This research uses quantitative data analysis methods in the form of descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that the brand image that uses Baturaja cement is safer, has a positive and significant effect on providing services by SMBR is reliable; has a significant effect on improving the service of consumers who have experienced selling Baturaja cement which is more profitable; has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty to the brand image of Baturaja cement is always superior; consumer satisfaction because selling Baturaja cement is more profitable, has a positive and significant effect on distributor loyalty which is formed from the image of the Baturaja cement brand that is always superior; and that the brand image of the use of Baturaja cement is much safer, the quality of customer service is improved by offering reliable service and customer satisfaction so that selling Baturaja cement is always more profitable. The population in this research is 787 employee at PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk who are actively using information technology, chosen by purposively sampling. This research is a quantitative research using survey, descriptive and associative method, also involving doubled linear analysis technique to analyze the data. The test result t partially of Manage IT Human Resource (PO7) and Educate & Train User (DS7) partially impacts on IT Service Management (ITSM) with the test value of thitung 3,920 > ttabel(0,05,n-2) 1,98729 and thitung 4,647 > ttable(0,05,n-2)1,98729. The test result F simultaneously Manage IT Human Resource (PO7) and Educate & Train User (DS7) impacts on IT Service Management with the Fhitung 46,955 > Ftable (2,n-2) as 3,10. Contribution given by Manage IT Human Resource (PO7) and Educate & Train User (DS7) is 51,9% while 48,1% is impacted by other variables. Partially Manage IT Human Resource (PO7) impacts biggest 30,8% and Educate & Train User (DS7) impacts smallest 21,3% on IT Service Management (ITSM). This research is quantitative descriptive with data collection methods through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The number of respondents in this research were 28 employees. The tools of data analysis in this research is a simple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 20. From the results of the t test analysis shows the value of t count (4,233) > t table (1,706) and the significance value of 0,000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on performance employee at the Secretariat of Regional General Election Commission (RGEC) of East Luwu Regency. The population in this study were 41 mining companies while the study sample was 12 mining companies with a total of 72 observations selected by purposive sampling. Financial report data and annual reports are obtained from the Indo-Exchange File (IDX). The data analysis technique uses technical linear multiple regression. In this study the disclosure variables of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) were measured using the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclusure Index (CSRDI), the variable Debtto Equiy Ratio measured by the ratio of the proportion of debt to equity, and Profitability measured using Return On Assets (ROA). The results of the study show that the financial disclosure of financially has a positive and significant effect on profitability. While partially DebttoEquiyRatio (DER) has a negative and significant effect on Profitability. The Qur'an is a revelation of God which was revealed to Prophet Muhammad as the eternal miracle of all time. The Qur'an is the Holy Book of the Muslims which contains guidelines for a happy life and guidance of the world and the hereafter. It contains worship, morals, exemplary story, occult news, universe and so on. Even the Qur'an mentions that It also functioned as an explanation of all things (tibyanan likulli sya-in) (QS. An Nahl/16:89). This reaffirms that there is no exception, everything in the universe hasits explanation from the Holy Qur'an. No exception regarding family issues, especially related to parenting and education for children who grew up in his family environment. The main problems in this research is how is the concept of child education management according to the Qur'an in thefamily? In line with that, the Holy Qur'an encourage every parent to feel worried, if then behind the day after, they left a weak generation (QS. An Nisa '/4:9). This is the requirement so that each moslem parent are able to manage their children's education so they can grow and develop a independently. For that, it needs a pattern and attempts so that the process can go as desired. The method used in the writing of this thesis is the method of thematic tafseer (maudhu'i). And the purpose of the research is to be able to find the concept of child education management in a family that Qur'anic. Ultimately it is hoped that the concept of child education management within the family based on the Qur'an will be the solution to achieve the goals of parents to have pleasant children (QS. Al Furqan/25:74), starting with the planning (planning) (QS. Al Anfal/8:60),organizations (organizing) (QS. Ash Shaff/61:4), applications (actuiting) (QS. At-Tawba: 105/9) and control (controlling) (QS. QAF/50:16-18). The four stages above, are big agendas for each moslem family in order for their children to become shalih and shalihah. (3) Effect of leadership style and work discipline on the performance of National Police and ASN Members Ditreskrimum of North Sumatra Regional Police. This study is categorized as a quantitative associative causal study with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were 132 members of the National Police and South Sumatra Regional Police ASN. Sampling technique using Sampling Proposal. The sample in this study was to take a population or as many as 132 samples. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews. Test the validity of the instrument using Confirmatory Factor Analysis, while the reliability test uses Cronbach Alpha. The measuring instrument proved to be valid and reliable for research instruments. Multiple regression analysis is used to test the hypothesis of this study. The results of the study found that: (1) Leadership Style had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Polri and ASN Members Ditreskrimum of North Sumatra Regional Police using the t test that t counted 6.499> with t table 1.993 with a significance of 0.00 <0.05, Contributing leadership style to the performance of National Police and ASN Members Ditreskrimum of North Sumatra Regional Police is 50%. (2) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on the performance of National Police and ASN Members Ditreskrimum South Sumatra Police using t test that t count 4.021> with t table 1.993 with a significance of 0.025 <0.05, Contribution of work discipline to the performance of National Police and ASN Members Ditreskrimum Polda Sumsel by 25%. (3) Leadership style and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of National Police and ASN Members Ditreskrimum South Sumatra Police using the F test that F count 9.980> with F table 1993 with significance 0.04 <0.05, Contributions of leadership style and work discipline to explain performance Members of the Indonesian National Police and ASN Ditreskrimum Sumsel Polda amounted to 40%.
