The Test Hypothesis for Significant impact was done using F-test.\u0000Findings/Result: Complete time lost during the interaction would be about 37 years and a half year till date. Normal time lost 4 years and 8 months and 7 days for each undertaking.\u0000The debates, which have not been addressed, couldn't be surveyed. The aggregate sum spent on ADR just, for eight undertakings was 38 needs and 5 thousand, on the normal expense for a solitary venture was 4 lakhs and 76 thousand. It encourages the development of the software components by the different independent teams and easy integration at the final stage. The individual researcher prefers direct coding or tightly coupled software modules. The Model is rapid and efficient but might create maintainability issues later. So from day one, we should introduce the best design model. In this scenario, the MVVM model is the major player. Here, we present how to implement MVVM into our project through a simple task. We will design the user interface, which is part of the UX design team, and then add functionality, which is the programming part. Finally, we will do integration and execution. The code used in this project is available to download from GitHub. \u0000Design/Methodology/Approach: We are creating a C# WPF project inside the visual studio community edition. Then we segregate our activity into two parts. In the first part, we make a Model for our project. After that, we design the user interface. The user interface interacts with the user to display the data and receive inputs from the user. It is the presentation or view layer. After completing it, we add the required view model interaction logic. Finally, we integrate all components and run the project. \u0000Findings/Result: Through the research, we realize the importance of the MVVM concept. It is a good software architecture; the researcher who has gone through the documents will find out how to implement the MVVM into their project. Some essential procedures are presented concisely so they can be adopted quickly. This architecture is independent of any language. So once we grab it, it can be implemented in our project, whatever the language we use.\u0000Originality/Value: Several documents on MVVM design using WPF are available worldwide. Most of the documents are elaborative and descriptive. It is tricky to extract the required information from long-duration content as fast-track space. Here we demonstrate practically. These articles are analyzed, and the interpretations are highlighted in this review paper. \u0000Findings/Result: This research provides insight into various techniques used to classify remote sensing imagery. The gaps identified during the analysis with different approaches have helped to get a clear picture when formulating research questions in the remote sensing geographic information systems domain.\u0000Research limitations/implications: This study has surveyed various applications of remote sensing in GIS. This study is limited to a review of the various machine-learning approaches used for implementing change detection. In most scenarios, we experiment with IoT using a physical device. We can also research using a virtual device that can perform as real hardware. Without buying any physical hardware, we can visualize the status of the operating load or device which is being triggered through the IoT server or client endpoint. The researcher who is not from an electronics background or does not have sufficient knowledge to continue IoT research can do experiments using it. This paper will show how we can create such kinds of virtual instruments or devices. We use the C# client application adopted from Sinric Pro. We simplified the client module for new researchers in the IoT field for easy understanding. We added some Graphical user elements to display the status of the devices in real-life we see. The code is available for customization. \u0000Design/Methodology/Approach: We create and configure the device inside the Sinric Pro IoT server. Download the C# client and customize it for better understanding. We added some graphical elements to display the status of the load. Then we trigger the load from any endpoint like Alexa, the server dashboard, or a mobile phone application. \u0000Findings/Result: We get better load status visibility using the GUI element and a minimalistic code structure to send or receive the data to and from the IoT server. Through this concept, we made IoT development or demonstration easy. With slight modifications, we can use this procedure to communicate with any IoT server. \u0000Originality/Value: Various clients of fake load for IoT are available. Here we are experimenting more realistic way. Fetching the status and triggers the load using visual indication as the real world does. However, only a few have explained them together comprehensively. For gathering data, the questionnaire was emailed to the cadets. It is widely used in teamwork. Standalone developers mostly do not prefer to use it. But in all types of development, we can use it to manage our software efficiently. We demonstrate how we can use the GIT version control in our software project through the step-by-step procedure. We will use Bitbucket and GitHub as GIT servers and SourceTree as GIT clients for the demonstration. The SourceTree has GUI, which we generally prefer. This paper might be helpful who are trying to integrate the GIT system into their project.\u0000Design/Methodology/Approach: We create a new remote GIT repo (Repository) in Bitbucket and GitHub. Then install a GIT client into our system. The remote repo is cloned into our system through it. Inside the local repo, we add and modify files. After a good change, we must send it to the Stage. We are writing comments on it and committing to the changes. So, GIT can keep a change record. We can revert to the previous commit point if the current changes are unsuitable. \u0000Findings/Result: Here, we demonstrate how to integrate Git easily. Individual researchers can incorporate GIT into their projects efficiently.\u0000Originality/Value: Many documents are available on the net for version control system demonstrations. This imperative assessment focuses mostly on a new and innovative financial concept that is green financing, which is now functioning as one of the most important strategies to attain economic stability together with overall sustainable growth.\u0000Design/Methodology/Approach: The research is descriptive in nature to analyze the future prospects of global financing in reference to Nepal. Literature based review dominated conceptual research is exploratory in nature. The key informants were consulted personally. On the basis of advantages, disadvantages, status, and actions required the professionals' opinions were documented using steps recommended by grounded theory. The Focus Group Discussion among professionals other than key informants was also done after collecting data personally on the same agendas for validation of research. It is furthermore illustrated with help of Ecotourism case analysis. It could be said partial ABCD based discussion and content analysis accumulated the research.\u0000Findings/Result: Globalization is having an increasingly negative impact on the environment, it is no longer an option for industries all over the globe to achieve overall green growth by adopting various green initiatives that allow them to achieve a climate-resilient future through both environmentalism and capitalism at the same time; rather, it is now a necessity rather than an option for them to do so. the function and relevance of green financing in not just one sector but for all other industries, which can embrace this concept in one way or another for the purpose of achieving total green growth has been illustrated.
