The method used is Latent Dirichlet Allocation and analyzed based on several rating categories, namely low rating (negative sentiment), medium rating (neutral sentiment) and high rating (positive sentiment). The results of this study indicate that customer reviews of purchasing rice products in the shopee marketplace have a dominant positive sentiment, followed by negative and neutral sentiment. Negative sentiment consists of the words with the most frequency namely “quality”, “delivery”, “price” as well as negative words such as ticks and leaks. Positive sentiment consists of the words that appear the most, namely “price”, “buy”, “quality”, “send”, “good”. 摘要

-这项研究的动机是为了捕捉顾客在Shopee市场购买米产品的体验。使用的方法是Latent Dirichlet Allocation,并基于低评级(负面情绪)、中评级(中性情绪)和高评级(积极情绪)几个评级类别进行分析。本研究结果显示,顾客在商场购买米产品的评价中,正面情绪占主导地位,负面情绪次之,中性情绪次之。负面情绪由“质量”、“交货”、“价格”等频率最高的词汇以及“滴答”、“泄漏”等负面词汇组成。积极情绪由出现次数最多的词语组成,即“价格”、“买”、“质量”、“送”、“好”。将基于相干值的选择结果可视化为3个主题,分别是与稻米品质与价格、口感与品质、价格与交货相关的主题。
