Analisis Pengaruh Tata Kelola TI terhadap Transformasi Digital dan Kinerja Asuransi C

Abstract

-The latest technological disruption, changes in stakeholder behavior towards digital, and the COVID-19 pandemic have urged various organizations to accelerate Digital Transformation (TD). However, many companies do not succeed in DT investments due to the poor governance. Previous research has shown the role of ITG to improve IT benefit realization, but there is a knowledge gap in ITG mechanisms (structure, process, and relational) influence on DT and OP. Insurance C was chosen because the insurance industry is heavily influenced by technology and Indonesia has high economic potential through DT. Therefore, this research was conducted using a case study method, qualitative data collection through interviews, and thematic analysis. This study has contributed to the validation of 46 hybrid ITG mechanisms that affect DT, 6 dimensions of DT that affect OP, and identified OP achievement in 4 BSC perspectives through 4 themes, 20 sub-themes, and 57 codes. This study also succeeded in finding a new ITG mechanism in Insurance C, the total of the new ITG mechanism in Insurance C was 9% and the old ITG mechanism found was 91%. This research can be a reference for researchers to explore the related topics further, as well as an implementation reference for practitioners.
