Kepok banana (Musa paradisiaca L) and peanuts (Arachis hypogaea L) are local food ingredients that are easily available and processed into RUTF as an alternative to RUTF-WHO.Purpose: Developing RUTF from local food with nutrient density that meets RUTF-WHO standards, and has organoleptic characteristics that are acceptable to toddlers.Methods: Experimental research with completely randomized design with 2 repetitions. The research was divided into three stages, namely developing RUTF cookies with the main ingredient kepok banana flour with variations of peanut substitution 100 grams, 125 grams and 150 grams, nutritional value analysis, acceptance testing using 25 somewhat trained panelists and 20 toddlers aged 2-5 year. Analysis of nutritional value data was tested by ANOVA, the acceptance test of somewhat trained panelists was tested by Friedman and the acceptance test on toddlers was analyzed descriptively.Results: The higher the substitution of peanuts increased the levels of energy, protein, fat, and carbohydrates in RUTF cookies (per 100 grams), however, it could not reach the RUTF-WHO standard. The higher the substitution of peanuts, the higher the distinctive aroma and taste of peanuts, the texture is not too crunchy, and the color is darker. There was no difference in the acceptability of cookie panelists under five RUTF F1 and F2.Conclusion: RUTF Cookies F1 and F2 can be recommended as variations of RUTF. Further research is needed by modifying the amount and composition of ingredients to increase the energy, fat and carbohydrate levels of RUTF cookies. Pisang kepok (Musa paradisiaca L) dan kacang tanah (Arachis hypogaea L) merupakan bahan pangan lokal yang mudah didapatkan dan diolah menjadi RUTF sebagai alternatif pengganti RUTF-WHO.Tujuan: Mengembangkan RUTF dari pangan lokal dengan densitas zat gizi yang memenuhi standar RUTF-WHO, serta memiliki karakteristik organoleptik yang dapat diterima oleh balitaMetode: Penelitian eksperimen dengan desain Rancangan Acak Lengkap 2 kali ulangan. One of the efforts to prevent stunting is performed by integrated health service (Posyandu) cadres with good capacity to provide optimal services at Posyandu. One way to increase the capacity of cadres is by providing education through various training methods and media.Objectives: In this literature review, various types of cadre capacity building methods will be analyzed to find out which method is the most effective and the best to affect cadre capacity.Methods: The analysis of the literature review was carried out by searching for specific keywords through the Google Scholar electronic database from 2019 – 2021 with various inclusion and exclusion criteria. The effectiveness of various training methods was analyzed based on the p-value and the percentage difference between before and after the training intervention. Results: Various types of capacity can be identified as outcomes, including knowledge, attitudes, skills, performance, and self-efficacy of cadres. The combination of lectures with focus group discussions (FGD) and lectures with audiovisual media is the most effective method for increasing knowledge. Meanwhile, lectures with booklets combined with brainstorming and practice are an effective method for improving attitudes and skills of the cadres. Conclusion: Posyandu cadre training strategies in order to increase capacity can be carried out by utilizing various combinations of methods that act as a stimulus for more than one sense, this can increase the ability of Posyandu cadres to receive and understand information related to stunting. Therefore the role of preventing stunting by Posyandu cadres can be maximized.Keywords: Cadres capacity; Stunting; Training methods ABSTRAKPendahuluan: Stunting adalah masalah gizi kronis yang dialami oleh balita di dunia saat ini. Working mothers have enough time for their families. One of which is exclusive breastfeeding for their babies. However, the transition of work patterns to WFH can increase device usage or screen time among working mothers. So, it affects lifestyle behaviors related to physical activity. In addition, the workload during WFH tends to be higher and it affects mothers in carrying out their roles as mothers and employees. Obejective: This study aims to determine the association between screen time, physical activity, and workload among working mothers with exclusive breastfeeding through direct breastfeeding and mixed breastfeeding during the Covid-19 pandemic.Methods: This research was conducted on 27 breastfeeding mothers with≥ 6 months and ≤ 2 years old children. This research design is a cross-sectional study and sampling techniques using purposive sampling. Data analysis using spearman rank correlation. Results: Results reveal that there is no