This should also help faculty members to plan and intensify their research at low cost and internally available resources and to contribute to the research output of their institutions, and society in a micro but effective way.\u0000Methodology: Proposing and implementing micro-research centres in individual departments of universities by individual faculty members. This centre is independently coordinated by an individual faculty member along with colleagues and students at research, Post-graduate, and Undergraduate levels. The research methodology consists of developing a case study by collecting information about individual efforts of innovative research and crystalizing such efforts to be a systematic innovation as best practice in the higher education space. Information is collected from the research and innovation council of Srinivas University through its website and by interviewing its faculty members. The collected information is analyzed using ABCD analysis framework and presented in scholarly article format. \u0000Results & Outcome: This case study on innovation in research efforts by motivating faculty members to develop and coordinate a micro-research centre called Atomic Research Centre to carry out intensive and focussed research on a micro-topic by individually and through a micro-team consisting of self, colleagues, and students at research, Post-graduate, and Undergraduate levels. This best practice speeds up and intensifies the research activities of individual faculty members in many micro-research areas without the huge investment in research as research funding. This best practice of individual research contribution through Atomic research centres (ARCs) also allows the faculty members to coordinate on one or many research topics at a time, individually or with different small teams. Based on an intense search in the literature, it is found that initiation and implementation of Faculty level Atomic Research Centre to promote and intensify departmental research is a unique innovative best practice in HEIs and Universities. \u0000Originality: Studying the initiation, formation, modalities, and details of faculty-initiated Atomic Research centres and their success in contributing to departmental research is studied systematically and analysed using ABCD analysing framework.\u0000Type of Research: Case Study & Analysis.

It seems to be that different blood types would react differently & motivate differently. Many other factors also influence our personality in the same way as motivation. Maybe blood type should be used for more than just matching organ donors, the same way may be blood type could also be good for watching the motivation process, theories & behaviours of people. Thus, the purpose of the study is to identify the effect of blood type on motivation process, theories & behaviours. \u0000Objective: The researchers have set the following primary objective and the current study investigates 1 broad research question: To identify the effect of blood type on motivation process, theories & behaviours.\u0000Design/Methodology/Approach: A descriptive study was undertaken with the involvement of 128 respondents of various professionals. Respondents were given a validated close-ended structured questionnaire on Likert’s 5-point scale. The options chosen were scored & complied resulting data was analyzed statistically by ANOVA using SPSS (21.0) software.\u0000Findings/Result: Previously nobody studied blood group & motivation. The researchers in the study have observed that blood type has no statistical significance with motivation, behaviours and personality. Considering the strong belief in many countries where blood type is having significant association with the term motivation and it was strongly proved. Hence the major observation in the study is individuals have changed their personality, and motivation factors to be connected with the blood type rather than in a self-fulfilling prophecy. Thus, the blood group does not have any statistical significance with the motivational process, theories & behaviours of people. \u0000Research Limitations/Implications: Motivational behaviours are to be in the flow by considering the major factors that are in trend and it is considered as the primary weapon in understanding the motivational functions i.e., individuals have in thoughts other than monetary benefits to be availed for which the blood type and their relationship with motivation process, theories & behaviours helps a lot. \u0000Originality/Value: Many of the earlier studies have proved that the blood group of individuals does not have any statistical significance with the motivational factors and also personality and behaviours. But, some of the studies in Japan, Korea, Asia, etc. have proved that blood groups do have an effect on the motivation process, theories & behaviours as these countries do believe in the theories of personality and other motivational aspects. Hence, this study helps in concluding that, individuals tend to change their personality, and motivation factors to be connected with the blood type rather than in self-fulfilling prophecy, wherein, this has led to the emergence of following astrological signs like individuals in Japan.\u0000Paper Type: This study is a significant attempt to identify the effe

We have lots of pressure in our workspace. Some employees are still doing work from home. Family being converted into an office as well. The problem arises when our small kids cry during a scheduled meeting. Sometimes need someone who can swing the baby’s cradle. Here we demonstrated an automated baby cradle which is useful when our baby cries. We can put our kids into the robotic cradle and engage in other work. When the baby cries, we trigger the run button from our working PC/Laptop, and the cradle starts to swing automatically. Here we used Dobot Magician for this purpose, a famous robot in the education and research sector due to its cost-effectiveness. To drive the robot, we developed an application in C#. It is a small program that is used to swing the cradle. Here we move the robot by the program. So we can change the program quickly, so our sweetheart feels more comfortable inside the cradle. The entire project source code is available on Github. Anyone downloading the project can integrate, test, and continue further improvement.\u0000Design/Methodology/Approach: In our research, we used the Dobot magician robot to swing the cradle. One support-like stick is connected between the robot and the cradle to push the cradle. The robot is driven by the program written inside the programming area. The original API is a little bit programming specific. So we provided intermediate programming space to write code as our understandable language. The complete application is developed using the C# language under Microsoft visual studio 2022. We used the vendor-provided dynamic link library to send the command to the robot to reduce development time. \u0000Findings/Result: We can integrate the Dobot magician robot into our custom project after developing the complete system. The movement pattern can be changed by changing the program, which may be used for different task execution utilizing the robot. The IDE can also be used for other robots, like UARM metal, a 3D printer, etc. Under the code, any robot can be operated using this interface. It has a programming interface, as well as a command-line interface. We can test, debug and experiment as well. \u0000Originality/Value: We created our application in C#, a modern, easy and flexible language. The IDE has lots of scope for experiments. The program has very easy to understand. We use the robot to swing the cradle for flexibility in nature. We can change the swings pattern by changing the parameter value, which is impossible in fixed monotonous movement. This can give us a unique feature than most other available procedures to swing the cradle.\u0000Paper Type: Experimental-based Research.

For example, an approach for a salesperson is to observe consumer behaviour during the shopping phase and then recall his interest. However, the salesperson needs unique skills because every person may interpret their behaviour in a different manner. The purpose of this research is to track client interest based on head pose positioning and facial expression recognition.\u0000Objective: We are going to develop a quantifiable system for measuring customer interest. This system recognizes the important facial expression and then processes current client photos and does not save them for later processing. \u0000Design/Methodology/Approach: The work describes a deep learning-based system for observing customer actions, focusing on interest identification. The suggested approach determines client attention by estimating head posture. The system monitors facial expressions and reports customer interest. The Viola and Jones algorithms are utilized to trim the facial image.\u0000Findings/Results: The proposed method identifies frontal face postures, then segments facial mechanisms that are critical for facial expression identification and creating an iconized face image. Finally, the obtained values of the resulting image are merged with the original one to analyze facial emotions. \u0000Conclusion: This method combines local part-based features with holistic facial information.
