The purpose of this research is to identify any methods that can increase students' interest in learning science. The research method uses a meta-synthetic method which is a method of summarizing research results, with a meta-ethnographic approach that aims to develop new theories to complement existing theories. The search was carried out through a database of electronic journals, including ERIC, Science Direct, SAGE journals, and Google Scholar with a range of publications in the last 5 years. The results obtained indicate that the method of increasing interest in science learning includes the use of learning media, learning models, learning methods and other methods that can increase interest in the learning process and show results that show it can increase interest in learning science for students. These methods of increasing interest in learning are not only applied to science learning, but can be applied to other learning that requires increasing interest in learning in students and according to the character of the learning. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: Interest in learning science, learning media, learning models, learning methods. \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000Peserta didik akan terfokus pada satu hal yang menyita perhatiannya dan itu dapat dikatakan sebagai sebuah minat dalam diri peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi metode apa saja yang dapat meningkatkan minat belajar IPA bagi peserta didik. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode meta-sintesis yang merupakan metode merangkum hasil-hasil penelitian, dengan pendekatan meta-etnografi yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan teori baru untuk melengkapi teori yang sudah ada. Penelusuran dilakukan melalui database jurnal elektronik diantaranya, ERIC, Science Direct, SAGE journals, dan Google Scholar  dengan rentang publikasi 5 tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian yang didapat menunjukan bahwa metode meningkatkan minat belajar IPA diantaranya penggunaan media pembelajaran, model pembelajaran, metode belajar dan metode lain yang dapat meningkatkan minat pada proses pembelajaran dan menunjukan hasil yang menunjukan dapat meningkatkan minat belajar IPA bagi peserta didik. The purpose of this study was to analyze the feasibility, effectiveness and measure student responses to local wisdom-based E-booklet learning media. The population in this study were all students of class V (Five) at KKMI 2 Kuningan. The sample consisted of 25 students in class VA as the experimental class and class VB consisting of 25 students as the control class. The research design used a research and development approach with a 4-D development model (define, design, development, dissemination) and data collection techniques using tests, interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The results showed that 1) e-booklet media based on local wisdom was very feasible to be used as teaching material in learning by reaching a percentage of 83.8 from learning experts, material experts, linguists and media experts; 2) the effectiveness of e-booklets based on local wisdom with very effective categories as teaching materials; Based on these results it can be concluded; the local wisdom-based ebooklet media is very feasible and effective to use in science learning on water cycle materials and their impacts; Student responses showed a very positive attitude towards learning through ebooklet media based on local wisdom.  \u0000Keyword : learning mdia, ebooklet, local wisdom, scientific literacy, learning motivation \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan Literasi Sains dan Motivasi Belajar siswa dengan memaksimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi dengan media pengembangan e-booklet berbasis kearifan lokal sebagai penunjang kegiatan pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kelayakan, keefektifan dan mengukur respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran E-booklet berbasis kearifan lokal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Seluruh siswa kelas V (Lima) di KKMI 2 Kuningan. Sampel terdiri dari 25 siswa kelas  VA sebagai  Kelas eksperimen dan kelas VB terdiri  dari 25 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Desain penelitian yang digunakan pendekatan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Develoment) dengan model pengembangan 4-D (define, design, development, dissemination) dan teknik penggumpulan data menggunakan Tes, wawancara, Observasi, dan angket. This development and research aims to create a product in the form of an android-based learning media application that can be used in learning mathematics with discharge materials. This study uses the Research and Development method with the Borg and Gall model with 10 stages. This study used a simple random sampling technique which was carried out at SDN Karikil in class V students with a total of 47 people. The data analysis technique in this study used quantitative and qualitative descriptive statistical analysis techniques, and used data collection such as interviews, questionnaires and tests. The development of learning media for the Android-based Serena application has met the appropriate criteria. The results of this study showed a significant change, the experimental class got an average score of n-gain \"0.82\" or 82% in the \"high\" or \"effective\" category, while the control class got an average score of n -gain “0.24” or 24% or “ineffective” category. Thus, the results of the research that have been obtained using n-gain can be said that the learning media of the Android-based Serena application is feasible and effective to use in mathematics lessons on discharge material in class V SDN Karikil. