With education, it is hoped that someone can dig up information or knowledge, train every talent they have to be of higher quality and develop the character and personality of students. Competence skills that support good behavior will produce good and competitive HR products in the future The purpose of this research is more on the management of extracurricular activities. First, study extracurricular programs and activities, second forms of extracurricular activities, thirdly the technical implementation of extracurricular activities and finally parental support in extracurricular activities. This study uses descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Compulsory extracurricular activities include Scouts, BPI, and Calistung. Extracurricular activities include Archery, Angklung, Futsal and English Fun. Extracurricular itself plays an important role in strengthening the quality of discipline of SDSI Al Farabi students. Technically, SDSI Al Farabi's extracurricular activities are responsible for the student sector. 摘要
教育是一个人发展自我潜能、智力和技能、加强学生性格和个性的主要需求之一。通过教育,人们希望人们能够挖掘信息或知识,培养他们所拥有的每一个人才,使他们具有更高的素质,培养学生的性格和个性。支持良好行为的胜任能力技能将在未来生产出良好且具有竞争力的人力资源产品。本研究的目的更多是关于课外活动的管理。第一,研究课外活动项目和活动,第二,课外活动的形式,第三,课外活动的技术实施,最后,家长在课外活动中的支持。本研究采用描述性分析与定性分析相结合的方法,并通过观察、访谈和文献资料收集数据。强制性的课外活动包括童子军、BPI和Calistung。课外活动包括射箭,Angklung,五人制足球和英语乐趣。课外活动本身对于加强法拉比学院学生的学科素质具有重要作用。严格来说,SDSI Al Farabi的课外活动是负责学生部门的。学生家长支持所有与课外活动有关的活动,表现在家长指导孩子实践和指导学生参加比赛的态度上。关键词:课外管理,人格强化
