A questionnaire aiming at assessing preservice teachers' perception on the use of the learning objects in self-study was applied after an initial exploration of the learning objects in the classroom. This took place during a four-week teaching and learning of astronomy in a preservice teacher course. Most of respondents report positive impact both at emotional as well as at cognitive level. To be able to do that, local community members should have a knowledge of e-commerce. The easiest way would be learning from a mobile phone (mobile learning). In this paper, we study the readiness of mobile learning in the rural sub-district area. We collected data from 164 participants from the OTOP seminar in the Northeastern of Thailand. From the statistical data shows that 88.4% of the Thais in rural subdistrict have smart phones that connect to an internet most of the time. Most of them use mobile phones to call, do social network and also sending pictures or videos on daily routine. Even they do not use mobile phones for learning, but 89.5% show that they are willing and intending to learn through mobile phones. The mobile learning is more flexible and can be used anytime and anywhere which is appropriate to their life style. The study of the mobile learning readiness let us know that Thais in rural sub-district should learn e-commerce content from mobile phones. Parental mediation strategies can regulate the benefits and risks of the ICT for children, and have a significant and lifelong impact on children's self-confidence and positive attitudes toward digital technologies. This paper aims to explore how does gender, of both parents and children, affects parent mediation strategies of children's media use, adopting a critical discourse perspective in which gender differences in ICT use are understood as a result of gender-technology and power-knowledge relations. Infoexclusion is a crucial issue across Europe, pressing the creation of initiatives that help the elderly interact with digital technologies and understand their benefits. Several studies refer that seniors show greater disposition to use touch-based mobile devices (smartphones and tablets), when compared to traditional computers, due to their distinct features. In this research, we study the appropriation of touch-based mobile devices (namely, tablets and smartphones) by seniors in different learning settings, in the areas of communication and socialization, health and well-being, in tasks related with acquiring goods and services online. In this article, we present how educational robotics can be integrated into a school environment allowing the achievement of curricular objectives and the development of programming skills and computational thinking. The study was oriented towards a population of 131 students of early childhood education, belonging to a concerted educational center of the autonomous community of Castilla y León, during the 2016–2017 academic period. Based on the sociocultural scenario of affirmation of difference and cooperation contexts established by Web 2.0, we discuss the application of sound awareness elements in Groupware tools through Auditory Icons, Earcons, synthesized speech in a web-based chat system. It is a qualitative, experimental study with internal data validation and an exploratory goal. Data collection and analysis were conducted through protocols applied with real users. Another analysis about the children's errors made during the process was also achieved. T aking as a starting point the fact that computer programming is translated as a set of codes to work out a problem; it is necessary to mention that such codes are created under a specific programming language, which will perform a particular function on the computer. In this case, the codes execute a series of movements that will al-low infants to solve a problem, which has been stated through a child's story with the purpose that children aged 4 to 5 years old can create playful strategies for the fulfillment of objectives previously set. Through a descriptive and exploratory research, some bibliographic data were collected and a population group of second-level initial education students was directly ob-served. Such children learned to use the Cubetto robot to learn to codify their ideas by giving solution to a problem.