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: Learning Media, Serena Applications, Mathematics. \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000Kurangnya media pembelajaran yang menunjang menjadikan peserta didik sulit memahami materi debit sehingga berpengaruh terhadap pengerjaan latihan soal yang beragam. Pengembangan dan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah produk berupa media pembelajaran aplikasi serena berbasis android yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika materi debit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan model Borg and Gall dengan 10 tahapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling yang dilaksanakan di SDN Karikil pada siswa kelas V dengan jumlah 47 orang. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dan menggunakan pengumpulan data seperti wawancara, angket dan tes. Pengembangan media pembelajaran aplikasi serena berbasis android telah memenuhi kriteria layak. Hasil penelitian ini terjadi perubahan yang signifikan, pada kelas eksperimen mendapatkan nilai rata-rata skor n-gain “0,82” atau 82% dengan kategori “tinggi” atau kategori “efektif”, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol mendapatkan nilai rata-rata skor n-gain “0,24” atau 24% atau kategori “tidak efektif”. This study uses a type of development research using a development model or Research and Development (R&D). The population in this study were all students of class III SDN 4 Dawungsari, totaling 21 people. The assessment was carried out by material experts, media experts, Indonesian language teachers, and responses by Class III students at SDN 4 Dawungsari. The results showed that the media development process had been carried out through the stages of analysis, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the questionnaire analysis from media experts before the revision got an average score of 4.1 included in the good category, then the media validation stage after the revision got an average score of 4.6 into the good category. Meanwhile, the material experts got an average score of 3.9 before the revision was in the fairly good category, and after being revised to 4.5 it was included in the good category. \u0000. \u0000Keywords: Legend comic media, reading, story \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menjelaskan prosedur Pengembangan Media Komik Legenda (KODA) untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Membaca Cerita Siswa Kelas III SDN 4 Dawungsari Kabupaten Garut dan untuk mengetahui kualitas smedia pembelajaran berdasarkan kevalidan dan kepraktisan media. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas III SDN 4 Dawungsari yang berjumlah 21 orang. Penilaian dilakukan oleh ahli materi, ahli media, guru Bahasa Indonesia, dan tanggapan oleh siswa Kelas III SDN 4 Dawungsari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  bahwa proses pengembangan media telah dilakukan melalui tahapan analisis, perencanaan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Adapaun hasil analisis angket dari ahli media sebelum revisi mendapatkan skor rata-rata 4,1 termasuk dalam kategori baik, lalu tahap validasi media sesudah revisi mendapatkan skor rata-rata 4,6 masuk kedalam kategori baik. The purpose of this study was to analyze the feasibility, effectiveness and measure student responses to local wisdom-based E-booklet learning media. The population in this study were all students of class V (Five) at KKMI 2 Kuningan. The sample consisted of 25 students in class VA as the experimental class and class VB consisting of 25 students as the control class. The research design used a research and development approach with a 4-D development model (define, design, development, dissemination) and data collection techniques using tests, interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The results showed that 1) e-booklet media based on local wisdom was very feasible to be used as teaching material in learning by reaching a percentage of 83.8 from learning experts, material experts, linguists and media experts; 2) the effectiveness of e-booklets based on local wisdom with very effective categories as teaching materials; Based on these results it can be concluded; the local wisdom-based ebooklet media is very feasible and effective to use in science learning on water cycle materials and their impacts; Student responses showed a very positive attitude towards learning through ebooklet media based on local wisdom.  \u0000Keyword : learning mdia, ebooklet, local wisdom, scientific literacy, learning motivation \u0000Abstrak \u0000Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan Literasi Sains dan Motivasi Belajar siswa dengan memaksimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi dengan media pengembangan e-booklet berbasis kearifan lokal sebagai penunjang kegiatan pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kelayakan, keefektifan dan mengukur respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran E-booklet berbasis kearifan lokal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Seluruh siswa kelas V (Lima) di KKMI 2 Kuningan. Sampel terdiri dari 25 siswa kelas  VA sebagai  Kelas eksperimen dan kelas VB terdiri  dari 25 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Desain penelitian yang digunakan pendekatan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Develoment) dengan model pengembangan 4-D (define, design, development, dissemination) dan teknik penggumpulan data menggunakan Tes, wawancara, Observasi, dan angket. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the impact of student age delay on the psychological development of elementary school students. