis it can be concluded that indirect costs affect the project work time. Bid price has no effect on project work time. These delays led to a setback in the construction progress, prompting the need for strategic measures to accelerate the project and mitigate the delays amounting to 11.48%, equivalent to 12.63 days. The potential financial consequences of this delay were estimated at IDR 228,366,605. In order to expedite the construction process, the chosen acceleration method was the crashing method, involving an increase in overtime ranging from 1 to 4 working hours, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. This required a comprehensive analysis encompassing normal cost, normal duration, critical path, productivity, crashing cost, and crashing duration calculations. Upon thorough examination, it was determined that the optimal solution to overcome the delays was to implement an additional 2 hours of overtime. However, this decision came with associated costs, resulting in a necessary expenditure of IDR 93,651,965 to achieve a crashing time of 18.30 days. Despite the increased financial commitment, this strategic approach was deemed essential to meet the project's original schedule and avoid potential penalties. The construction of the Probolinggo Regional Waste Landfill (TPA) aims to address this challenge through cross-regional sanitation services. Proper financing is crucial for successful infrastructure development, and this study compares government budget (APBN/APBD) and non-government (regional loans) financing schemes. Utilizing a quantitative approach with primary and secondary data, the analysis indicates the viability of both financing options. Government-sourced investment shows an NPV of Rp 431,148,007,790, IRR 40.55%, BCR 1.07, and a 3-year payback period. Meanwhile, non-government or regional loans exhibit an NPV of Rp 110,115,495,905, IRR 9.03%, BCR 1.3, and a 9-year payback period. The decision-making process, weighing financial and non-financial criteria, favors regional loans/loans as the preferred financing scheme for the Probolinggo TPASR project. The local government plans to construct a fishing port at Watu Ulo to enhance facilities for fishermen. This study assesses the financial feasibility and sensitivity of investing in the port's construction, considering three income scenarios: pessimistic, moderate, and optimistic. Financial analysis using NPV, IRR, BCR, and PP methods deems the project feasible for moderate and optimistic scenarios, but not for the pessimistic scenario due to IRR (6.15%) < MARR (7.72%). Sensitivity analysis reveals that revenue sensitivity is critical for all scenarios, with the investment becoming unfeasible if revenue falls below certain thresholds: -13.67% for pessimistic, -39.96% for moderate, and -40.75% for optimistic scenarios. The population in this study was 288 nursing professional students from Banda Aceh, Aceh Besar.The sampling technique used accidental sampling with a sample size of 258. This research was carried out on 20-30 July 2023. This study addresses a 7.44% delay experienced by contractors, seeking to establish early warning mechanisms for poor project performance. The Earned Value Method is employed, integrating time and cost value concepts. Key indicators such as Cost Variance (CV), Schedule Variance (SV), work productivity index (CPI), time productivity index (SPI), project completion cost forecast (EAC), and project completion schedule forecast (ECD) are utilized. The results reveal a required cost of Rp 563,044,547.85 (ETC) and a 65-day timeframe (ETS) at the end of the 7th week, with a 0.64% increase in project completion cost (EAC) over the contract cost. The project completion time (EAS) is estimated at 114 days, reflecting a 0.14% extension. However, in practice it often causes elevation differences between the two land surfaces, thereby increasing the risk of landslides. The objectives of the research are 1) Identifying the impact if Common Borrow Material (CBM) embankment work is replaced by rock embankment from excavation results, 2) Determine the value engineering process steps related to completing alternative design selection if there are differences between the actual Detailed Engineering Design in the field and 3) Determine the strategy and design optimization for volume differences which have implications for additional costs and project implementation time. The research uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods. The data analysis technique is carried out using the Zero-one and Cost Analysis methods. The research results prove that 1) Implementation of the design review method for changes in common borrow material dumping work requires innovation to reduce cost elements and match performance and quality. 2) Solving problems using the design review method in the civil works construction phase where the Detail Engineering Design and actual field conditions have different stages of value engineering analysis. 3) Based on function analysis to optimize cost savings for work items using design review, a Preliminary Design according to DED Rp. 4,068,258,782,670 and Design after RE Rp. Lampung Province, as one of the regions which is in a continuation to develop, requires the support of electric power, which at its peak load reaches 1200 MW, while the capacity of the existing power plant can only produce 700 MW, therefore the construction of a 275 kV Gumawang-Lampung 1 SUTET interconnection network with a capacity of up to 2000 MW was established to meet these requirements. Based on the time schedule which noted that the duration of foundation work started with the excavation, concreting until the reaches of it's curing time in 28 days is 42 days in 2023 December 13th is on try to speed up can be curing in 2023 December 8th, so the schedule tower installation in 2023 December 9th will be on time.
