The research method used in this study was descriptive qualitative method. The sources of data were ten song lyrics from Maher Zein album. Method of collecting the data was triangulation: lyrics, interview, and book review. The data of this study were analyzed through: listening the songs, reading ten lyrics from the album, and analyzing the moral values by underlining, defining, classifying, reanalysing, and coding. The research found ten moral values in the album were: love and affection, believe, thankfully, forgiveness, loyalty, togetherness, honesty, bravery, courage and struggle. By analyzing the moral values, hopefully it could build the good character for us and finally we could give an inspiration to others. So, they can anticipate it.And also to know the students’ ability in reading.This study is quantitative research with correlation research design. The correlation study is a study that involves collecting data in order to determine the degree to which a relationship exists between two or more variables. The result showed that the value of the coefficient correlation between Students’ Habits (X1) and Reading Comprehension (Y) for -0.011. Sig. Therefore, school principals play an important role in improving the quality of education, especially improving teacher performance to be more enthusiastic and professional in teaching and developing themselves who are in charge of delivering lessons to students. This study aims to identify the role of principal supervision as an effort to improve teacher professionalism in teaching at public high school (SMA Negeri) 10 OKU. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 10 OKU. The research was carried out for 3 (three) months, starting from September 2020 to November 2020. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used include: (1) Interview or Interview; (2) Observation; (3) Documentation. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the principal had a role in the supervision carried out as an effort to improve teacher professionalism in teaching. Type of research was quantitative study using t-test and F-test. Sample was hundred of teachers. Data collection technique used questionnaire. Data analysis technique used SPSS program. Results of study (1) Principal managerial had significant influence toward teacher performance. This was evidenced by the t-count 13.998 and t-table 1.660; (2) Work motivation had significant influence toward teacher performance according to t-count 2.206 and t-table 1.660; (3) Principal managerial and work motivation had a significant influence toward teacher performance, based on the test results obtained F-count value 4.653 and F-table 3.09. The research population consisted of 107 teachers at the State Junior High School in Muaradua District. The research sample was 48 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, namely sampling by determining certain criteria. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis techniques and multiple regression. The results of the study state that the role of the principal in an effort to improve the quality of education in SD Negeri 4 Air Kumbang District is carried out by establishing a program to improve the quality of learning by implementing a program to improve the quality of learning into the vision and mission of the school then the principal communicates the vision and mission of the school related to standards quality of learning; and improving the quality of education through interpersonal teacher competence by encouraging teachers to improve their competence and teaching ability.
