This study aims to analyze and describe the direct and indirect influence of third-party funds, Financing to Deposit Ratio, and non-performing financing to sharia banking financing in Jambi Province through assets. This study uses secondary data from sharia financial statements (BUS and UUS) published by BI and OJK monthly period from January 2012 until December 2017. Data analysis used is path analysis by trimming method. Based on the analysis result found that the variable of third party fund and Financing to Deposit Ratio significantly have an effect on the financing of sharia banking channeled in Jambi Province, either directly or indirectly. While the variable of non-performing financing does not significantly affect financing. So that variable is done trimming variable. The result of this study can be a source of information and reference to Islamic financial institutions in making policies. To be able to prove the assets as a real variable in the real mediation, there needs to be a Sobel test. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung dana pihak ketiga, Financing to Deposit Ratio, dan non performing financing terhadap pembiayaan perbankan syariah di Provinsi Jambi melalui aset. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan syariah (BUS dan UUS) yang dipublikasikan oleh BI dan OJK periode bulanan dari Januari 2012 sampai dengan Desember 2017. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur dengan metode trimming. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa variabel dana pihak ketiga dan Financing to Deposit Ratio secara signifikan memiliki pengaruh terhadap pembiayaan yang disalurkan perbankan syariah di Provinsi Jambi, baik secara langsung maupun secara tidak langsung. Sementara variabel non performing financing tidak signifikan mempengaruhi pembiayaan. Sehingga variabel tersebut dilakukan trimming variabel. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sumber informasi dan acuan bagi lembaga-lembaga keuangan syariah dalam membuat kebijakan. Untuk dapat membuktikan apakah aset adalah variabel mediasi yang sesungguhnya, perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan menggunakan sobel test. The aim of this research is to analyze the influencing factors stock underpricing in the year of 2010-2016. This research analyzes the influence Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Return on Equity (ROE), and the firm size to stock underpricing. This research uses purposive sampling method so, from 155 companies of the population, there are 96 companies were selected as research samples. The test consists of a classic assumption test and statistical hypothesis test namely partial test and simultan test uses multiple regressions. The results of the research show partially, variable return on equity (ROE) take effect negatively and significant to underpricing, firm size take effect positively and significant to underpricing, but variable debt to asset ratio (DAR) there is no effect to company underpricing. Simultaneously, debt to asset ratio (DAR), return on equity (ROE), and firm size jointly have a significant effect to underpricing. For further research, is expected to add to the research period and add more research variable allows affect underpricing. Keywords: DAR, IPO, ROE , Size, Underpricing Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi underpricing saham pada tahun 2010-2016. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Return on Equity (ROE), dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap underpricing saham. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling sehingga dari 155 perusahaan yang menjadi populasi terpilih 96 perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel penelitian. Pengujian terdiri dari uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis statistik yaitu uji parsial dan uji simultan menggunakan multiple regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel return on equity (ROE) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap underpricing, ukuran perusahaan (Size) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap underpricing, sedangkan variabel debt to asset ratio (DAR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap underpricing perusahaan. Secara simultan debt to asset ratio (DAR), return on equity (ROE), dan ukuran perusahaan (size) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap underpricing. OBS activities are proxied by derivatives, while banks’ performance is proxied by profitability measured by Return On Equity (ROE). The sampling method used in this research is non-probability purposive sampling, with a total number of 11 samples. We use panel data regression with a random effect model as the method of this research. This study aims to analyze the work culture, organizational commitment and the performance of employees in the Sekertariat Daerah (Setda) Jepara Regency with the TULTA Method as a control variable. The sample is the employee of 120 as respondents. The method of analysis used multiple linear regression using SPSS version 20 The result shows that the work culture and organizational commitment are a partially positive significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work culture and organizational commitment have a positive significant effect on employee performance with tulta method as a control variable, meaning that Work Culture and Organizational Commitment with Tulta Method as control variables mostly can explain  Employee Performance variable changes. Based on partial correlation analysis, where Tulta method is controlled (made fixed), between work culture on employee performance is related strongly, and organizational commitment to the employee is related significantly. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis budaya kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kinerja pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah (Setda) Kabupaten Jepara dengan Metode TULTA sebagai variabel kontrol. