It is a kind of music that people must participate in, that is, people participate in it not as listeners, but as performers. Its purpose is to stimulate the vitality of every participant. Music education, fundamentally speaking, is the education of artistic aesthetics, not a pure skill training. Aesthetics is a kind of perceptual knowledge and a universal emotional need of human beings. People understand and observe the object world through images in aesthetic activities. In order to cultivate students' aesthetic ability and grasp the main line of aesthetic experience, aesthetic experience must be regarded as the most important value of music education. By studying Orff's music teaching mode based on the cultivation of students' aesthetic ability, this paper explores how to apply effective strategies such as rhythm reading in singing course, trying basic movements in rhythm teaching and using Orff instruments in appreciation class, so that students can integrate into and enjoy music class through various means and effective forms. Excavate students' inner needs and interests, and form musical aesthetic ability.","PeriodicalId":173879,"journal":{"name":"BCP Education & Psychology","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123102857","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Whether it is the registration demand for opuscules in the era of explosive works or the need to add the validity of registration under zero-cost dissemination, it signals a new turning point for the copyright registration system and calls for new changes. The inherent logic behind a voluntary copyright registration system lies in legal incentives and the fundamental reason for the malfunction of China’s copyright registration system in the digital age is the imperfection of intrinsic incentive mechanisms. In order to address this problem, based on the Cost-Benefit theory, the paper proposes the construction of a legal incentive mechanism for copyright registration from two aspects: reducing registration costs and increasing registration validity through intensive management, differentiated examination and an auxiliary registration system. It is expected to lower the threshold of copyright registration and meanwhile to provide practical operational standards to increase registration validity.","PeriodicalId":173879,"journal":{"name":"BCP Education & Psychology","volume":"13 5","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120847096","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

From the concept of big data, the impact of big data on three different aspects of healing furniture design is investigated. Based on the behavioural and sensory aspects of depressed children, the healing design needs of depressed children for furniture design are presented, and a concrete case study is used to demonstrate the design of furniture for depressed children based on the concept of healing design. The design approach of behavioural intervention, sensory soothing and emotional empathy is proposed to meet the psychological healing needs of depressed children. The introduction of healing interactive design into the design of furniture for depressed children not only allows for timely analysis of the psychological changes in depressed children, but also promotes the ability of depressed children to perceive externally and makes healing furniture more innovative.","PeriodicalId":173879,"journal":{"name":"BCP Education & Psychology","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123611970","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study reveals that in judicial practice, the determination of non-penalization for misdemeanor cases exhibits a certain degree of flexibility and diversity, as judges take into account both the nature of the offense and the social context. Additionally, this study finds that, regarding mitigating circumstances, a threshold of five years of imprisonment is more appropriate than the traditional threshold of three years. Furthermore, the paper explores the issue of whether Article 37 of the Criminal Law can be applied independently. The empirical research also indicates that when no other provisions for exemption are applicable, judges tend to rely on Article 37 of the Criminal Law as a standalone basis for judgment.","PeriodicalId":173879,"journal":{"name":"BCP Education & Psychology","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116213285","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With the rapid development of IT, the Metaverse would allow users to connect, work, conduct business, and access educational resources, all in a technology-mediated environment in new interaction ways. The Metaverse can play a major role in the future of online learning and enable a rich active learning environment, where learners have the opportunity to obtain first-hand experiences that might not be accessible in the physical world. While currently there is a severe shortage in Metaverse-Learning studies, such research strands are expected to soon emerge. The main objective of this paper is to investigate challenges and opportunities for human-centric Metaverse technology in the learning sector, hence accelerating research in this field. A phenomenological research method was used, including semi-structured in-depth interviews, essays written by participants, a focus group discussion with 19 experts in the areas of HCI, intelligent interactive technologies, and online learning. Five challenges were identified for the Metaverse-Learning context: immersive design, privacy and security, universal access, physical and psychological health concerns, and governance. While the research provided suggestions to overcome those challenges, three Meta-Learning opportunities were identified: hands-on training and learning, game-based learning, and collaboration in creating knowledge. The findings of this research contribute to understanding the complexity of the online learning in the Metaverse from the Human–Computer Interaction point of view. These findings can be used to further research the Metaverse as a virtual communication environment and potential business and learning platform.","PeriodicalId":173879,"journal":{"name":"BCP Education & Psychology","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124374721","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, related policies will inevitably encounter challenges and difficulties in their implementation, such as unclear limits of individual rights, vague boundaries of government supervision, and insufficient ways to relieve infringement. Due to the lack of legal regulation, the policy can not completely adjust the social relations of related subjects. Therefore, in addition to strengthening the legal guarantee of the “double reduction” policy, we should clarify the limits of individual education rights and the boundaries of government public power, so as to fully synergize family education, school education, and off-campus education, and ensure the relations and corresponding legal responsibilities of each subject.","PeriodicalId":173879,"journal":{"name":"BCP Education & Psychology","volume":"76 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128519448","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
