Design of this research use the technique of survey to collect information from respondents using question form or questionnaire. Population in the research all the employees with the status of permanent as well as contract    which ia 35 employees. The technique of determination of samples is carried out by means of purposive sample with some specified criteria. The results of the research done explains that influential employees significant commitment on organizational change. Likewise with influential attitude variables significantly to organizational change. Change IAIN Pekalongan concluded according to plan that has been set, this is due to support the commitment and attitude of the entire employee of any changes that occur.Key words: commitment, attitude, organizational change, IAIN PekalonganAbstrak: Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui komitmen dan sikap karyawan pada perubahan organsisasi yang terjadi di lingkungan IAIN Pekalongan, dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan cara teknik survei untuk mengumpulkan informasi dari responden menggunakan angket atau koesioner. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai dengan status tetap maupun kontrak yang berjumlah 35 pegawai. Teknik penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive sample dengan beberapa kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menjelaskan bahwa komitmen pegawai berpengaruh signifikan pada perubahan organisasi. Begitupun dengan variabel sikap berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perubahan organisasi. Perubahan IAIN Pekalongan dapat terlaksana sesuai rencana yang telah ditetapkan, hal ini dikarenakan atas dukungan komitmen dan sikap seluruh pegawai atas perubahan yang terjadi. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. the population in this study was Letuce Catering Yogyakarta consumers with the number of samples taken for this study were 30 respondents. The sample selection uses total sampling. The method of analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that partially the Product Strategy has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price Strategy does not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Promotion Strategy has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously product strategy, price, promotion have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keyword: Price; Product; Promotion; Customer satisfaction. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi produk, harga, promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggann. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah meotde penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Letuce Catering Yogyakarta dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil untuk penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 30 responden. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Metode analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial Strategi Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Strategi Harga tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Strategi Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelamggan. The technique of drawing data using a questionnaire and data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah meotde penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian marketing PT. Lambang Putra Perkasa Motor Cirebon dengan jumlah 45 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, sehingga seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik penarikan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda. The research method used is quantitative research. In this study, company value is measured using Tobin's Q. The data in this study are secondary data in the form of annual financial statements of audited manufacturing companies and published as listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2012 to 2016. The statistical method used is analysis of multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 22.00 program to process data. The study found that profitability, company size, and debt policy significantly influence the value of the company, while investment decisions do not affect the value of the company. Keywords: firm value, profitability, firm size, debt policy, investment decisions.  Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, keputusan investasi, dan kebijakan utang terhadap nilai perusahaan.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, nilai perusahaan diukur dengan menggunakan Tobin’s Q. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan manufaktur yang telah diaudit dan dipublikasikan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2012 sampai dengan tahun 2016. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 22.00 untuk mengolah data. This study uses a survey method. The population in this study were high school students in Cibingbin Subdistrict as many as 1,069 with 291 respondents taken as samples. The sample is taken by stratified random sampling while the sampling technique uses Slovin formula with a margin of error of 5%. Data collection techniques using questionnaires were then tested for validity and reliability and then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study stated that the variable celebrity endorser had a positive effect on buying interest. Brand image variables have a positive effect on buying interest. The brand trust variable has a positive effect on buying interest. Then the F test results state that celebrity endorser, brand image and brand trust have a significant effect on buying interest. Keyword: Celebrity Endorser, Brand Image, Brand Trust, Buying Interest. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh celebrity endorser, citra merek dan kepercayaan merek terhadap minat beli konsumen.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Siswa/i SLTA di Kecamatan Cibingbin sebanyak 1.069 dengan sampel yang diambil berjumlah 291 responden. Sampel diambil dengan cara stratified random sampling sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan margin of eror 5%. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner kemudian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda.   Hasil penelitian  menyatakan bahwa variabel celebrity endorser berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli. Variabel citra merek berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli. Variabel kepercayaan merek berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method . The data analysis technique using panel data regression. The results showed that of simultaneously CAR, LDR, BOPO, and NPL have an effect on the ROA. Partially CAR, LDR, and BOPO have a negative effect on ROA, while the NPL variable has no effect on ROA. The implications of this research is that so that the Rural banks determine the appropriate credit distribution ceiling based on the capital consideration held. Keywords: BOPO, CAR, LDR, NPL, ROA . Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh CAR, LDR, BOPO, dan NPL terhadap profitabilitas Bank Perkreditan Rakyat di Provinsi Jawa Timur periode tahun 2008-2016. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah meotde penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan CAR, LDR, BOPO, dan NPL berpengaruh positif terhadap ROA. Secara parsial CAR, LDR, dan BOPO berpengaruh negatif terhadap ROA, sedangkan peubah NPL tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA. The research method used is quantitative research methods. The population in this study was employees of PT. Arteria Daya Mulia (ARIDA) Cirebon Regency with a total of 841 people. The technique of measuring the number of samples using Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10%, so that the number of samples set in this study was 90 respondents. The sampling technique uses proportionate stratified random sampling. The technique of withdrawing data using a questionnaire with a scale of measurement instruments using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that there are positive and significant effects both partially and simultaneously, between the variables of job burnout and job satisfaction on turnover intention. Keyword : Job Burnout; Job satisfaction; Turnover intention Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kelelahan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Arteria Daya Mulia (ARIDA) Kabupaten Cirebon dengan jumlah 841 orang. Teknik pengukuran jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan margin of eror 10%, sehingga ditetapkan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 90 orang responden. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling. Teknik penarikan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran instrumen mengunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunkan analisis regresi ganda. This research aimed to see financial inclusion in the ten largest banks in Indonesia in 2017. To measure the index of financial inclusion we use an index that was proposed by Sarma (2010). Research methodology that is used in this research is descriptive quantitative. As a result, all those ten banks are in a medium category. Their index is ranging from 0,333 as the lowest value to 0,487 as the highest value. It also shows that in some cases, banks with higher asset also have better index score Implication from these finding is commercial banks must be more active in promoting financial inclusive so Indonesia’s financial inclusive score is increasing.     Keywords: Banking; Index of Financial Inclusion, Financial Inclusion .   Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat penerapan keuangan inklusi pada sepuluh bank dengan aset terbesar di Indonesia. Untuk penguukuran indeks keuangan inklusif, penelitian ini menggunakan metode yang diperkenalkan oleh Sarma (2010). Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesepuluh ban berada pada kategori medium dengan nilai berkisar antara 0,333 hingga 0,487. Hasil lainnya juga menunjukkan, pada beberapa kasus bank dengan aset besar memiliki indeks keuangan inklusif yang lebih baik. This research empirically investigates the impact of the global economic crisis in 2008 on the efficiency of three Asian stock markets, namely the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the Malaysia Stock Exchange (MYX), and the Korea Stock Exchange (KRX) as an emerging market. Weak market form efficiency will be tested on this research. Using the daily closing price data of the composite index for 11 years which is divided into three periods, namely before the crisis (1 January 2006 — 30 June 2007), during the crisis (1 July 2007 - 31 December 2008), and after the crisis (1 January 2009 - 30 November 2017. This study applies parametric and non-parametric method with three statistical tests, namely Ljung - Box test, run test, and ADF test. The results of the study, show mixed results for various indices. Moreover, the results of this study can provide input to investors in investing in emerging stock markets. Penelitian ini secara empiris menyelidiki dampak krisis ekonomi global tahun 2008 terhadap efisiensi tiga pasar saham Asia, yaitu Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Bursa Efek Malaysia (MYX), Bursa Efek Korea (KRX) sebagai emerging market. Efisiensi pasar bentuk lemah akan diuji pada penelitian ini. Menggunakan data harian indeks gabungan selama 11 tahun yang dibagi menjadi tiga periode yaitu sebelum krisis (1 Januari 2006 — 30 Juni 2007), saat krisis (1 Juli 2007 — 31 Desember 2008), dan setelah krisis (1 Januari 2009 — 30 November 2017. P enelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian parametrik dan non parametrik dengan menerapkan tiga uji statistik yaitu Ljung — Box test, run test, dan uji ADF . Hasil penelitian, menunjukan mix results untuk berbagai indeks. Selain itu hasil penelitian ini memberikan masuk an pada investor dalam berinvestasi di pasar modal berkembang. This study aims to find out the effect of Free Cash Flow on Return On Equity and dividend payment policy on consumption sector manufacturing companies for the period 2012-2016. The research method uses causal associative with a sample of 14 companies for 5 years. As for data processing techniques using the LISREL 8.8 Path Analysis format. The results showed that there was a positive influence between Free Cash Flow, ROE and dividend payment policy. This means that if the value of the Free Cash Flow and ROE of the company increases, the shareholder dividend will be higher. The effort that must be made by the company to increase shareholder dividends is to limit debt so that the net income obtained is allocated more for reinvestment (Free Cash Flow) so that the ROE and welfare of shareholders increases. Keywords: Dividend Payout Policy, Return On Equity (ROE), Free Cash Flow (FCF) Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari pengaruh Free Cash Flow terhadap Return On Equity dan kebijakan pembayaran dividen pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor Konsumsi periode 2012-2016. Metode penelitian menggunakan asosiatif kausal dengan sampel sebanyak 14 perusahaan selama 5 tahun. Adapun teknik pengolahan data menggunakan Path Analysis format LISREL 8.8. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara Free Cash Flow, ROE dan kebijakan pembayaran dividen, yang artinya jika nilai Free Cash Flow dan ROE perusahaan meningkat maka dividen pemegang saham akan semakin tinggi.
