Современное использование исторических объектов Венеции и Доло для проведения различных торжеств и культурных событий на фоне подлинных интерьеров и архитектуры, насыщенных различными символами и произведениями искусства, создает условия дальнейшего функционирования их общественной жизни и туристической привлекательности. Анализируется архитектурно-световая среда жилых районов и центральной части Доло. Рассматриваются история и архитектура некоторых сооружений Венеции и вилл Бренты как исторических доминант и ориентиров в градостроительной структуре. Проведение выставок, инсталляций и воркшопов в исторических и современных пространствах Доло способствует формированию комфортной, безопасной среды и созданию позитивной эмоциональной атмосферы города.\u0000 The architectural environment of Venice and Dolo from the point of view of the interaction of landmarks, dominants, perspectives of digital and psychological navigation are analyzed in the article. The modern use of the historical sites of Venice and Dolo for various celebrations and cultural events on the backdrop of authentic interiors and architecture, saturated the various symbols and works of art, creates conditions for the further functioning of their social life and tourist attractiveness. The architectural and light environment of residential areas and the central part of Dolo is analyzed. The history and architecture of some of the buildings of Venice and Brenta’s villas as historical dominates and landmarks in the urban planning structure are considered. Контекстуализм в новейшей архитектуре осознанно опирался на метод средового подхода, который позволил сохранить масштаб исторического центра древнего города. На протяжении почти двух десятилетий здесь не возникали диссонирующие объекты. Архитекторы использовали следующие принципы контекстуализма: стилистический, композиционный, морфологический, типологический, колористический, орнаментально-декоративный, образно-символический, природно-ландшафтный и др. Но установлено, что в большинстве случаев контекстуализм оперирует одновременно различными принципами, пользуется одновременно несколькими приемами (один из которых может быть господствующим), которые позволяют создать гармоничное взаимодействие с контекстом. В статье приводятся характерные примеры нижегородского контекстуализма.\u0000 The report addresses an important theoretical problem of the interaction of tradition and innovation in modern architecture, while focusing on contextualism as a stylistic trend that emerged in Nizhny Novgorod architecture in the post-Soviet period of the 1990s, in the era of Russian postmodernism, which led to the flourishing of regional Nizhny Novgorod architectural school and led her to a leading position in Russian architecture. Contextualism in modern architecture consciously relied on the method of environmental approach, which allowed to preserve the scale of the historical center of the ancient city. For almost two decades, there were no discordant objects. The architects used the following principles of contextualism: stylistic, compositional, morphological, typological, coloristic, ornamental-decorative, figurative-symbolic, natural-landscape, etc. But it was established that in most cases contextualism operates simultaneously with different principles, uses several tricks simultaneously (one of which can be dominant), which allow you to create a harmonious interaction with the context. Среди них Леонид Борисович Коган - урбанист, социолог, педагог, ученики и воспитанники которого разбросаны по России и миру. Статья продолжает тему социологии архитектуры, начатую авторами в предыдущем выпуске «Современной архитектуры мира», где была рассмотрена общность взглядов М. Кастельса и Л.В. Глазычева на организацию новых структур жизнедеятельности общества и повышение активности местных сообществ в ответ на падение социальной значимости мест. Среди авторов работ, в которых архитектура и вопросы политического и социально-экономического развития связаны воедино, имена трех упомянутых исследователей объединяет, прежде всего, неравнодушие к судьбам простых горожан. Так, острое чувство гражданской ответственности, тревога за последствия неконтролируемых процессов глобализации вывели их за рамки узкопрофессиональной деятельности архитектора, сделали урбанистами, социологами, политиками, поставили у истоков формирования нового отношения к городу и горожанину.\u0000 The interest in sociology of the contemporary urbanists and architects, that has come like a new wave, had its heralds. One of them is Leonid Kogan - an urbanist, sociologist and a teacher whose students are scattered around the world. The article continues the topic, that was started at the author’s previous digest “The Contemporary World’s Architecture” comprised the consideration of common views of M. Castells and V. Glazychev to the new structures’ organization of the societal life activity and an increase in the activity of local communities in response to the fall in social significance of places. The works of the three mentioned authors are united, first of all, by the caring of the ordinary citizens’ lives. В статье рассматриваются различные типы построек: отели, жилые комплексы, религиозные сооружения. Это реализованные проекты Н. Фостера, З. Хадид, Жака Херцога, Пьера де Мёрона и других архитекторов, которые позволили сформировать образ современной столицы Ливана и определить вектор его развития не только на ближайшие годы, но и на несколько десятилетий вперед.