The purpose of this research is to develop teaching materials based on vocational skills and further can be used as a reference in improving the learning process in Equality Program. Teaching materials are developed to meet the learning needs in developing academic potential by taking into account aspects such as cultural background, geographical location, physiological, psychological, level of age and self concept. This research is a development research using 3D model adopted from 4D model that is define, design, and develope. From the results of this study found that the vocational skills-based teaching materials effectively used in the learning process of citizens learning equivalence program that can be used to improve and develop the quality of equality programs. Program ini memberikan pendampingan pelatihan industri ekonomi kreatif yaitu pelatihan public speaking dan kaligrafi berbasis digital printing. Tujuan program adalah menyiapkan lulusan madrasah siap kerja dan sekaligus mengurangi pengangguran lulusan madrasah yang selama ini penyumbang terbesar di Sumatera Barat. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi logic model menggunakan pendekatan mixed method yaitu pendekatan campuran kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pendekatan program menggunakan Comunity Based Research design. Analisa data kualitatif meliputi pengumpulan data, display data, verifikasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan  Analisa data kuantitatif adalah uji independent t-test menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil program Work Oriented Education Program through Joint Madrasah Community terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penguatan life skill siswa madrasah dengan  nilai a=0.000 < 0.05. Keberhasilan program 64.71% lulusan Madrasah diserap kerja jurnalistik dan broadcasting dan 70 persen di sektor kerja digital printing art kaligrafi. Literacy of technology is more than just reading and writing, but it includes thinking skills using knowledge resources to be applied in tourism management and development. The purpose of this study is to raise awareness, knowledge and skills of women in the village tourism in utilizing information technology. This study is action research that begins with the assessment, making the design up to the action. These actions taken using a training and advisory services in the culinary community. The subject of this study consists of 20 women who had had a culinary business services. Data processed by qualitative descriptive technique. The results of this study are; 1) technological literacy activities for women's empowerment include: entrepreneurship motivation, establishing a group of 4 groups with 5 members per group, information technology monitoring training, information technology assisted business management training, and accompaniment 2) tourism village women have awareness, knowledge and skills in utilizing information technology to manage the business. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between the number of family members with the level of achievement of early childhood intelligence development in early years. The population of this study is 1,050 students of kindergarten 'Aisyiyah in Padang City. The study sample is 10% of the total population. The data collected is then converted to digits by multiplying by 5 before being processed with statistical formula. This is done so that the variables, x and y, are equal with other variables. The participants of the program were 20 homemakers living at Koto Panjang Ikur Koto, and Air Pacah. The methods used in the program were: (1) counseling; it was to prepare the participants to have a motivation, passion and characters, (2) experiment; used to train the participants to be skillful in sewing bajukurung, begin with the measurement, cutting, and then sewing. The results showed the Consumer Protection Agency for Self-Reliance is a registered and acknowledged government-owned nongovernmental entity that deals with consumer protection. Under the Consumer Protection Act, LPKSM has the opportunity to take an active role in realizing consumer protection. To ensure the existence of a legal certainty, openness and order in the implementation of consumer protection in Indonesia, every LPKSM must register to the Regency, to obtain LPKSM Registration License as evidence that LPKSM concerned is really engaged in consumer protection. There are two conditions to be acknowledged as LPKSM, that is, (1) registered to the Regency, (2) Moving in consumer protection as contained in the LPKSM statute and conducting consumer protection activities throughout Indonesia. This qualitative research uses quasi experimental design. The data of this research were collected through a test, in the form of statements as many as 4 items statement written in the statement sheets. Then, the data were processed by using t-test. The results showed that children in the experimental class who were taught by using the flash card had a high average score, 86.66, to be compared with the control class that use an ordinary card media which got 6.69 as the average score. Therefore, based om the hypothesis testing, it is found that the t-count (2.0531) was larger than t-table (0.9259) which shows that there is a significant effectiveness of the use of flash card on the children`s language development atPreKindergarten Hikari Kids Club Padang. Thus, it can be concluded that the flash card media highly affect the toddlers` language development.