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai sebanyak 120 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial,  budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. K omitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan budaya kerja dan kinerja pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan metode tulta sebagai variable kontrol, artinya besarnya kemampuan variabel Budaya Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi dengan Metode Tulta sebagai varibel kontrol dapat menjelaskan variasi perubahan Kinerja Pegawai. Berdasarkan analisis korelasi parsial, metode Tulta dikendalikan (dibuat tetap),  antara budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah kuat, sedangkan korelasi antara komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah sangat kuat. The purpose of this study was to examine empirically the contribution of financial performance and ethical performance to the growth of the Indonesian economy. In this study, the researcher uses descriptive methods and verificative analysis methods. The sample used is 12 BUS in Indonesia. The financial performance and ethical performance of each proxy simultaneously contribute to the economic engagement in Indonesia; the financial performance of fisheries proxy with return on assets contributes positively and insignificantly to Indonesia's economic growth. The financial performance proxied by return on Equity contributed positively insignificantly to Indonesia's economic growth. Ethical performance proxied by financing ratios based on results has a positive and significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth. Ethical performance proxied by the zakat performance ratio has a positive effect; ethical performance proxied by the halal income ratio did not have a positive and insignificant effect on Indonesia's economic growth. Sampling technique used is a sampling technique saturated, so that all members of the population sampled as many as 97 people. Data retrieval technique using questionnaire with scale measurement instrument using a likert scale. Data analysis techniques used using multiple regression analysis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Kuningan dengan jumlah sebanyak 97 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu sebanyak 97 orang. Teknik penarikan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran instrumen mengunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunkan analisis regresi ganda. This study is a quantitative research to examine the influence and relationship of risk, performance, dividend policy, and firm value. Data analysis was done by Multiple Regression and Logistic Regression method. The result shows that the Non Performance Loan (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have a negative and significant influence to Bank Performance (ROA), while Net Interest Margin (NIM) has a positive and significant impact on Bank Performance (ROA). Other findings indicate that Bank Performance (ROA) has a positive effect and  significant to Price to Book Value (PBV), and banks that generate high ROA tend to divide Dividends. Keywords: NPL; LDR; NIM; ROA; PBV; Dividend Policy. Abstrak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Non Performance Loan (NPL) dan Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Bank (ROA), sedangkan Net Interest Margin (NIM) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Bank (ROA). This study aims to analyze the fundamental aspects of stock prices. Variable in this research is independent variable (X) that is Current Ratio, Return On Assets, Debt to Equity ratio, while the independent variable (Y) is stock price. The type of research is correlational research is a study that connects one variable with other variables. The method used is a quantitative method using secondary data from financial statements of food and beverage companies in 2014-2016. Method of data analysis which is a test of normality and pearson loss test. The result of this research shows that there is a significant positive correlation between variable (X1) Current Ratio and variable (X2) Return On Asset with variable (Y) stock price, while there is negative but not significant relationship between variable (X3) Debt to Equity Ratio with variable (Y) stock price. Keywords: Current Ratio; Debt to Equity Ratio; Return On Assets; Stock price.  Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan aspek fundamental terhadap harga saham. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel bebas (X) yaitu Current Ratio, Return On Assets, Debt to Equity ratio, sedangkan variabel terikatnya (Y) yaitu harga saham. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional yaitu penelitian yang menghubungkan satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan perusahaan foods and beverages tahun 2014-2016. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas dan uji korelasi pearson. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of entrepreneurial competence and business sustainability to competitive advantage. The research method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study is the culinary SMEs in Cimahi City with the number of samples of 50 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data retrieval technique used is a questionnaire by using Likert instrument measuring scale. Data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square- Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed that there is a positive influence of entrepreneurial competence variables and business continuity to the competitive advantage of business in the field of culinary in the City of Cimahi Keywords: Business Continuity; Competitive Advantages; Entrepreneurship Competencies  Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi kewirausahaan dan kelanggengan usaha terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM kuliner di Kota Cimahi dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 orang responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling purposive. Teknik penarikan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala ukur instrumen likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square- Structural Equation Modeling.
