Some failures in delivering RMC on time would delay construction performance or the truck would need to wait at the construction site, so the delivered concrete became useless if it exceeded the concrete setting time limit. This research optimizes the supply chain of ready mix concrete based on real-time data from a batching plant in Surabaya by using the metaheuristic method. The metaheuristic method used in this research are Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Symbiotic Organisms Search (SOS), and also compares the performance of both metaheuristic algorithms, because both algorithms have proven effective in solving various optimization problems. The objective function of this research is to minimize the total waiting times of mixer trucks. It is very difficult to estimate the time of a project because a project is not repetitive, there are different challenges in each development project. Delay in completing a project will cause waste in the form of overtime and overbudget. This research was conducted using judgment sampling to 5 respondents who were expert contractors. The objectives to be achieved through this research are to identify the dominant factors causing delays in a residental project using the Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method and modeling the relationship between the factors that cause delays in residential construction projects using the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) method. The result of this research is the existence of 8 levels of sub-factor hierarchical structure which becomes the framework for contractors and project owners to reduce the risk of delays in residential construction projects. Penting untuk mengatur atau mengalokasikan sumber daya yang terbatas guna menghasilkan waktu yang optimal. Untuk itu dilakukan penelitian lebih mendalam untuk mengetahui metode mana yang baik dalam menyelesaikan RCPSP. Ada lima jenis proyek dengan karakteristik yang berbeda-beda serta jumlah item pekerjaan yang beragam yang digunakan sebagai study case. Penelitian ini membandingkan Symbiotic Organisms Search (SOS) dan Genetic Algorithm (GA) untuk melihat mana yang memberikan waktu yang optimal dengan sumber daya yang terbatas. Kelima proyek menggunakan parameter yang sama yaitu populasi 50 dan iterasi 500 kali untuk SOS dan GA. Untuk jenis laptop yang gunakan untuk running program pun sama. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa SOS memberikan waktu yang lebih optimal dibandingkan dengan GA. SOS memberikan solusi lebih baik dari keadaan nyata pada empat dari lima proyek ketika menurunkan 30% sumber daya sedangkan GA hanya memberikan solusi yang lebih baik dari keadaan nyata pada dua dari lima proyek. Dari hasil optimasi, SOS menghasilkan rata-rata penurunan waktu sebanyak 30.35% sedangkan GA menghasilkan rata-rata penurunan waktu sebanyak 25.39%. \u0000Resource Constrained Project Scheduling Problem (RCPSP) is a combination of limited resource problems and project scheduling planning problems. It is important to manage or allocate limited resources in order to produce optimal time. For this reason, more in-depth research was carried out to find out which method was good for completing RCPSP. There are five types of projects with different characteristics and a variety of work items those are used as study cases. This study compares Symbiotic Organisms Search (SOS) and Genetic Algorithm (GA) to see which one gives the optimal time with limited resources. The five projects used the same parameters, such as population 50 and iterations 500 times for SOS and GA. The type of laptop that is used for running programs is the same. The results of this study concluded that SOS provides a more optimal time than GA. SOS provided better than real life solutions in four out of five projects when reduced 30% of resources whereas GA only provided better than real life solutions in two out of five projects. A deep foundation is used when the hard soil layer is located far below the soil surface. To design an optimal and economical deep foundation that still meet the safety requirements, Ultimate Limit State (ULS), Serviceability Limit State (SLS), and economic are required. Previous studies indicate that metaheuristic method can be used as an alternative to solve existing optimization problems. Therefore, this study uses metaheuristic methods which are Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Symbiotic Organism Search (SOS) to solve the optimization of deep foundation. In this study, optimization was carried out for case studies of four and nine story buildings which used bored pile foundation. Sedangkan pada rumah susun sederhana sewa memiliki kendala/permasalahan sendiri apabila terjadi laporan kerusakan. Kerusakan sendiri memiliki tingkat kerusakan ringan, sedang, dan berat. Perbedaan dari sisi pengelola(pemerintah), penghuni, serta biaya sewa perbulan. Dengan birokrasi pemerintah yang cenderung lambat, maka dilakukan penelitian yang berfokus pada responsivitas pengelola terhadap kerusakan bangunan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan kemudian dilakukan uji chi-square. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kerusakan berhubungan dengan pelayanan, khususnya pelayanan informatif oleh petugas rusun. Namun pelayanan informatif tidak diikuti dengan responsivitas tindakan pengelola. Stages of research will be carried out by processing real data with a simulation calculation approach to obtain the calculation of the budget plan and estimated time of construction using the prefabrication method. The main variables that influence this prefabricated construction method are four namely cost, time, quality and number of units. The increasing number of units will reduce the cost of construction of the construction unit using the prefabrication method. In this research, SOS-NN-LSTM is required to establish the estimate schedule to completion (ESTC) and estimate cost to completion (ECTC) prediction model based on time now performance. Then, the prediction model will be integrated with MOSOS to obtain the optimal prediction value. The integration is needed because there is no direct equation to calculate the ESTC and ECTC. The Pareto curve identified based on the prediction values of MOSOS. The Pareto curve is used to determine the optimal trade-off between project duration and project cost. The criteria and sub-criteria are refer to Ho et al., (2007) and three new sub-criteria are added, which are a guarantee, lowest price guarantee, and payment term. The contractor classification is divided into four namely general classification, NPK classification consisting of non-classification; individual; small business, medium business classification, and big business classification. Ranking for criteria and sub-criteria are sought based on the mean value for each classification material both in the context of selection and evaluation.
