Community Service Method: This community service activity in the north coast of Java (North Coast) was held in Mertasinga Village, Gunung Jati Subdistrict, Cirebon Regency, West Java, Indonesia. This activity is conducted six months, from January 2017 to June 2017. The method used in this study is the Implemented Solutions, Output Target, Monitoring and Evaluation. The results of the study, it can be summarized as follows: increasing public awareness toward the treat of damage of coastal resources, increasing the involvement and ability of local communities to actively participate and be empowered in efforts to preserve the environment and to decide a decision for coastal resource management, coastal resource utilization and management activities are optimally and sustainably implemented, and increasing public awareness of environmental and residential health. This research method uses case studies. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and literature study. This study found the marketing mix that entrepreneurs do by providing quality products, and affordable prices. In addition, entrepreneurs apply promotional mixes such as sales promotions in the form of discounts, and word of mouth marketing. Social media used in the form of websites, Facebook, and Instagram. Entrepreneurs have good relationships with vendors so that they can develop the products of the MSME creative industry and the continuity of product availability is mainatained. Water is a basic human need and cannot be substituted, it is a requirements of an adequate health living standard of all humans. The decrease of water amount bring problem in fulfilling the right to water of humans. In Indonesia, the State should manage its availability and the accessibility forever for the prosperity of Indonesian people as stated in Article 33 of Indonesian Constitution year 1945. But it became worst because The Law Number 7 year 2004 gave possibility to privatisation of water management, so that the water is not social good only anymore, it is an economic good either, the law itself is influenced by Dublin Declaration in seeing water as economic good. Even though the Law has been revoked by The Constitutional Court, in which the water management and control returned to the Government. In accordance with McManis, highest prevalence of abuse cases occurred in early adolescence stage that equivalent to the level of junior high school in Indonesia. This study aims to obtain exploratory data on abuse classification that experienced by students and its occurrence frequency. This study was conducted on five junior high schools in Bandung that have the most students according to the 2016 New Student Admission page. Around 1261 students filled out questionnaire regarding their abuse experience. Data was processed by qualitative and quantitative methods and presented through cross table tabulation. Results showed that 49.3% of total respondents had experienced abuse and entered frequency category from ‘quite often’ to ‘often’. Then, 16% of them experienced abuse at school and 13% experienced in classroom.
