The importance of the problem under consideration is determined by the request of society and the state in innovative practices of psychological and pedagogical assistance to families with children with disabilities in conditions of shortage of defectological profile specialists in rural areas. In Russia, as in the Republic of Kazakhstan, some experience has been accumulated in teaching parents of children with disabilities, but the problem of using high-tech equipment in the rehabilitation of children within the framework of specially created «parent schools» has not been sufficiently studied. The article presents the results of a study conducted in educational institutions of Russia and Kazakhstan on the problem of improving the effectiveness of rehabilitation and habilitation of children with hearing impairments after cochlear implantation. The aim of the study was the process of teaching parents of children after cochlear implantation using the simulation method to increase the effectiveness of hearing development. The paper describes the experimental application of the author's polysensory training course «Sounds of the World», which allows the launch of spontaneous development of auditory perception with the help of family members of a child based on simulation training, analyzes the results of testing the methodology of teaching parents, concludes that the family is the main educational training ground for children with a cochlear implant, capable of spontaneous daily routine to replenish the educational potential of the child, recommendations are given on the use of the author's course in educational practice with the participation of the family.","PeriodicalId":166925,"journal":{"name":"Pedagogy Of Rural School","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130958917","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Most of the tools proposed in the article for the formation of psychologically comfortable and safe environment are universal, both for extracurricular activities and for additional education of children. However, the peculiarities of the legal regulation of extracurricular activities and additional education, as well as slightly different targets for these types of activities, determine the variability of their content. The rural school today is a place of education for children with different educational needs and with various socio-stratification features. These are children with disabilities, students who find themselves in a difficult life situation, teenagers with deviant behavior, gifted children. Each of these children should feel comfortable and safe, so taking into account their individual needs is the most important task. The correct choice of the content and means of forming psychologically comfortable and safe environment largely determines the effectiveness of the processes of organizing extracurricular activities and additional education of students. Participants of the discussion from five regions of the Russian Federation as a result of a brainstorming session proposed a number of leading ideas that in modern conditions can be used as the basis for solving the problems of forming psychologically comfortable and safe environment in extracurricular activities and in conditions of additional education in rural school. Each of the identified ideas can be implemented through a set of pedagogical tools proposed by the participants of the problem group. The article includes the substantiation of the leading ideas that ensure the solution of the tasks assigned to the problem group, the relevance of the problem under study, as well as a brief description of possible means that ensure the formation of psychologically comfortable and safe environment within the framework of extracurricular activities and in additional education.","PeriodicalId":166925,"journal":{"name":"Pedagogy Of Rural School","volume":"59 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114221102","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It was the teacher of the primary school of the village Borisoglebskie slobody S. Maksheev who described this excursion. The report of the teacher is very detailed. This rare document depicts the inclusiveness of the rural school into pedagogical innovations of the beginning of the 20th century. Russian teachers of that period tried to avoid bureaucratic formalities in the process of education. They seeked new forms of teaching to approach school to the real life, to make a learning process more vivid and visual and to expand horizons of their pupils. Such new forms of teaching they found in school trips. The teachers of the Yaroslavl region were very active in the process of organization of the excursions. Teachers of the Rostov district were the most active. The excursion of the Borisoglebian school children was one of the first. It was well prepared and well spent. It also reflected rules of the excursions that later would be common for educational tours. S. Maksheev showed advantage of the excursion for his pupils convincingly. His conclusion about cognitive and educational value of excursion corresponded with the opinion of many other teachers about great potential opportunities to improve school education. The excursion of the Borisoglebian school children in 1911 reflected that fact that village teachers of the Yaroslavl region took an active part in the all-Russia process of realization of new forms of teaching. It was specific compensation of the lack of systematic reform of the school education","PeriodicalId":166925,"journal":{"name":"Pedagogy Of Rural School","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121939735","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

G. Lobytov of the Vologda Municipal District of the Vologda region, which has the status of the innovative state platform. International educational telecommunications language projects act as tools for modernizing the educational process, ensuring the implementation of a personal-oriented paradigm of education. Several individual educational and research projects of students related to country studies, local history topics are also presented. Participation in projects with the help of specialized information and educational environment created, based on means of information exchange at a distance, makes it possible for students to perceive a foreign language not just as a school subject, but as a means of real communication, a means of obtaining information, free conversation at a distance with a friend, acquaintance with the cultures of other countries. They gain selfconfidence, experience positive emotions from the opportunity to use the latest achievements of modern technology and information resources. At the same time, the role of the teacher in the new information environment remains leading. It is shown that the experience of international cooperation is the basis for the formation of the intercultural competence and tolerant consciousness. And it is clear from our experience, design and research activities contribute to the development of critical thinking, increased interest in the study of foreign languages, awareness of the need to engage in selfeducation, the formation of skills to design knowledge independently, predict, navigate in the information space, see the possible consequences of different solutions. The inclusion of schoolchildren in active creative, independent activities based on project research is one of the ways to form the skills to conduct scientific search and develop their research abilities. Students, having mastered new educational technologies, more widely disclose their potential for communicative foreign-language development as a subject in mastering a foreign language.","PeriodicalId":166925,"journal":{"name":"Pedagogy Of Rural School","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122642124","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Despite thedifferences in the policies of states towards rural schools, similar didactic difficulties for teachers both in Russia and abroad have been identified. The purpose of the article is to describe the results of a study of educational process comfort ina rural school, which was attended by teachers, students and their parents (more than 3000 in total) from 10 regions of Russia. The main research methods were the collection of an array of empirical data based on questionnaires and their theoretical interpretation. The article contains an analysis of data on an educational lesson in rural school as a marker of the psychological comfort of education according to the following parameters: lesson density; the emotional background of the training session; the use of technical teaching aids in the classroom; frequency of rotation of activities types, methods and techniques of teaching. Despite the positive data obtained on the psychological comfort of the educational process in rural school, in the course of the study, problems were found out and identified, the failure of which in the context of the digital transformation of education creates the danger of losing the designated positions. The article substantiates and reveals the substantive, technological, communicative aspects of the formation of the psychological comfort of the educational process in rural school as vectors of transformation of the characteristics of the educational process of rural school in accordance with the trends and challenges of the time. The article will be useful for working teachers, as well as researchers dealing with the modernization of the educational process in educational institutions of the village, graduate students, undergraduates and students of the training directions «Pedagogical Education».","PeriodicalId":166925,"journal":{"name":"Pedagogy Of Rural School","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129671957","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
