When organizing additional education in rural school, it is important to provide children with equal opportunities for comprehensive development with urban schoolchildren. This article considers one of the options for overcoming difficulties in organizing additional education in conditions of limited own resources. The article describes a mechanism for ensuring the availability of additional education for rural schoolchildren through interaction with vocational education organizations. The Law «On Education in the Russian Federation» allows the use of a network form for this, while the partnership becomes mutually beneficial, systematic and effective. The article contains a detailed description of all stages of the organization of productive interaction with the institution of vocational education for the implementation of additional education programs. The results of the development of programs by students based on the integration of general and additional education are listed, which, in turn, also allow us to fulfill the requirement of the federal state educational standard of basic general education about the need for vocational guidance of students. The article presents the experience of Otradny secondary school of the Uglich district in implementing additional education programs in partnership with Uglich Agrarian and Polytechnic College. The materials of the article can be used as a step-by-step instruction on the organization of interaction with the institution of vocational education not only rural, but also urban schools. The analysis of the questionnaire on the study of students ideas about professions is given. The parents of these children choose to study in inclusive education at school in their place of residence. The Federal State educational standard of primary general education for students with disabilities assigns a large role to parents and family in its implementation, which makes the discussion of this problem relevant. Since the federal state educational standard of primary general education for students with disabilities is a tripartite social contract, there is a need to coordinate the positions of parents and educational organizations on its implementation The main purpose of the agreements is to create favorable conditions for the complete social formation, upbringing and education of children with disabilities for the self-realization of their personality among normotypically developing peers. The authors of the article reveal the substantive aspects of the interaction of an educational organization and parents of children with disabilities on the example of the implementation of a family cooperation program in one of the rural schools of the Yaroslavl region, aimed at actively involving parents of students with disabilities in the design and implementation of an inclusive educational process. The article actualizes such forms of interaction between an educational organization and parents as: parent club, training, sports and social projects, child-parent project, consultation. International studies confirm the low level of its formation among the modern generation of schoolchildren. Socio-scientific subjects — history, social studies, regional studies — play a significant role in solving this problem. It is about the ways of solving the designated task in the lessons on these subjects that the article is about. The purpose of the article is to determine the methodological approach and means of forming reader literacy in the lessons on social and scientific subjects in rural school. As a result of the research, a local history approach was identified as a methodology and in its context three competence-oriented educational tasks were proposed, demonstrating the variativeness of the presentation of information in the text (written, graphic), the educational potential of such tasks, their activity orientation. The novelty of the results is determined by the concretization of general theoretical concepts about the formation of reader's literacy as a component of functional literacy in relation to teaching social and scientific subjects. The theoretical significance lies in enriching the methods of teaching history and social studies with knowledge about the pedagogical potential of the local history approach. The practical significance consists in the presentation of samples of educational tasks, a kind of «template models», according to which any teacher will be able to construct author's versions of tasks for the formation of students' reading literacy on another educational content. At the same time, the use of digital technologies has not only positive, but also negative sides, which affects the quality of interaction of all subjects of the educational process. Some aspects of the digitalization of education reduce the psychological comfort of students, parents and teachers. The purpose of this study is to identify and describe the existing difficulties, risks, barriers, major changes and prospects of rural schools in the context of digital transformation, which affect the psychological comfort of the educational environment. Taking into account various risks and negative factors for students, parents and teachers will create psychologically comfortable quality of the educational environment. It is necessary to take into account the content of the learning process and the organizational and communicative conditions of the educational environment for optimal interaction of students with the intra-school and external environment. Psychological comfort is a factor of identification of students with teachers in the educational environment of rural school, which contributes to the development of subjectivity of teachers and students. The condition for ensuring psychological comfort is the use of a variety of pedagogical tools by the teacher. The leading methods of studying the problem were the analysis of pedagogical and methodological literature, regulatory documents, and questionnaires. The scientific novelty of the article material is determined by the fact that an attempt is made to analyze the problems of ensuring psychological comfort in the conditions of the digital educational environment of rural school. Teachers, taking into account these risks and barriers, can find positive aspects and opportunities of «numbers» in the education of rural schoolchildren and create conditions for fully realised learning, student development, pedagogical support and interaction with parents. The authors of the article reveal the content aspects of preparing a future teacher to evaluate students' personal achievements in the context of a competence-based approach. The directions in the preparation of the future teacher for the assessment of students' personal achievements are highlighted, such as: cognitive direction, providing future teachers with special knowledge about the variety of forms and methods of assessing students' personal achievements, the specifics of their application in the educational process, value-motivational direction, forming future teachers' positive motives and values in relation to the process of evaluating students' personal achievements, evaluative and effective direction, forming the practical skills of future teachers in assessing students' personal achievements. The substantiation of the system of assessment of students’ personal achievements is proposed, which should be built taking into account such principles as complexity, content, certainty, openness, objectivity, diagnostics, technology. Assessment methods such as observation, interviews, questionnaires, testing, knowledge of active-game diagnostic techniques and technologies, projective diagnostic techniques and technologies are considered. The advantages of using portfolio technology in solving the problem of the formation of professional competencies of a future teacher in assessing students’ personal achievements are revealed. The need to include all children in the educational process, without exception, makes it relevant to discuss the problem of preparing teachers of rural secondary schools for the implementation of inclusive education. The author of the article examines the training of teachers on the example of one of the rural secondary schools of the Yaroslavl region. The article is presented from the standpoint of the implementation of the requirements for the labor function «Pedagogical activities for the design and implementation of basic general educational programs and adapted general educational programs». It is based on the professional standard «Teacher (pedagogical activity in preschool, primary, general, basic general, secondary general education) (educator, teacher)”. The article actualizes the competencies of teaching staff, which need to be formed to ensure inclusive education, it determines the priority areas of training teachers of rural schools to work in the inclusive educational process: normative; motivational – value; cognitive; procedural – technological; professional and competence. The author describes the components of training teachers of rural schools in the Yaroslavl region to work in inclusive classes: the possibility of mastering special defectological programs of different levels (higher education and master's degree); the possibility of obtaining additional professional education in the form of professional retraining or course improvement of qualifications; internships on the basis of leading inclusive educational organizations; participation in training events at various levels; activities as part of the problem group of the laboratory «Pedagogy of the rural school» of the Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Education at the YaSPU named after K. D. A long way has been done in the Kyrgyz Republic over the past 20 years, but the formation of an inclusive education system is at the very beginning. This is due to many objective reasons; however, one of the most important is the training of qualified personnel, psychological, pedagogical, methodological and moral readiness of educational specialists to work with children with developmental disabilities. This article is devoted to the study of the readiness of teachers of rural secondary schools for inclusive education. The main focus of the study was on identifying the level of personal and motivational readiness, which includes the level of effective empathy, social and pedagogical tolerance, the level of readiness to interact and accept the educational characteristics of children with disabilities and developmental disabilities, especially with mental disabilities. And it was especially important to identify how ready teachers working in rural remote schools are. In the course of the study, such methods as questionnaires and surveys of primary school teachers were used, as well as the focus group method was used.
