This article describes one of the processes of the problem-solving method through community service with the objectives that members of the community behave in a healthy way towards a scabies-free Pesantren. The target audience is a pesantren consisting of students and teaching staff in urban areas. Previous results showed that there was an increase scabies incident from the first scabies screening although immediately after the first screening the students treated with anti-scabies drugs. The level of students' knowledge about scabies was the majority in the good category. But in reality, people in the village are still reluctant to use information and communication technology (ICT) to access community services available at village government offices. In this context, it has been found that the community-based communication model (CBC) is used to develop ICT in the village so that the available infrastructure can be utilized optimally. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the CBC model in developing ICT in the village. Using a case study, this study selected 18 districts in West Java that had village internet. The results show that the CBC model can invite villagers to use ICT, especially for welfare improvement. However, there are still obstacles in the procurement and maintenance of ICTs, both in terms of budget and human resources. The village government is expected to overcome these obstacles. The specific purpose of this study is to find out, analyze, and discuss the Election Strategy of the Election Commission in the Political Communication Perspective. This study uses qualitative methods through a case study approach The results showed that the campaign strategy carried out by the leader of the winning team Rudi-Helmi used four stages, namely: First stage, popularity. Incumbent compared to other prospective contestants is more popular with the strength that has been known by the people of Garut for at least the past five years. The second stage is acceptability. Incumbents as state officials are more accepted by the people formally or informally by the people of Garut. The third stage, probability. Incumbents can estimate voters by sorting out old voters, tendency to vote, and attract sympathy for millennial voters. The fourth stage, vote gate. Subjects of this research are young motorcyclists and data was collected by using The Dangerous Driving Behavior measurement tool developed by James and Nahl, and Dula and Ballard. The results obtained show that aggressive driving, negative emotions while driving, and risky driving, together can predict the occurrence of dangerous driving behavior. Correlations among the highest variables are: negative emotions while driving with aggressive driving, followed by negative emotions while driving with risky driving, and the lowest is aggressive driving with risky driving. The risky driving is founded as the variable which the contribution was the highest to the dangerous driving behavior, followed by negative emotions while driving and the aggressive driving. This provides space for the law to continue to develop into a part of national development in the field of law. The fact is that space above the equator has special features that can be of economic value so that it can prosper the countries passed by the equator. Thus, the development of space law becomes an inseparable part of the welfare development of the community itself. This research can prove that the development of the law in the field of space is closely related to welfare which can be presented by a legal state. Government policy in supporting the existence of free trade is also seen through the concept of Special Economic Zones (KEK) launched by the government in providing mapping of potential natural resources owned in several areas, one of them in Morowali District, Central Sulawesi Province which is part of the Special Economic Zone nickel mining. Therefore, this study aims to identify and analyze the impact of the policy of establishing a Special Economic Zone (KEK) for local residents in terms of regional spatial plans after the entry of foreign investors to invest in Morowali District, Central Sulawesi Province. This study uses normative legal research methods and uses the case approach method. The results of this study indicate that there is an imbalance in the territorial structure in terms of regional spatial plans that are owned by the regional government of Morowali which specifically provide special economic zone policies only to mine management investors. The output of the research after analysis is to find a regional structure that is not balanced between the management carried out by investors and the community. Where people are not given management rights in special economic zones, the community is only allowed to become laborers without carrying out mining activities because of the policy of managing the nickel mine having to use a smelter. While ownership of smelters is only owned by large companies that obtain management permits by the government.","PeriodicalId":184791,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Social and Humaniora Research Symposium (SoRes 2018)","volume":"255 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116010344","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study method uses the thematic digital Qur`an approach. The study found that, the meaning of mu`min and kāfir refers to the main character of a person. If he is characteristically obedient to God, he is a mu`min (believer). On the contrary, if he has the character of disobeying against God’s main command, then he is a kāfir (infidel). So far many Muslims have been wrong. They claim every Muslim is automatically mu’min while everyone outside of Islam is an infidel. Even those who radically accuse Muslims of being outside of the mainstream as infidels too. So, it could be a Muslim who rejects the main commandment of the Prophet sentenced as an infidel by God while an Ahl al-Kitāb assessed as a mu`min.
