This reseach is a qualitatif descritive reseach, data collection technique used is participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation.The subject in this study are the principal, teachers  and students. 摘要

本研究的问题是关于派拉蒙小学校长主持的非最优学术监督的实施。本研究的目的是:(1)解释派拉蒙小学学业督导的重点要素。(2)阐述校长提升教师专业能力的策略。(3)对校长主持的学术监督执行情况进行说明(4)分析疫情时期校长主持的学术监督执行情况。本研究为定性描述性研究,数据收集采用参与式观察、深度访谈、文献法。本研究的对象是校长、教师和学生。本研究的结果包括:(1)监督的要素;(2)提高教师专业能力的策略;(3)校长在学术监督活动后的跟进。
