Means of linguistic cohesion include inflectional and analytical tools, pronouns and other substitutional and anaphoric units, word order, lexical and periphrastic repetitions, prosody and graphic elements. However, in the poetic text, the set of these means is peculiar. Often morphological and syntactic units are replaced by lexical associations and phonetic correspondences. Examples of such texts from Russian poetry are given. Tagaev","doi":"10.17516/2311-3499-086","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17516/2311-3499-086","url":null,"abstract":"Using the example of the Kyrgyz language the article aims to prove that the graphic that has been established and has been operating for a sufficiently long time in this ethnic group as a way of storing information, performing cognitive functions, becomes an integral part of the mental state of a person and the cultural code of a nation.\u0000This issue is considered in the historical and cultural aspect, reflecting the stages of reforming the graphics of the Kyrgyz language and the replacement of one writing system with another. Previous writing systems (Arabic and Latin), that used to operate for a relatively short period of time, remained alien to the way of life and the linguistic picture of the world that prevailed among the Kyrgyz in the post-revolutionary period. In the 20s, the Kyrgyz made a dizzying leap from the Middle Ages to the Eurasian reality represented by the Russian world. The values of world civilization, new concepts and terms entered the life of the Kyrgyz through the Russian language and its graphics, which was adopted in 1940. It has been shown that in recent years in conditions of reached on new type of recipient, in popular scientific publicationsare used different kinds of stylistic devices and expressive means, which reinforce artistic part of the text on different stratums of the text. One of the most effective devices using in the headings of chapters and paragraphs is language game which helps to interest a reader in reading a text. This research made on the material of 250 book’s titles with different subjects written byRussian popularizing scientists.\u0000The authors identify and describe functions of language game in the contents of popular scientific publications which provide: the establishment of the atmosphere of normal communication with reader; drawing attention to a headline; creating interest in the subsequent reading of the text, demonstrating of its availability to the addressee. Identified a lot of creative techniques in headlines among which is: transformation of the text with preservation of its recognition; using of metaphor including extended metaphor; language game based on rhetorical questions; language game based on simile; principle of demetaphorization; punning rethinking of usual words; playing on meaning of usual word; using of chiasmus and ect. \u0000The use of linguistic devices of language game and frequency of it using in titles are shown, as well as linguistic creativity potential and mechanisms of its action describes. The object of this research consists in the implementation of the information psychological war subtype, the dominant attribute of which is the material / object of study (a combination of aesthetic function with a number of social ones) and the content heterogeneity of the text as a condition for the potential realization of any discourses in it. The author raises an is sue about the scientific and ethical pro and contra of the research of fiction from the information psychological war perspective. To implement it, special terms are used that are the main lexical and semantic means of implementing the conceptual and thematic strategy of the author of a scientific text. The article emphasizes the importance of cumulativeness of terminological information as its most important feature, which entails an increase in the information capacity of the term. The reason for the obligatory presence of the title in the scientific text, its functions, including the subtitle functions, as well as its connection with the terminological density of the scientific text are explained. Special attention is drawn to the disclosure of the topic of a scientific text through the establishment of relationships between scientific concepts of three types: initial, basic and clarifying. The article presents the results of the analysis of textual tools for the implementation of the conceptual and thematic strategy on the example of the scientific article of R. {"title":"Communicative situation «discussion on the law of the state symbols disrespect» in the aspect of informational and psychological conflict","authors":"I. The authors pay particular attention to the discussion on the law of the state symbols disrespect and characterization of the public reaction to this law. The headlines of the texts of media articles related to the discussion of the law have been analyzed. According to their pragmatic content these headlines are classified into factual, persuasive and directive. Attention is paid to the concept of «indecent form», which underlies the procedure of information access restricting as a form of punishment for violating the law. This concept is interpreted as a textual category of conflict discourse, including, first of all, obscene and potentially conflicting vocabulary. The paper presents the results of «discussion on the law» communicative situation modeling, components of which are the role positions of the