It can increase employee motivation in doing work so that they have optimal work output, increase sense of pride of the employees for the institution where they work. The current technical process, assessment and selection of the best employees is carried out in a less systematic and transparent manner. Aspects and criteria used as a reference for assessment are not standardized, the assessment process is not transparent and tends to be subjective. Then a decision support system was built to select the best employees with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, which is a method used to find the optimal alternative from several alternatives with certain criteria. However, many DT-related investments have not met expectations due to a lack of governance practices. Previous research has shown the impact of IT governance (ITG) on organizational performance. However, traditional ITG mechanisms are suspected not necessarily effective in controlling DT. There are knowledge gaps in exploring the influence of ITG on DT and organizational performance (OP). Therefore, this study aimed to examine the influence model of hybrid ITG (traditional and agile/adaptive) on DT and OP based on a balanced scorecard (BSC) perspective. The method used was a survey by distributing a Likert scale online questionnaire to 11 roles related to DT in Asuransi C and got 52 respondents. The data were then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and the SmartPLS application. The results showed that both agile/adaptive and traditional ITG mechanisms positively affected DT with a t statistic value of 1.799/ 2.754. However, many companies do not succeed in DT investments due to the poor governance. Previous research has shown the role of ITG to improve IT benefit realization, but there is a knowledge gap in ITG mechanisms (structure, process, and relational) influence on DT and OP. Insurance C was chosen because the insurance industry is heavily influenced by technology and Indonesia has high economic potential through DT. Therefore, this research was conducted using a case study method, qualitative data collection through interviews, and thematic analysis. This study has contributed to the validation of 46 hybrid ITG mechanisms that affect DT, 6 dimensions of DT that affect OP, and identified OP achievement in 4 BSC perspectives through 4 themes, 20 sub-themes, and 57 codes. This study also succeeded in finding a new ITG mechanism in Insurance C, the total of the new ITG mechanism in Insurance C was 9% and the old ITG mechanism found was 91%. However, many of the intelligent transportation systems are currently under development and do not yet use a car vehicle recognition system as part of a vehicle identification tool. The previous methods, namely the Local Binary Pattern and Random Forest Methods, had low recognition rates for most small vehicle logos and poor performance under complex environments. The aim of this research is to introduce a unique car logo and to improve detection of car logos in Indonesia. The logo that was later discovered was used to find the car brand in no time. In this study we use the Single Shot Multibox Detector method which is known to detect objects running on the Jupyter Notebook Application. The data used for this research is of a public nature obtained from the Kaggle website dataset source which contains a number of varying images. There are 7 classes of car brands, namely Volkswagen, Hyundai, Lexus, Mercedes, Peugeot, Renault, and Tesla. As a digital campus using a web and android-based application system, Bandar Lampung University has UBL Apps which are useful for implementing learning models, teaching models, archives, portfolio systems, digital libraries, attendance to academic administration systems. As a form of digital campus implementation, UBL Apps are required to digitally fulfill all the needs and activities of students, lecturers, and employees. One of the important systems to be included in UBL Apps is the submission of a free administrative certificate which is done digitally. A total of 4874 active students at the University of Bandar Lampung in the Odd Semester of FY. 2021/2022 and the author takes a population of 400 active students from the Faculty of Computer Science, Bandar Lampung University to obtain pre and post data in developing this system. The development of this system is aimed at digitizing the administration-free submission system and studying the development method that the author uses. The type of research used is applied research with the application development method, namely Extreme Programming. A total of 58 student samples were obtained from calculations using Isaac and Michael's formula and conclusions were calculated using a Likert scale, as well as interviews with related staff. One of the tourism villages in Denpasar that implements CBT is the Kertalangu Tourism Village. The concept of developing CBT requires collaboration between the community and the government through the use of information technology. One of the uses that can be done is to use the website as a medium for disseminating information from the Tourism Village. In this study, the development of the Kertalangu Tourism Village website will be carried out using the waterfall model, followed by evaluation using BlackBox testing and the User Experience Questionnaire. The results showed that the Kertalangu Tourism Village Website was successfully implemented using the 5 stages of the Waterfall model, namely planning, analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Planning is done by collecting data, which produces Based on the results of BlackBox testing, it can be seen that the expected results of the test items and deleting data are scenarios that are not yet valid. 8 test scenarios need to be improved for further development. The results of user satisfaction on the Kertalangu Tourism Village website were successfully analyzed using the User Experience Questionnaire. The results of user satisfaction indicate that the majority of aspects (attractiveness, clarity, accuracy, and stimulation) are included in the category of below-average satisfaction. Aspects of efficiency and novelty are included in the above-average scale. The wedding planning process is quite complex. Not infrequently many brides and grooms choose to hire the services of a Wedding Organizer (WO) for a smooth wedding reception. The emergence of WO organizers on the one hand brings its own advantages, but on the other hand, the many alternative choices make it confusing and difficult to determine the WO that meets the requirements criteria. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method itself is needed to find the performance evaluation weights for each selection of all attributes. Several criteria were calculated using the SAW method to provide the desired WO recommendation. This study implements the SAW method on an e-marketplace-based recommendation system called Shine Moments Mobile App to make WO compatible with the application and create a symbiotic correlation system between WO organizers and customers. This makes it easier for customers to identify, select and order service packages directly. It is based on the results obtained from the budget, assessment, experience, speed, collaboration, cleanliness, and work details.
