A universal electronic health record (EHR) is a fundamental software to enhance the quality of medical services and administrative procedures, and only until 2013 the law focused in this topic was decreed. Due to this, the EHRs in Mexico are very fragmented and have little coverage throughout the country, also they do not comply the international requirements and the totality of the public standards. In this work the technical, functional and legal requirements for EHR systems are presented and described where blockchain technology arise as a fundamental framework to meet them, also a review of conventional server-client EHRs in Mexico and the most important blockchain based EHR implementations are exposed. S.), threshold voltage (Vth), ION/IOFF ratio, effective mobility (ueff) and cut-off frequency (fT). Was selected the architecture with the best electrical performance, which is the Staggered Bottom Gate, and then it was planarized the gate electrode by applying a lift-off process, as an optimization technique, in order to remove steps between drain/source electrodes and the active layer. The implemented communication scheme works analogously to a client-server type system and enables remote communication through Bluetooth modules between two Microchip® PIC-type microcontrollers, which act as nodes in the communication system. In this sense, the node that initiates the communication (server) is connected through an analog to digital converter to the dynamic system, and the remote node receives the information, which in turn sends it back, forming a feedback system. This communication system is affected by inactivity times (time delays) that are inherent to the transmission and reception of information. Therefore, to deal with the effects of these inactivity times and to be able to modify the establishment times of the emulated dynamic system, proportional-integral-derivative (PID) type digital controllers are implemented in the client node. High-flow proportional valves are the main component in determining their overall performance as they influence operating and transient conditions. Therefore, it is important to control the value of the flow through the proportional valve by means of a non-linear model that guarantees precision and above all a control model that allows to deal with the hysteresis effects of solenoid valves. The article presents a methodology for testing a miniature high-flow proportional valve, with a description of the operational characteristics of the elements involved and design of an experimental prototype for the proportional valve control study. The results of the experimental activities are shown, both the conditions of use, operability, and assembly of the components, with special attention to the current controller, Flow Sensor and Analog Digital Converter. For the analysis and identification of the system, MATLAB and Simulink tools are used, which through the use of the ARX and ARMAX approximation methods, the model of the plant to be controlled was identified, making use of the experimental data set of both inputs and outputs of the system in question and two plant models were obtained due to the presence of valve hysteresis. The V metal target was placed on the direct current (DC) source and the V2O5 target was coupled to the radio frequency (RF) source. The power of the targets was varied, being 40 W and 50 W for the DC source and 40 W, 50 W and 60 W for the RF. The films were deposited on Corning glass substrates, keeping the deposition time of each film at 30 min. The crystalline structure of the films was obtained by X-ray diffraction and an amorphous behavior was observed. The formation of VOx phases was observed by Raman spectroscopy and vibrational modes analysis. It is observed that the presence of the V2O5 phase increases with the applied source power. The formation of the V2O5 phase is inferred from the calculated band gaps, ranging between 2.24 and 2.60 eV for the prepared thin films. The zero-bias Schottky barrier height (SBH) and ideality factor n were calculated for both metal-semiconductor (MS) structures by using thermionic emission theory showed a strong dependence on temperature.
