(1) ポラパックQを10ml用いたとき,サンプル量は100~200mlが適当であった. (2) 香気成分濃度と回収量の関係を求あたところ,両者には良好な直線関係が認められた. (3) ポラパックQカラム濃縮法で得られた清酒香気濃縮物についてGCおよびGC-MS分析の結果, 84個のピークが検出され,重複している成分を含め77成分が同定された.一方 ジクロロメタンおよびエーテル/ペンタンによる溶媒抽出液で検出されたピーク数はそれぞれ【56】個, 53個であった. (4) ポラパックQカラム濃縮法と溶媒抽出法(ジクロロメタンおよびエーテル/ペンタン(2:1v/v))を比較した場合,ポラパックQカラム濃縮法では極性の比絞的高い成分の回収率が溶媒抽出法より劣るものの,低沸点成分の回収率は高く,また容易に濃縮率を高めることができるため微小ピークの検出に優れていた. (5) 任意に選ばれた15個のピークの再現精度は変動係数としてジクロロメタン抽出法で平均9.0%(n=6),ポラパックQカラム濃縮法では平均5.7%(n=6)であった.
