This sector contributes about 40 percent towards the export of the country and attracts Foreign Direct Investment. India is privileged as a global manufacturing corridor by encouraging and supporting MSMEs to create employment opportunities, especially in rural areas, and to increase the purchasing power of individuals at the bottom of the pyramid. In this scenario, efforts have been made: one, to study the role of MSMEs in the Indian economy, and two, to do the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Challenges (SWOC) analysis, for understanding the internal and external factors which influence the MSMEs.\u0000Design/Methodology/Approach: Present paper adopted conceptual research, based on the secondary data gathered from various statutory bodies like RBI and annual reports of the Government Ministry of MSME, research papers published in refereed journals and websites.\u0000Findings/Results: MSMEs contribute to generating employment, by mitigating regional imbalances through the development of business in economically backward areas. Likewise, they generate a significant contribution to improving the Gross Domestic Product of India. During the recent pandemic period, it contributed 30% towards GDP. Within the MSME sector, while 630.52 lakh enterprises are operating in a micro-sector, 3.3 lakh and 0.05 lakh enterprises are operating in the small and medium sectors respectively. More than 51% of MSMEs are established in rural regions and 49% in urban regions. The study observes that there is parity between rural and urban areas. At present, MSMEs provide 110 million employments, out of which 76% are male and 24% female based on gender. This sector has many strengths and weaknesses. Likewise, it also provides greater opportunities to uplift the Indian Economy by initiating the activities like Atmanirbhar Bharat and Production Linked Scheme (PLC), incentives, subsidies, and funding support. These policy changes will push the MSMEs to face global competition and facilitate India as the manufacturing hub of the world.\u0000Value: Apart from providing a broad view of MSMEs’ performance in India, this paper attempts to analyze such performance within the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Challenges (SWOC) framework. These building are selected for research as both of the buildings are considered as largest shopping malls and they also vary in planning and construction technology.\u0000The fire safety preparedness and awareness of management, occupants were analyzed. After then preparedness and awareness of concerned authority like fire fighters, Municipality and Nepal police were analyzed. Data was collected from occupants, management and concerned authority based on the questionnaires survey, site visits with check list and key informant interview. Information regarding fire safety preparedness and awareness was presented in tabular form, charts and Key informants interview and questionnaire.\u0000Findings/Result: Fire safety preparedness were lacking due to lack awareness on evacuation procedure and equipment’s operation. Management seems to be more focused on financial aspect rather than safety. Lack of proper firefighting equipment’s, equipment’s in poor condition, unmanaged electrical wires is the existing problem in the buildings. Concerned authority (Birtamode Municipality) had a fire Fighting team with a six fire men with a tank and fire fighting vehicle. But the new technologies like GPS were not introduced to firefighter. There were many cases reported where due to communication gap between the fire fighter and residents, the response was late which resulted more damage. Lack of fire hydrant near the major commercial buildings created problem for fire fighter to refill their water tank. Narrow roads inside the municipality, poor implementation of fire safety code were major problem for fire fighters. The tentative cost for the installation of fire safety tools and equipment’s Rs 5, 15,000 and Rs 9, 50,000 for one stop mall and Hanuman central respectively.\u0000Originality/Value: The study may be a guiding document for professionals, entrepreneurs and occupants for improving awareness and preparedness by obtaining cost components against fire safety.\u0000Paper Type: Research paper

It helps to lower the weather related losses and enhance the societal benefits such as the protection of life, health, property, etc., It is very much essential for the proper classification of weather images (WIs) into several categories such as dew, fogsmog, frost, glaze, hail, lightning, rain, rainbow, rime, sandstorm, snow, etc. so that appropriate information can be provided to the people as well as organizations for further analysis. \u0000Approach: In this work, a machine intelligent (MI) based approach is proposed for the classification of WIs into the dew, fogsmog, frost, glaze, hail, lightning, rain, rainbow, rime, sandstorm, and snow types. The proposed approach is focused on the stacking (hybridization) of Logistic Regression (LRG), Support Vector Machine (SVMN), Random Forest (RFS) and Neural Network (NNT) methods to carry out such classification. These structures enable one to control the optical emission properties of materials placed inside them. One of their most dramatic potential features is threshold-less lasing, unlike the conventional lasers. This is possible due to 2D monolayers, Heterostructures, Hybrid materials which are used as active layers for polariton-exciton strong coupling. In this review paper, a different method of Microcavity laser fabrication is reviewed, where a different type of active materials is utilized to improve the laser efficiency. Materials such as WS2, MoS2, WSe2 and MoSe2are used due to their strong exciton binding energy. These use high reflecting DBR mirrors fabricated using oxides of a higher refractive index such as SiO2, NbO2, HfO2/Al2O3, SiO2/Ta2O5 and SiO2/TiO2.