\u0000 The article is devoted to the specifics of the contemporary architecture development in Beirut. In the 20century the city of a very old history endured several major events that affected its further development: the collapse of the Ottoman Empire, the dominance of France and then the heyday and civil war, which was stopped only in the 90s. Despite the terrible destruction, the city managed not only to recover almost completely in a short time, but also to become an attractive territory for the leading architects of the world. Different types of buildings are analyzed in the article: hotels, residential complexes, religious buildings. These are the completed projects by N. Foster, Z. Тезис, объединяющий позиции двух ученых, - повышение активности местных сообществ в ответ на падение социальной значимости мест, происходящее (по Кастельсу) из-за переноса акцента деятельностной социальной активности в виртуальное пространство потоков. В современном обществе человеческий опыт представлен двумя развивающимися сферами: одна основана на функциональных потоках, связанных с использованием новых информационно-компьютерных технологий, другая - на исторических культурных традициях конкретных ареалов проживания населения. Процесс их сосуществования находится в развитии. Сравнение научных концепций, высказанных с позиций социолога, экономиста и культуролога, с одной стороны, и архитектора, градостроителя и активного политического деятеля - с другой, представляет интерес для выработки фундаментальных основ нового раздела общей социологии - социологии архитектуры.\u0000 Views of M. Castells and V.L. Glazychev of the new structures’ organization of the societal life activity, expressed by them at the turn of the XX-XXI centuries, are currently being developed, their theoretical predictions are being implemented. The thesis, uniting the positions of two scientists, is an increase in the activity of local communities in response to the fall in social significance of places, occurring (according to Castells) due to the shift from the social vital activity to the virtual space of flows. The human experience is represented by the two developing spheres in modern society: one is based on the functional flows associated with the use of new information and computer technologies, and the other is based on the local historical cultural traditions. Their coexistence is in progress. Однако со второй половины ХХ века в городе начинается процесс глобальных структурных изменений, который оказался весьма разрушительным для исторического облика столицы. К началу XXI века от старых кварталов уцелела лишь незначительная часть. В последнее время появляется все больше проектов по сохранению и реновации традиционных жилых дворов Пекина - сыхэюаней. Реновация затрагивает как их пространственное решение, так и изменение их функций. Она может следовать логике исторического построения, а может строиться на резком контрасте современного и традиционного. Некоторые проекты предлагают переосмысливать не отдельные жилые дворы, а исторические кварталы в целом, меняя их общую структуру. Пока что процесс носит достаточно хаотичный характер. Тем не менее этот феномен активно проявляет себя уже на протяжении последних десяти лет, что позволяет проследить некоторые тенденции в его развитии.\u0000 Until the late 40-ies of the 20century Beijing almost unchanged preserved its historical structure. However, from the second half of the 20century in the city begins the process of global structural changes, which turned out to be very destructive for the historical appearance of the capital. By the beginning of the 21 century from the old quarters only a small part survived. Recently, there is growing project to preserve and renovate traditional residential courtyards of Beijing, called siheyuan. Renovation affects both their spatial structure and the change in their functions. It can follow the logic of historical construction, and can be built on a sharp contrast between modern and traditional. Some projects suggest not re-thinking individual residential yards, but historical quarters in general, changing their overall structure. As an architectural style, it is a phenomenon in British architecture of the local time between 1967 and 1987 and limited to a certain circle of architects. However new out-of-style approaches of its leaders are widely used and had a huge impact on the development of modern architecture. Неоднократные преобразования в застройке и озеленении на ее территории происходили на всем протяжении XVI–XIX веков. Да и к концу XX века в Саттон-плейс назрела необходимость в очередной «зеленой реконструкции». В результате был создан целый ряд совершенно уникальных садовых композиций, знаменовавших собой высшие достижения послевоенного садово-паркового искусства Англии.Актуальность предлагаемой статьи обусловлена прежде всего отсутствием в специальной литературе именно детального рассмотрения заявленной темы.\u0000 In English gardening at the end of the XX century we find many imaginative and innovative solutions that demonstrate an extraordinary variety of artistic approaches.The article examines the work of one of the largest masters of landscape art in England in the context of the reconstruction of greenery decoration in the Sutton Place estate, which was mentioned from the beginning of the XVI century and has a rich garden history. Repeated changes in development and landscaping on its territory took place throughout the XVI–XIX centuries. By the end of the XX century there was a need for another «green reconstruction» in Sutton place.