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The subjects of this study were 10 students and one class I teacher. The data collection used was observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the impact of the late age of students entering elementary school is that students become less confident, difficult to manage and the ability to be able to read has decreased. students themselves where the possibility of students initially not wanting to go to school so they are late for school. Internal factors are factors from the family and school environment. Family environmental factors, namely the lack of parental roles, lack of attention to the age of children to enter elementary school. \u0000Keywords: Psychological Development, Students, Elementary school \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000Perkembangan psikologi adalah merupakan perubahan menunjukkan cara organisme bertingkah laku dan berinteraksi dengan lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan dampak ketelambatan usia siswa terhadap perkembangan psikologi siwa SD. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu 10 orang siswa dan satu guru kelas I. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dampak dari keterlambatan usia siswa masuk sekolah dasar ini adalah siswa jadi kurang percaya diri,  susah untuk diatur dan kemampuan untuk bisa membaca sudah  berkurang.terdapat fator-faktor siswa terlambat usia saat memasuki sekolah dasar yaitu faktor internal yaitu faktor dari diri siswa sendiri dimana kemungkinan siswa awalnya tidak mau masuk sekolah jadi telatnya usia masuk sekolah. Faktor internal yaitu faktor dari lingkungan keluarga dan sekolah. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative type to determine the speaking skills of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 4 Penukal. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The results of this study found information that to see the success of using the role-playing learning model to be very effective in improving speaking skills in fifth grade students, especially in drama material, it can be seen according to the indicators of word choice, accuracy of speech, accuracy of the speaker's target, courage and expression. This can be proven from all students who get an average score of 81.5 in the good or skilled category. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: Speaking Skills, Role Playing, Elementary School Students. \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan model bermain peran pada materi drama dikelas V SD Negeri 4 Penukal. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengetahui keterampilan berbicara pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 4 Penukal. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan informasi bahwa untuk melihat keberhasilan penggunaan model pembelajaran bermain peran sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara pada siswa kelas V terutama dalam materi drama dapat dilihat kesesuaian dengan indikator pemilihan kata, ketepatan ucapan, ketepatan sasaran pembicara, keberanian dan ekspresi. Abidin","doi":"10.32534/jps.v9i1.4308","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.32534/jps.v9i1.4308","url":null,"abstract":"Abstract \u0000Scientific literacy is the ability to be involved with issues related to science, and various scientific ideas, as a reflective citizen, so the assessment of scientific literacy is not merely a measurement of the level of understanding of scientific knowledge but also an understanding of various aspects of the scientific process and the ability to apply knowledge and scientific processes in real situations faced by students. The literature search was carried out on the ERIC electronic database with the keyword \"scientific literacy skills\" with a total of 130 full text articles, then 20 journals were selected that included increasing students' scientific literacy skills. This research extension strategy includes a systematic literature review type of research using qualitative methods (metasynthesis). The approach in this research is meta-ethnograph. The search results show that scientific literacy skills are skills that need to be improved to serve as the main goal in science education because they are considered to be used to prepare the current generation of students' scientific literacy skills. Many efforts are made to improve scientific literacy skills through various learning methods, approaches, and the influence of teachers in the learning process. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: Scientific Literacy Skills, methods, scientific literacy improvement \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000Literasi sains merupakan kemampuan untuk dapat terlibat dengan persoalan yang ada hubungannya dengan sains, dan berbagai gagasan sains, sebagai warga negara yang reflektif, maka penilaian literasi sains tidak semata-mata berupa pengukuran tingkat pemahaman terhadap pengetahuan sains tetapi juga pemahaman terhadap berbagai aspek proses sains serta kemampuan mengaplikasikan pengetahuan dan proses sains dalam situasi nyata yang dihadapi siswa. Penulusuran literature dilakukan pada database elektronik ERIC dengan kata kunci “scientific literacy skill” dengan jumlah 130 artikel full text, kemudian dipilih 20 jurnal yang memuat peningkatan kemampuan literasi sains siswa. Strategi penuluran penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian systematic literature review dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif (metas-sintesis). Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah meta-etnograf. Hasil penelusuran menunjukan bahwa keterampilan literasi sains merupakan keterampilan yang perlu ditingkatkan guna dijadikan sebagai tujuan utama dalam pendidikan sains karena dianggap digunakan untuk mempersiapkan generasi masa kini kemampuan literasi sains siswa.
