This rule applies to the educational work as well. Apart from the scientific method, there are also teaching methods in the educational work. This paper deals with the latter ones. They will be observed via the didactcians opinions expressed in the textbooks, primarily in Serbia. As teaching itself presents a highly organized (complex) activity with a clear aim, it means that it has to have a number of ways and procedures applied in order to achieve their goals. The aim determines the nature of the activity to be performed. This method should give an answer how desired aims can be achieved. During its development didacticians paid a special attention to this issue. A number of specialists in didactics made efforts to find one or more appropriate teaching methods. Discussions on their number and efficiency have lasted up to this day with no accordance in the opinions achieved, yet. Considering the fact that the social circumstances during which the process of education takes place, it is logical that the teaching methods have to be adapted in accordance to the changes. That is why their value is always under observation and evaluation. Miljković","doi":"10.5937/zrufpl2014131m","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5937/zrufpl2014131m","url":null,"abstract":"In this paper we deal with, in terms of traductology and lexical semantics, analysis of legal terminology translation of the Multilateral Agreement between the European Community and its Member States, the Republic of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Bulgaria, the Republic of Croatia, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, the Republic of Iceland, TheKingdom of Norway, Romania, the Republic of Serbia and the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo on the establishment of a common European aviation area as well as its accompanying legal acts in the form of implementation of the European regulations contained in Annex I of the aforementioned agreement into domestic legislation from French to Serbian in order to resolve all problems that an interpreter faces and offer solutions for overcoming them. As Serbia is in process of joining the EU, it is extremely important to harmonize legal regulations with its legislation, where language, as basic legal instrument, plays a crucial role in it. Therefore, the success of application and standardization of legal norms and regulations when concluding bilateral or multilateral agreements depends on correct translation. The literary project is based on teaching the texts included in the official curriculum (\"Journey to the travelogue\" by V. Ognjenović, \"Storms\" by I. Sekulić) and expanded by introduction of literary works close in topic and genre but not included in the official curriculum (\"Letters from Norway\" by I. Sekulić, \"Travelling is an existential problem\", \"Light on water\" by V. Marković). Mathematics as a school subject is something that burdens them, and math classes are a real torture for them. How to learn mathematics and have the desired grade is a problem for students and their parents, as well as for teachers. Many mathematicians, pedagogues and psychologists have researched what it is that would increase students' motivation to adopt mathematical content. Some believe that the students' success to a large extent depends on the competencies and engagement of teachers, while others believe that the student himself and its inner motivation are of crucial importance. A student who has an \"internal drive\", who has the will and desire to work, who is persistent and does not give up on his goals achieves the best results. In this paper, we have dealt with the problem of motivation in students in the lower grades of primary school in the teaching of mathematics. The paper describes with concrete examples how students can be motivated by applying some interesting tasks. By applying these tasks, which are logical and in a way funny, students get the impression that they are playing in class while solving tasks.
