Understanding of animal names needs to be done especially on Sumba Island which is an area in East Nusa Tenggara, on the island of Sumba itself which is famous for its unique customary and cultural values. The customs and culture that exist in Sumba often use animals as the main part in carrying out traditional activities, so understanding related to animal species needs to be understood from an early age, one of which needs to be learned is to use the local language. This is taught to children in local content lessons. However, there are several problems in the delivery of subject matter to early childhood using conventional methods, one factor is that it is easy to get bored in learning, and it is difficult to understand and remember the learning material provided. This study aims to process administrative data for student final project sessions, so as to facilitate all parties related, both students, study programs, faculties and university levels. With the research, the activities carried out become environmentally friendly because it greatly minimizes the use of paper and can facilitate the processing of administrative data for student final project sessions. To overcome what happened, the author implemented the UBLAPPS application for administrative processing. In order to control and handle health problems, the government provides a service institution for public health based on several clusters. The lowest cluster can be done through the services of Health Assistance Centers (PusTu), after that Community Health Centers (Puskesmas), Referral Hospitals (Type C) and Referral Hospitals (Types B and A). Given the importance of the benefits of health services for the community, this moved the author to conduct research oriented to health services at medium basic level health care institutions (Puskesmas). In this study the authors focused more on the concept of fulfilling patient satisfaction with a service that is available at the Community Health Center or what is often known as another PUSKESMAS. Puskesmas is one of the health service centers in the middle of the community, which aims to provide health services to the community at the forefront. One type C puskesmas that is an object is puekesmas which provides inpatient and outpatient services with the fulfillment of BPJS patients. This research will design a system that aims to evaluate customer satisfaction with the final output in the form of recommendations. Measurement of service quality in this study uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) is used to hide the relationship between interests and the performance of each of the attributes offered and the tension between performance and expectations of the supporting attributes. Data mining will be associated with a system that is embedded in a business intelligence system. A cluster is one of those groupings that occurs based on the same criteria. The purpose of the comparison of the two algorithms is to determine the type of variety of fish, superior production and known groups of low, medium and high fish species. There are 242 rows that can be a dataset in csv form. To provide convenience in managing data, researchers use Matlab 2017b. Comparison of the two algorithms is based on literacy values and clustering results. Based on the literacy values that occur in both algorithms, SOM has 200 iterations and the FCM algorithm has 88 literacy so that the som algorithm obtains optimal and more effective results for clustering. The results of clustering using som are on clusters low 214, medium 18 and high 10. Meanwhile, in the FCM clustering results, low clusters 4, medium 229 and high 8 were obtained. The Shrimp Feed Information System is an application that can facilitate monitoring of the information management process at Nizar Stores, starting from managing information on shrimp feed that is distributed to shrimp farmers as well as managing information on sales reports, feed stocks and others. The information system at Nizar's shop was built using PHP and MySQL database. With this application built, the information system for Nizar shop shrimp feed has become easier and more efficient. SWOT analysis is applied to see the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats at Merdeka Retail. Using the Business Model Canvas and SWOT Analysis will help in implementing Merdeka Retail's business development strategy so that it can compete with more modern stores that already utilize technology. This research resulted in a strategy that Merdeka Retail can digitalize by utilizing telecommunications and information technology to develop its business. This research was carried out by analyzing the performance of the Winnowing Algorithm on plagiarism detection. The choice of the Winnowing Algorithm is because by calculating the hash value of k-grams, the rolling hash function is used to find the hash value, after which a window is formed from the hash value. In each window, the smallest hash value is selected. When more than one hash has the lowest value, the rightmost hash value is selected. Then all selected hash values are stored to be used as document fingerprints. This fingerprint serves as a basis for comparing the similarity of embedded text. The results of the Winnowing Algorithm performance analysis research show that this algorithm is quite good at detecting text similarity or plagiarism with the result of the smallest percentage value of 10 tests shown in the 10th test with n-gram values n = 10, window w = 3, time process sec = 0.0094 with a result of 47% text similarity. In solving student problems, schools have guidance and counseling teachers that are responsible for providing services to students, whether students have problems or commit violations. But in fact, the existing counseling guidance has not been properly recorded related to the guidance and violations committed by students. With the development of a counseling guidance application, it is hoped that it can be a solution to these to monitor guidance counseling or violations committed by students. This study aims to develop a counseling guidance application that can mediate interactions between teachers and students as well as monitor student progress by their parents. The counseling guidance application was developed using the waterfall method, where each stage is carried out sequentially. It was developed using the CodeIgniter 3 framework of data management, the counseling guidance application utilizes the PHP programming language, MySQL database, and Apache web server. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that this counseling guidance application can be an intermediary for interaction between teachers and students, especially at SMA N 1 V Koto Timur, with an activity log that stores counseling guidance data between teachers, BK teachers, homeroom teachers, and students.
