It is feared that the formulation of the budget that is not optimal will have an impact on the budget management process. Budget management has to do with budget participation and budgetary slack. To overcome this, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is felt to have a correlation in budget participation so that it can reduce the emergence of budget gaps. Based on this, this study aims to analyze the impact of budget participation on budgetary slack and the role of OCB in it at PT Pindad (Persero). The research method used is a survey method with descriptive verification type, with a total population of 30 people and the research sample is the entire population. The data used are primary data in the form of a questionnaire processed with the help of SPSS. The results show that budget participation has no significant effect on budgetary slack, and OCB cannot moderate budgetary participation on budgetary slack. Keywords: budget participation; budgetary slack; organizational citizenship behavior Abstrak. Penyusunan anggaran yang tidak optimal dikhawatirkan akan berimbas pada proses pengelolaan anggaran. Pengelolaan anggaran memiliki kaitan dengan partisipasi anggaran dan senjangan anggaran. Untuk menanggulangi hal tersebut organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dirasa memiliki korelasi dalam partisipasi anggaran sehingga dapat mengurangi timbulnya kesenjangan anggaran. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak partisipasi anggaran terhadap senjangan anggaran dan peran OCB didalamnya pada PT Pindad (Persero). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif verifikatif, dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 30 orang dan sampel penelitian merupakan keseluruhan populasi. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer berupa kuesioner yang diolah dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi anggaran tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap senjangan anggaran, serta OCB tidak dapat memoderasi partisipasi anggaran terhadap senjangan anggaran. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of microfinance services and women's empowerment programs on poverty reduction. The research method used in this research is quantitative research methods. Data analysis using simple mediation analysis by Hayes. The sample of this study was 130 women who received microfinance in the Rajapolah District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The results indicate that there was a significant influence between the variables of microfinance institution's service and women's empowerment on poverty reduction, and the variable women's empowerment programs mediated the effect of microfinance services on poverty reduction. The implication of this research is that achieving development goals in the form of poverty reduction and women's empowerment can be achieved by increasing the quantity and quality of microfinance institutions' services.Keywords: Microfinance Institutions; Poverty Reduction: Women empowermentAbstrak.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh layanan lembaga keuangan mikro dan program pemberdayaan perempuan terhadap pengentasan kemiskinan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Pengujian model menggunakan simple mediation analisys by Hayes. Sample dari penelitian ini sebanyak 130 orang perempuan yang mendapatkan pembiayaan mikro di Kecamatan Rajapolah Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Penelitian menunjukan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variable layanan lembaga keuangan mikro dan pemberdayaan perempuan terhadap pengentasan kemiskinan, serta variable pemberdayaan perempuan memediasi pengaruh layanan lembaga keuangan mikro terhadap program pengentasan kemiskinan. The sampling technique in this study used saturated samples. This type of research uses quantitative methods with associative types. In this study the data were obtained from research instruments using a questionnaire, then processed using the help of IBM SPSS 23 For Windows software. The results of the study based on the value of multiple linear regression analysis show that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance seen from t count 2.996> t table 1.672, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance seen also from t-count 4.112> t table 1.672, and simultaneously competency variables Dam compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as seen from f-count 11.295> f-tabel 3.16. Of all the results, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant value less than 0.05 or 0.001 <0.05.Keyword : Employee Performance, Competence, and Compensation.Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh antara variabel kompetensi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (PELINDO II) Cabang Cirebon sebanyak 58 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis asosiatif. Dalam penelitian ini data diperoleh dari instrumen penelitian dengan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian diolah menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS 23 For Windows. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan nilai analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dilihat dari t hitung 2,996 > t tabel 1,672, kompensasi berpengaruh posiif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dilihat pula dari thitung 4,112 > ttabel 1,672, dan secara simultan variabel kompetensi dam kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dilihat dari fhitung 11,295 > ftabel 3,16. