The data retrieval method used in this study was a questionnaire (questionnaire) with a Likert scale instrument. While the sample technique used in this study is non-probability, which means sampling techniques that do not give equal opportunity or opportunity for each element or member of the population to be selected as a sample. The researcher took a sample at SDN 2 Tukmudal which amounted to 47 students. Based on the results of the study, it could be concluded that there was a significant impact by administering reward and punishment for the study of students at the lower level of 23.5% tukmudal and 76, 5% was affected by other factors. With education, it is hoped that someone can dig up information or knowledge, train every talent they have to be of higher quality and develop the character and personality of students. Competence skills that support good behavior will produce good and competitive HR products in the future The purpose of this research is more on the management of extracurricular activities. First, study extracurricular programs and activities, second forms of extracurricular activities, thirdly the technical implementation of extracurricular activities and finally parental support in extracurricular activities. This study uses descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Compulsory extracurricular activities include Scouts, BPI, and Calistung. Extracurricular activities include Archery, Angklung, Futsal and English Fun. Extracurricular itself plays an important role in strengthening the quality of discipline of SDSI Al Farabi students. Technically, SDSI Al Farabi's extracurricular activities are responsible for the student sector. The objectives of this research include developing and increasing a sense of solidarity among students in the school environment, especially in the classroom. And to create new good habits for friendly relations among students. Researchers used descriptive research methods. Here the researcher describes what the researcher finds in the field when the researcher conducts the research and this description is based on the facts that exist in the school. No more children sitting alone and feeling like they don't have friends in class. After they finished eating, the children worked together to clean up the garbage around them. Do not be indifferent to the interaction between fellow students in class. This study aims to develop a digital interactive media based on E-Book in Mathematics V, by using the research and development (R&D) method of the Borg and Gall model which was modified by Sugiyono in order to overcome problems and become an alternative for teacher and student in the Mathematics learning process in elementary School and to determine the product that has been developed through the material validation and media validation stages. The Borg and Gall model that has been modified by Sugiyono used consists of five development steps, namely potential and problems, information gathering, product design, design validation, and design revision. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Selemadeg Timur which involved 18 students of class IX B in the second semester of the academic year 2021/2022. This research was conducted in three cycles. Data on students' learning motivation was collected using aquestionnaire and student achievement was collected by means of a learning achievement test in the form of a description, while students' opinions on the applied learning were collected using a questionnaire Further more, the data that has been collected was analysed using descriptive methods. The results showed that (1) there was an increase in student motivation at SMP Negeri 2 Selemadeg Timur after the application of the blended learning model in cycles I, II, and III, (2)an increase in the average achievement in cycle II increased by 3.61 and in the third cycle in creased by 3.28. Absorption capacity increased by 3.61% from cycle I to cycle II and 3.28%from cycle II to cycle III. Pendekatan yang pergunakan pada penelitan ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif fenomenologi.Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X SMA N 1 Bangli dengan jumlah keseluruhan 281 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan tabel Isaac dan Michael dengan tarap kesalahan 5% sehingga jumlah sampel  dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 155 orang peserta didik kelas X, serta 1 orang Guru PJOK kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Bangli. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang akan dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, angket kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran jarak jauh dalam pembelajaran PJOK berbasis daring di SMA Negeri 1 Bangli dinyatakan  kurang efektif, disebabkan beberapa alasan yaitu: (1) pembelajaran daring mempersulit proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik, (2) pembelajaran tatap muka lebih menyenangkan dari pembelajaran daring, (3) adanya kendala seperti terbatasnya jaringan internet, kuota belajar, dan kadang-kadang aplikasi susah untuk diakses. (4) tujuan pembelajaran yang kurang tercapai. Penelitian ini dilator belakangi oleh hasil observasi peneliti saat melakukan PPL-Adaptif  dikelas XII MIPA 2 MAN Buleleng. Peneliti menemukan rendahnya aktifitas belajar siswa yang ditandai dengan adanya siswa yang kurang aktif saat mengikuti pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, namun ketika guru memberikan apresiasi berupa penambahan skor keaktifan kepada beberapa siswa yang aktif dalam pembelajaran, siswa yang lain turut ikut aktif dalam pembelajaran selanjutnya. Peneliti menduga adanya factor motivasi yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa. Selain itu, orang tua juga berperan penting dalam mengawasi, membimbing, serta memberikan arahan terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa yang dilakukan di rumah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif-kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan instrumen data berupa lembar observasi, lembar angket/kuisioner, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji analisis linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji regresi berganda. Pada uji analisis linear berganda menghasilkan nilai konstanta (a) 69,174, koefisien X1 sebesar 0,295, koefisien X2 sebesar 0,373. Pada uji keofisien determinasi, persentase kontribusi pengaruh variable motivasi dan pengawasan orang tua secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar Bahasa Indonesia sebesar 69,9%. This model presents a real problem for students as the beginning of learning. This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on social studies learning outcomes for fifth grade students at SDN 03 Tiumang, Dharmasraya Regency. This research is classified into quantitative research. The research design used by the author is a Quasi Experimental Design in the form of Posttest Only Control Design. The subjects in this study were all fifth grade students at SDN 03 Tiumang. Then calculated using a simple paired t-test. This research aimed to develop an interactive e-module for the basic techniques of stances and the pattern of pencak silat steps for class VII Junior High School students. This research used the development research with the ADDIE research model which consists of five stages, including, the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data was collected using a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of product validation carried out by learning experts, the percentage value of content/learning materials experts consisted of 95% very well qualified, the learning design experts are very well qualified consisted of 92,5%, the learning media experts are very well qualified consisted of 97,5%, and expert practitioners consisted of 96,7% very well qualified in the field. Based on product trials, the percentage of individual trials consisted of 96,1% with very good qualifications, in small group trials with very good qualifications consisted of 93,5%, and in field trials with good qualifications consisted of 86,1%.
