To test these three hypotheses, this study will use simple linear regression techniques. This study uses a simple linear regression technique, the analytical method used in this study includes classical assumption tests and model tests. The sample in this study are companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and publish their financial statements in the range of 20142016. The research sample was 32 companies with 96 observational data. The results of the study prove that the disclosure of greenhouse gas emissions affects financial performance. Second, environmental performance influences financial performance. Third, CSR disclosure affects financial performance. The research aims to maintain and improve the quality of services at the center for community lung health. The method used is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Potential Gain in Customer Value's (PGCV). The result of the research is that from the four quadrants there is quadrant I which is the main priority needs to be improved service, the priority of the first attribute regarding Employees always do greetings, smile, say hello. The second attribute about medical personnel must be nimble and respect patients, and the third attribute about employees provide services in accordance with the wishes and understand the needs of patients. The conclusion of the study is that attributes that have the highest priority in quadrant 1 for immediate improvement so that patients who are undergoing treatment can be more satisfied with the services provided. The problem core morals need to be implanted, and how do you teach them? An-Nahlawi, Egypt, introduced a variety of Quranic learning models. One of them is uswah hasanah as a moral model. Ideally, there are moral figures. However, it is difficult, maybe even nonexistent. The only model is the Prophets. The study aims to find the learning model of uswah hasanah of Prophet Sulayman to instill the attitude of humble for early childhood. The study method uses the classroom action research. The study found, Prophet Sulayman had the attitude of humble; because he realized that he could do nothing without God, even breathing could not. He became king, not because of his greatness, but because it made him king by the Lord. He was wealthy because it made him rich by God. He was highly knowledgeable because it made him smart by God. The goal was to be tested, and Prophet Sulayman passed the test of God. He is a believer, there is no little conceit. The implication is that moral education should make students aware of their weaknesses by always relying on God. Children growth becomes an important attention of the PMI families This based research paper is aimed at analyzing a Program of Community based Parenting (PAMB) implemented by Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) toward PMI families at a village of Kuningan. This research has a higher urgency of providing solutions for the emerging problems among the society, due to one of parents of the children become PMI, thus became the concern of PAMB. To get appropriate data, the researcher used a qualitative Case Study with descriptive analysis. The qualitative data was collected through observation and in-depth interviews directly to Migrant worker families at village of Kertawangun, district of Sindangagung, regency of Kuningan. The chosen respondents were 20 PMI families with their 12-18-year-old teenagers. The collected data, then, were encoded and analyzed using Grounded Theory of Strauss and Corbin. Based on the research findings, it shows that the model of parenting communication of PAMB is necessary to do more frequent among PMI families with their teenagers, and the need to empower local institutions which can convincingly support protection of PMI families at both the level of RT and RW (a smaller and larger neighboring communities). The method used descriptive qualitative approach about the implementation of microfinance in BUS in West Java with library research, documentation, and interviews. The results showed that the implementation of microfinance in BUS was distributed directly to individual customers and MSMEs or through sharia microfinance institutions such as sharia cooperatives. The contract used mudharabah, musyarakah, and murabahah. The finance ceiling was between Rp. 2 million to Rp. 200 million with and or without collateral, and with and without assistance. Based on the distribution of microfinance to customers by using mudharabah contracts for investment or working capital (not consumptive), the objectives, and the targets of customers, the intermediary social function of BUS is adequate good. However, the use of murabahah contracts oriented to bank’s profit and the existence of collateral showed that the intermediary social function of BUS has not been optimal yet. Previous researches state that well-implemented Islamic work ethics has a direct and positive influence on various dimension of attitudes in organizational change and individual performance. However, the existence of work ethics in a company cannot always be implemented properly, meaning that there are still irregularities in the work ethics. It can be seen from the rampant fraud committed by employees and members of Islamic organizations. Looking at this phenomenon, this study will examine how the dimensions of Islamic work ethics (IWE) applied to Islamic Community Credit Bank (ICCB) employees in Bandung. ICBB is a financial institution with Islamic Community as its market segment. To reach this objectives, descriptive quantitative analysis method using questionnaire spread to Islamic Community Credit Bank employees operating in Bandung. The results show that there are various dimensions that influence the application of Islamic work ethics on Islamic Community Credit Bank in Bandung. It was found that the theoretical construct of Islamic work ethics (IWE) consists of 7 dimensions namely: Work Intentions, Trusteeship, Work type, Work results for Islamic Ummah, Justice and fairness, Cooperation and collaboration and Work as the only source of ownership. Based on the testing, the authors conclude that Islamic Bank in Bandung had an excellent Islamic work ethics (IWE).
