Implementasi Aplikasi Ublapps untuk Pengolahan Data Administrasi Sidang Tugas Akhir Mahasiswa dengan Metode Extreme Programming(Xp)

Abstract

- Bandar Lampung University has implemented the Digital Campus Concept for academic administration activities. For this reason, it is necessary to develop applications in order to facilitate academic administrative activities. The development of data processing systems in existing administrative activities so far, there are some that are still manually, but in the face of globalization and with the outbreak of Covid-19, all things must be digitized. The processing of administrative for student final project sessions is carried out by means of students coming to campus to collect physical documents as registration for student final project siding, so it requires a document storage area and the faculty administration needs time to collect the data. This study aims to process administrative data for student final project sessions, so as to facilitate all parties related, both students, study programs, faculties and university levels. With the research, the activities carried out become environmentally friendly because it greatly minimizes the use of paper and can facilitate the processing of administrative data for student final project sessions. To overcome what happened, the author implemented the UBLAPPS application for administrative processing. The method used for the development of this application is (Extreme Programming) XP, where this method can develop systems quickly and accurately.
