We applied autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) procedures which consist of stationarity test, cointegration test, as well as estimation the short-term and long-term relationships. The cointegration test revealed existence cointegrationrelationship among the variables in the model. In the short-term and long-term model, our results indicated that the growth of value-added in agriculture sector and industry sector, household final consumption expenditures, and trade openness in the short-term and long-term have a significant effect toward final energy consumption in Indonesia, while the growth of value-added in the service sector only given a short-term effect toward final energy consumption in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of Brand Image, Price, Service, and Promotion together and partially on Consumer Satisfaction as well as to determine the effect of variables that have the most significant effect on Grab Palembang Customer Satisfaction. This research method uses the multiple regresssion model method which is a research design that will reveal the collective influence of the independent variable on one dependent variable. The data used are primary data and secondary data collected through questionnaires and data from Grab consumers directly. The total population is 3262 respondents and the sample is 256 respondents from consumers who use services from Grab. The results of the study show that the Consumer Decision partially has three influential variables, namely Price, Service, and Temporary Promotion Brand Image is not too influential on Consumer Satisfaction. Meanwhile, simultaneously the four variables have a significant influence on customer satisfaction Grab Palembang. The year of observation for 5 years is 2014 at 2018, with the object of PT. Fast Food Indonesia Tbk. The method of analysis uses quantitative descriptive method. The results showed that the working capital turnover of the company> 3 times the efficiency of the company's working capital turnover in 2014 d. 2018 efficiency. The size of a good company can be seen from the company's total asset value quite well. Total assets of PT. Fast Food continues to experience a significant increase every year. Growth opportunity PT. Fast Food has decreased every year even though sales have increased. This shows the low growth opportunity of the company can mean that the company does not have flexibility in investing optimally because the company manager will take action to transfer wealth from creditors toinvestors, so that the company is expected to have low debt. The level of profitability can be measured from the level of the company's fluctuating profits and significantly increased in 2018. Rumusan masalah bagaimana profesionalitas dan pengawasan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai? Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer dari jawaban 73 responden. Metode penarikan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Non probability sampling dengan tipe sampling jenuh. Model analisis yang digunakan regresi linear berganda dan melalui pengujian instrumen validitas dan reliabilitas.Hasil pengujian regresi linear berganda untuk uji F menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan profesionalitas dan pengawasan terhadap kinerja sebesar 0,002. Variabel profesionalitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja sebesar 0,032 dan pengawasan juga berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 0,027 terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Adanya kesesuaian teori antar variabel dalam penelitian ini dan mendukung penelitian terdahulu. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah riset deskriptif kausalitas dan data yang digunakan merupakan data kuantitatif. Berdasarkan sumbernya, data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang didapatkan langsung dari responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang terlebih dahulu diuji kelayakannya dengan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada UMKM pembuatan pempek Palembang, baik karyawan bagian produksi maupun karyawan yang memasarkan produk pempek. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Banyaknya sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 orang karyawan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Dalam penelitian ini diambil sampel sebanyak 100 orang dari 500 populasi pasien rawat jalan RSUP Dr. Mohamad Hosien Palembang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode simple random sampling.Dari hasil penelitian ini, secara simultan variabel reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, dan tangible secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan RSUP Dr. Mohamad Hosien Palembang, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai uji F dimana sig F sebesar 0,0000 < α (0,05). Secara parsial variabel reliability memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan pasien yang ditunjukan nilai sig t 0,028 < α (0,05). Variabel responsiveness tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan pasien yang ditunjukan nilai sig t 0,000 < α (0,05). variabel assurance memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan pasien yang ditunjukan nilai sig t 0,05 = α (0,05). Variabel empathy berpengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan pasien yang ditunjukan nilai sig t 0,794 > α (0,05). dan Variabel tangible tidak memiliki berpengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan pasien yang ditunjukan nilai sig t 0,000 < α (0,05). Koefisien korelasi rata-rata 0,867 menunjukan hubungan yang sangat kuat dan positif (searah). Koefisien determinasi Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,752. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah selain untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan nonfisik secara bersama-sama dan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai juga untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dalam memoderasi hubungan lingkungan kerja fisik dan nonfisik tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode multiple regresssion model yaitu desain penelitian yang akan mengungkapkan pengaruh kolektif variabel bebas terhadap satu variabel terikat. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data skunder yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesionerdan data dari kepegawaian P.T. Pegadaian. Jumlah populasi sekaligus sebagai sampel seluruh pegawai sebanyak 31 orang pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kantor Cabang Palembang dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja fisik dan nonfisik dan dengan dimoderasi motivasi memperkuat pengaruh kedua variabel tersebut terhadap kinerja pegawai. Adapun yang menjadi objek Sande pada Masyarakat Hukum Adat Besemah di Kota Pagar Alam adalah tanah dan bukan tanah. Sande bagi masyarakat Besemah di Kota Pagar Alam merupakan langkah dalam mengatasi masalah ekonomi tanpa harus takut kehilangan objek Sande dan merupakan budaya pada Masyarakat Hukum Adat Besemah di Kota Pagar Alam. Sande berlapis pada Masyarakat Hukum Adat Besemah di Kota Pagar Alam terjadi atas keinginan pemegang Sande untuk membayar harga kepada pemberi Sande dan mengharuskan pemberi Sande menyerahkan tanahnya kepada pemegang gadai dengan dipenuhinya ketentuan yang berlaku bagi Sande, sementara tanahnya sudah tergadai lebih dahulu kepada pihak lain. Penguasaan benda Sande tidak selamanya harus dikeluarkan dari kekuasaan pemberi Sande, akan tetapi dapat tetap dikuasai oleh pemberi Sande yang disebut dengan Tating Tanpa Kuasa, sedangkan Sande yang objeknya harus dikeluarkan dari pemegang Sande disebut Tating Kuasa.Tating tanpa kuasa ini merupakan salah satu karakter khas lembaga Sande pada Masyarakat Hukum Adat Besemah di Kota Pagar Alam sehingga penjual Sande dapat menggadaikan kembali tanahnya baik dengan persetujuan maupun tanpa persetujuan pembeli Sande. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang Perlindungan Hukum Pemegang Sande Berlapis Pada Masyarakat Hukum Adat Besemah di Kota Pagar Alam yang masih berlangsungpada saat ini.
