Teaching materials are developed to meet the learning needs in developing academic potential by taking into account aspects such as cultural background, geographical location, physiological, psychological, level of age and self concept. This research is a development research using 3D model adopted from 4D model that is define, design, and develope. From the results of this study found that the vocational skills-based teaching materials effectively used in the learning process of citizens learning equivalence program that can be used to improve and develop the quality of equality programs. Program ini memberikan pendampingan pelatihan industri ekonomi kreatif yaitu pelatihan public speaking dan kaligrafi berbasis digital printing. Tujuan program adalah menyiapkan lulusan madrasah siap kerja dan sekaligus mengurangi pengangguran lulusan madrasah yang selama ini penyumbang terbesar di Sumatera Barat. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi logic model menggunakan pendekatan mixed method yaitu pendekatan campuran kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pendekatan program menggunakan Comunity Based Research design. Analisa data kualitatif meliputi pengumpulan data, display data, verifikasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan Analisa data kuantitatif adalah uji independent t-test menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil program Work Oriented Education Program through Joint Madrasah Community terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penguatan life skill siswa madrasah dengan nilai a=0.000 < 0.05. Keberhasilan program 64.71% lulusan Madrasah diserap kerja jurnalistik dan broadcasting dan 70 persen di sektor kerja digital printing art kaligrafi. The result of the research is obtained that the whole supervisors are still in the category under standard in performing duty as professional supervisor. Similarly, the existence of the existence of community activity Center relies heavily on community participation.To know people's participation in Community Learning Center research is needed, with the aim to find a picture of participation and other forms of public participation in Community Learning Center in Gowa. This research target is the manager, tutors, learners, and communities around the Community Learning Center numbering as many as 40 people/informans. The type of data in this study are primary data from informans, and secondary data from literature study and documentation. Data collective by observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques. The results showed that the Community Learning Center community participation in terms of aspects of planning, implementation, supervision, monitoring and evaluation is still relatively low. The forms of public participation are realized in the form of attention, thought, time and energy, donations of funds and materials.