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk memberikan bagaimana penelitian mengenai riset konsumen berkembang pada periode tahun 1971-2020 dengan metode text mining. Dengan gambaran tersebut diharapkan membantu para peneliti lain untuk mengembangkan topik penelitian perilaku konsumen di masa mendatang. Perilaku konsumen terus berkembang dan mulai memiliki keterkaitan dengan isu strategis terkait kebijakan dan lingkungan hidup. Selain itu perkembangan teknologi dan budaya juga mempengaruhi perkembangan topik perilaku konsumen. The purpose of this study was to see the relationship between quality of life and work ethic on work attachment to employees creating Z. This type of research is quantitative research on emerging research. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire that is conducted online. The population in this study was 115 alumni of FSEI IAIN Syekh Nurjati who had worked and the sample used was 40 people. Test the hypothesis analysis using product display analysis. The results showed that the variables of the quality of work-life with work attachments and the relationship between work ethics and work attachments had a positive relationship. This positive relationship is indicated by a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 so that there is a relationship between the two variables. While the degree of relationship between these variables is moderately indicated by the Pearson correlation values of 0.463 and 0.393. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas kehidupan kerja dan etos kerja terhadap keterikatan kerja pada karyawan generasi Z. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif spesifik pada penelitian korelasi. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dilakukan secara online. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah alumni FSEI IAIN Syekh Nurjati yang sudah bekerja dengan sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 40 orang. Uji analisis hipotesisnya dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi product momment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasanya variabel kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan keterikatan kerja serta hubungan etos kerja dan keterikatan kerja mempunyai hubungan yang positif. Hubungan positif tersebut ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 yang bearti lebih kecil dari nilai alpha sebesar 0,05, sehingga terdapat hubungan antara kedua variabel. Sedangkan derajat hubungan antar variabel tersebut bersifat sedang ditunjukkan dengan nilai pearson correlation sebesar 0,463 dan 0,393. Inovasi secara formal disebut sebagai tehnik terkini, dan pengembangan yang muncul, yang bertujuan membawa organisasi pada pertumbuhan kinerja keuangan. Inovasi diartikan sebagai transformasi sains menjadi nilai finansial. Inovasi bermakna strategis dengan dampaknya yang berkorelasi pada efisiensi, serta keberlanjutan organisasi. Inovasi ditujukan untuk mencapai peningkatan efisiensi pasar, dan peningkatan kinerja finansial. Organisasi yang meraih keunggulan kompetitif, dan pangsa pasar lebih besar selalu didasarkan pada prioritas pada tehnik terkini, untuk menciptakan citranya di pasar, dan dapat memperbesar jumlah preferensi pelanggan. Ketika kreativitas dan tehnik terkini diciptakan, maka struktur ekonomi organisasi mulai membaik. Metode kuantitatif dengan SEM dan LISREL serta tehnik purposive sampling pada 10 preferensi Perbankan Online dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data primer, serta penggunaan SPSS sebagai alat uji awal, yang menunjukkan hasil signifikan bahwa,strategi terpenting dalam mencapai keberlanjutan organisasi adalah melalui inovasi organisasi. One of the problems of undergraduate graduates in Indonesia is graduates who are not fully absorbed by the availability of employment. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial interest in students. The research method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study is the final year students at the Faculty of Economics, University of Swadaya Gunung Jati. The number of samples in this study were 85 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis using multiple regression models with the help of the SPSS application. The research findings show that entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial motivation have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest. Future studies are expected to be able to examine more factors that influence entrepreneurial interests that are not examined in this study. Abstrak : Angka pengangguran di Indonesia yang tinggi salah satunya adalah pengangguran terdidik yaitu berasal dari lulusan perguruan tinggi. Salah satu permsalahan lulusan sarjana di Indonesia adalah lulusan yang tidak terserap seluruhnya oleh ketersediaan lapangan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh pengetahuan wirausaha dan motivasi wirausaha terhadap minat wirausaha pada mahasiswa. Metode riset yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa tingkat akhir pada fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanak 85 responden. Penarikan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan model regresi ganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan wirausaha dan motivasi wirausaha memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap minat wirausaha. