This paper focuses on a comparative study of the history of Chinese and Western medicine, tracing the development of ancient Greek medicine, the rescue and treatment of the Black Death in medieval Europe, and the medical treatment and public health represented by the prevention and treatment of smallpox in the Qing Dynasty. Chinese and Western medicine offered different paths to the rescue and treatment of disease from different perspectives. At the same time, the paper focus on the formation and development of the systematization of Chinese and Western medicine in modern times and the transformation of modern Chinese medicine under the influence of Western learning in the east. On the one hand, populism extends the influence of discourse to the whole country and incites people's nationalist emotions through the transformation of discourse system; On the other hand, in terms of behavior, it incites nationalism by means of the transformed discourse system to carryout political movements such as marches, rallies and protests for populism, with the ultimate goal of building an ideal community that truly belongs to \"the people\". At the same time, behind these discourses and behaviors, there is a deeper identity of exclusion, which exposes the existing problems of Western liberal society. Their emergence is due to the imperfection of the legal and political system, which makes these identities unable to enjoy due legitimate rights and interests in the society. Therefore, these people hope to incite nationalism through discourse and behavior, so as to shake the national system based on nationalism. This article focuses on analyzing the distinct media representation and symbolic significance that this phenomenon presents, with athletes as the research subject. Athletes use self-presentation, self-expression, and self-reinforcement to construct their own sports image through short videos. These videos also associate individuals with collectives through symbolization and artistic processing. Short videos have become an important medium for constructing athlete's self-identity while achieving collective identity. We analyze and summarize the characteristics of the slogans from the three communicative contexts of linguistic conformity theory: physical, social, and psychological contexts. In addition to promoting cross-cultural cognitive communication, appropriate metaphor translation is also of great significance to skillfully conveying attitudes and enhancing the effect of public opinion guidance. Metaphors in the white paper can be divided into metaphors shared and not shared by the Chinese and the West.
