With a qualitative descriptive research method, the use of qualitative descriptive research design in this study is intended to describe and analyze the management of educational resource development in improving the quality of education at 14 Air Kumbang State Elementary Schools. The technique of collecting data in this research is through interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. The results showed that the steps for implementing human resource development management were planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. The obstacles faced in the implementation of human resource development in improving the quality of education at the Air Kumbang 14 Public Elementary School are: lack of teacher consistency (in absenteeism, seriousness in training). This study was participated by 105 elementary school teachers in Gugus 1 Dewi Sartika, East Baturaja District who were taken through a saturated sampling technique where the entire population became the research sample as a whole. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with research survey methods and using questionnaires as data instruments. The results of this study found that (1) the sig.value of the school culture variable is 0.000 (<0.05) and the tobtained> ttable value (4.195> 1.659), then hypothesis 1 is accepted; (2) sig. The professional competency variable is 0.000 (<0.05) tobtained> ttable value (6.378> 1.659), then hypothesis 2 is accepted; (3). the sig value is 0.000 (<0.05) and the F value is 25.344 where the Ftable value is 2.67 (Fobtained> Ftable), so hypothesis 3 is accepted. This study aims to determine intertextuality by looking at the similarities and differences in the novel Ketika Cinta Bertasbih 2 by Habiburrahman El Shirazy with the novel Kidung Shalawat Zaki and Zulfa by Taufiqurrahman Al Azizy using a qualitative descriptive method. Intertextuality plays a role in seeing a work that can be the basis for the creation of another work. The data sources of this research are Novel Ketika Cinta Bertasbih 2 by Habiburrahman El Shirazy published in 2007 and Kidung Shalawat Zaki and Zulfa by Taufiqurrahman Al Azizy in 2010. This research shows that intertextual occurs in the novel Ketika Cinta Bertasbih 2 by Habiburrahman El Shirazy with Song Shalawat Zaki and Zulfa by Taufiqurrahman Al Azizy because the theme, plot, setting, and message tend to be the same. The intertextuality of these two novels also has differences as the creativity of their respective authors. The research was conducted correlation research design. This study’s population comprised eighth grade studetns of junior high schools in Musi Banyuasin, sampling through a stratified random sampling of 50 students. Data collection techniques used include questionnaire and test. Based on the study results, the data showed that (1) correlation value of 0.885; (2) there is not any significant correlation between self-confidence and speaking ability with a correlation value of 0.623; (3) there is a significant correlation between motivation and self-confidence with a correlation value of 0.001 (4) there is simultaneous correlation among motivation and self-confidence with speaking ability with correlation value 0.883, with percentage of 0.5%. The aims of this study were to measure the correlation between personality types and writing ability, the correlation between learning styles and writing ability, the correlation between personality types and learning styles, and the correlation among personality types, learning styles, and writing ability. In this study, the writer used purposive technique sampling. The data were collected by using questionnaire and test. The data were analyzed by using r-product moment and multiple regressions. The findings of this study are: 1. There was not any significant correlation between personality types and writing ability of the eleventh grade students at Senior High at Senior High School 1 Sekayu. 2. There was not any significant correlation between learning styles and writing ability of the eleventh grade students at Senior High School 1 Sekayu. 3. There was significant correlation between learning styles and writing ability of the eleventh grade students at at Senior High School 1 Sekayu. 4. There were not any significant correlations among personality types, learning styles, and writing ability of the eleventh grade students at Senior High School Number 1 Sekayu. The research method using qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research uses observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation to gather the data. Research subjects are the principal and teachers of Faza Islamic Elementary School Palembang. The results of research showed that the principal can implement three strategies in dealing with teacher work stress, so it does not interfere with teacher performance, the comfort of students, and does not hinder the school to achieve its goals. The strategies applied by the principal are 1) recognizing the symptom of teacher work stress, 2) identifying the emergence of work stress, 3) solve the problem as a result of work stress, then the principal deal with teacher work stress. The data in this study were collected through questionnaires and analyzed by using multiple regression analysis through the t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. The population in this study were all junior high school teachers in Banyuasin I district, Banyuasin Regency, totaling 323 people. The sampling technique in this study was probability sampling using the Slovin formula to obtain 76 teachers as the research sample.