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan mampu meneliti lebih banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi minat wirausaha yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. But this model is still new, so it still needs empirical evidence. Then this model still needs to be proven in Indonesia. ISSI consists of all Indonesian sharia shares listed on the IDX and DES. So the purpose of this study was to analyze the three FF factors on return on ISSI. The sampling technique is purposive sampling so that 142 issuers are obtained. This research method is an associative quantitative study using panel data regression in data processing. The research results partially market returns affect the return, while firm size and BE / ME do not affect the return. However simultaneously the three FF factors can influence the return. This shows that the three FF factors can estimate return on ISSI. So that suggestions for companies that are sampled always improve the company's financial performance in order to increase the value of the company so that stock prices are high. Keywords: Three Factor Fama and French Model Abstrak: 3FF merupakan model yang lebih baik dibandingkan CAPM. Tetapi model ini masih baru, sehingga masih perlu bukt-bukti empiris. Kemudian model ini masih perlu dibuktikan di Indonesia. ISSI terdiri dari seluruh saham syariah Indonesia yang tercatat di BEI dan DES. Sehingga Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis ketiga factor FF terhadap return pada ISSI. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya yaitu purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 142 emiten. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif dengan mengunakan regresi data panel dalam pengolahan datanya. Hasil penelitian secara parsial return market berpengaruh terhadap return, sedangkan firm size dan BE/ME tidak berpengaruh terhadap return. Walaupun demikian secara simultan ketiga factor FF dapat berpengaruh terhadap return. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa tiga factor FF dapat mengestimasi return di ISSI. Sehingga saran bagi perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel selalu meningkatkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan agar dapat meningkatkan nilai perusahaan sehingga harga saham tinggi. This canonical study aims to determine the relationship between asset structure and financial structure in manufacturing, trading, and service companies, represented by food and beverages, retail trade, as well as restaurants, hotels and tourism firms listed on BEI. The analysis result shows that there is a powerfully positive relationship between asset structure and financial structure. It means interdependence occurs between sub-variables on asset structure and financial structure. The companies matched the maturity between funding sources and the age of the funded assets. Manufacturing and trading companies used equity to fund non-current assets; accounts payable to fund accounts receivable, cash and cash equivalents to secure non-current liabilities; and other current assets to guarantee other current liabilities. Meanwhile, service companies employed equity to fund the non-current assets, current liabilities to fund other current assets, and current liabilities and account payables to fund accounts receivable. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kanonikal untuk mengetahui hubungan antara struktur aset dan struktur keuangan di perusahaan manufaktur, dagang, dan jasa yang diwakili oleh sub-sektor makanan dan minuman, perdagangan eceran, restoran, hotel, dan pariwisata yang terdaftar di BEI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat kuat antara struktur aset dan struktur keuangan. Ini artinya ada interdependensi antar sub-variabel pada variabel struktur aset dan struktur keuangan. Perusahaan di tiga sub-sektor tersebut mencocokkan maturitas antara sumber pendanaan dengan usia aset yang didanai. Perusahaan manufaktur dan dagang menggunakan ekuitas untuk mendanai aset jangka panjang dan menggunakan utang usaha untuk mendanai piutang usaha. Kas dan setara kas dijadikan jaminan liabilitas jangka panjang, serta aset jangka pendek lainnya digunakan sebagai kolateral liabilitas jangka pendek lainnya. Perusahaan jasa menggunakan ekuitas untuk mendanai aset jangka panjang dan menggunakan liabilitas jangka pendek untuk mendanai aset jangka pendek lainnya. Piutang usaha didanai liabilitas jangka pendek dan utang usaha. Nihon Plast Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study were employees at PT. Nihon Plast Indonesia with 100 people. The sample measurement technique uses Slovin formula with a margin of error of 5% so that the number of samples used is 80 respondents. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The data withdrawal technique used is a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance. Keywords: work discipline, job satisfaction, employee performance. Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Nihon Plast Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. Nihon Plast Indonesia dengan jumlah 100 orang. Teknik pengukuran sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan margin of eror 5% sehingga jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 80 Responden. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Teknik penarikan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda engan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.