participants, their communicative goals, strategies and language features of the statements. These communication strategies emphasize the presence of confrontation between the people and the authorities, if the authorities restrict the actions of the people at the legislative level. Minor written genres of modern urban advertising are considered in the context of information and psychological war. Signs, advertising posters, stickers and bills of Vladivostok (about 4000 texts) served as a material for research. The choice of object for research is due to the fact that the urban environment texts form and reflect the national and cultural consciousness of citizens, have a powerful effect on an addressee, thus, this linguistic material represents the value picture of the world of modern Russians. The article identifies destructive processes in the national language which are represented in the communicative space of a modern city. Speech technologies are described that destroy the nation’s culturally-conditioned core and pose a threat to state security. The language situation in the city is as follows:1) a change in the social base of the Russian language native speakers and the associated change in the Russian language itself; 2) an expansion of the English language and foreign cultural patterns of behavior and lifestyle; 3) a high prestige of the English language and, as a result, a decline in prestige and narrowing of the sphere of functioning of the Russian language; 4) filling language space with jargon and obscene words; 5) growth of speech aggression in public communication; 6) manifestation of signs indicating restructuring of an axiological worldview (perhaps, simplification of thinking) in the Russian language system; 7) de-intellectualization of speech. Zhukov in modern mass media are discussed in the article. These techniques include suggestion of lingvotoxin (word label, negative epithet, transformed nickname) into the consciousness of the addressee; removing the suspended assertion (statements about the state of another person, the method of pluralization, etc.); linguo-perverse image distortion (linguo-versatile inversion, shift of semantic accent when describing an event, selection of discrediting quotes). In total these techniques are used to create and / or maintain the black myth about marshal G.K. Zhukov as a man of cruel, not genial, vain, depraved and prone to profit. According to the author’s observations, informational attacks on Zhukov have been conducted since the beginning of the twenty-first century and they are the most frequent in the last two years. It is noted that attempts to form a negative-evaluative attitude to a heroic symbol can inflict cultural trauma on society as an experience that destroys historical memory and makes it vulnerable in an information-psychological war. {"title":"To the question of the modern condition of the diasporic languages of the Krasnoyarsk region","authors":"I. Belykh","doi":"10.17516/2311-3499-063","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17516/2311-3499-063","url":null,"abstract":"The article examines the current state of the diasporic languages of the Krasnoyarsk Region and the problem of their extinction which actualizes the study of these idioms as linguistic and ecological objects. Comparing the dynamics of representatives of the most numerous non-indigenous nationalities of the region and the proportion of persons owning these languages, from 2002 to 2010, the author focuses on the fact that the number of speakers of most minor languages is steadily decreasing. Based on the data presented in the official publication of the 2010 All-Russian Population Census, it was calculated first the percentage of own language of its own ethnic group by non-indigenous people of numerous nationalities of the Krasnoyarsk Region and secondly the percentage of non-indigenous people who indicated the language of their ethnic group as their mother tongue. It is revealed that the highest rates are observed among representatives of nationalities with a significant share of growth since 2002 (Uzbeks, Tajiks, Kyrgyz). These indicators are explained by a short time interval of assimilation processes affecting these ethnic groups. Rhetorical reconstruction is an analytical procedure that identifies the mechanisms of text formation by describing ways and devices to realize inventive, dispositional and elocutionary strategies. Rhetorical reconstruction serves as a tool for diagnosing the effectiveness of the rhetorical type of the text and an indicator of its environmental friendliness – the ability to create a favorable information and communication environment for the addressee. The opposite effect of the rhetorical reconstruction lies in its ability to identify zones of environmental risk of the text arising from violations of rhetorical text-forming requirements. The material of the research is the text of the President of Russia addressing to the nation regarding a pension reform. The reconstruction of the inventive strategy of text formation has identified such zones of environmental risk in the text under study as the implicitness of the practical purpose of the speaker and non-verbalization of the thesis. The reconstruction of the dispositional strategy signals the risks in the area of argumentation. The reconstruction of the elocutionary strategy reveals the risk zone arising from the ambiguous reference of the pronoun «we» as a device of establishing interpersonal relations.