association between screen time (television, laptop or computer, and smartphone) with the breastfeeding method with p>0,05 (p-value = 0.239; p-value = 0.403; p-value= 0.714) and there is no association between physical activity with screen time (TV, laptop or computer, and smartphone) with p>0,05 (p-value = 0.692; p-value = 0.277; p-value = 0.239). But, there is an association between workload and breastfeeding through direct breastfeeding and mixed breastfeeding with p<0.05 (p=0.036). Conclusion:  Screen time and breastfeeding methods have no association. There is also no association between screen time and physical activity. However, there is an association between workload and breastfeeding methods in direct breastfeeding and mixed breastfeeding. Ibu yang bekerja secara WFH cenderung memiliki waktu yang cukup untuk keluarga salah satunya yaitu pemberian ASI eksklusif bagi bayinya. Namun, transisi pola kerja ke WFH dapat meningkatkan penggunaan perangkat berlayar atau screen time pada ibu bekerja sehingga memengaruhi perilaku gaya hidup yang berkaitan dengan aktivitas fisik. Adolescents with obesity and low levels of physical activity, were at risk of having high blood sugar levels. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation between body mass index, percent body fat, physical activity and adolescent blood sugar levels Methods: This research was an analytic observational study with a cross sectional design. The subjects in this study were 27 students at one of the univercity in Central Java with an age range of 18-23 years who were taken by purposive sampling. Blood sugar variables were measured using instantaneous blood sugar measurements with an easy touch glucometer. Body fat percentage was measured using a Bio Impedance Analyzer (BIA). Body weight was measured using a digital scale, height was measured using a microtoise. Physical activity levels were measured using the physical activity level (PAL) recall form. Meanwhile, the data on the characteristics of the subjects were collected through a questionnaire. Data analysis used in this study was Kendall's tau-b, Mann Whitney-U and Independent Sample T-test.Results: The blood sugar levels in this study were all in the normal category. The mean blood sugar level for teenagers is 110.56 ± 21.66. Most of the body mass index (55.6%) of adolescents are included in the normal category. The majority of adolescents have a body fat percentage category of overweight as much as 37% and obesity as much as 37%. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that there was no relationship between percent body fat, BMI, and physical activity with sugar levels.Meanwhile, there was a correlation between age and blood sugar levels (p= 0.012 r=0.380). In addition, there was a difference in the average percentage of body fat for male and female where female have more fat than male.Conclusion: Body mass index, percent body fat, and physical activity are not related to blood sugar levels. However, exclusive breastfeeding is still relatively low to this day. Various factors influencing exclusive breastfeeding include the husband's support, maternal health, and nutritional status.Objectives: This study aims to analyze the history of anemia, history of CED (Chronic Energy Deficiency), and husband's support as risk factors for failure of exclusive breastfeeding.Methods: An analytic study of 60 breastfeeding mothers was conducted to analyze the factors of husband support, history of anemia and CED during pregnancy as risk factors for failure of exclusive breastfeeding. The husband's support and exclusive breastfeeding status were measured through interviews using a questionnaire. A history of anemia and CED can be identified by looking at the records of hemoglobin levels and MUAC (mid-upper arm circumference) in the Maternal and Child Health Book. Data analysis used the Chi-Square and Odd-Ratio tests.Results: The chi-square test showed a significant relationship between the husband's support and the success of exclusive breastfeeding (p<0.001). There was no relationship between the history of CED (p=0.315) and anemia (0.219) with exclusive breastfeeding status. Breastfeeding mothers whose husbands do not support to practice of exclusive breastfeeding are 8.636 times more likely to experience failure in exclusive breastfeeding.Conclusion: Lack of husband support is a risk factor for failure of exclusive breastfeeding.Keywords: Anemia; Chronic energy deficiency; Exclusive breastfeeding; Husband support; ABSTRAK Latar belakang: Pemerintah dan berbagai organisasi kesehatan telah merekomendasikan dan mengkampanyekan pentingnya pemberian ASI eksklusif. Namun, pemberian ASI eksklusif masih tergolong rendah sampai hari ini. Berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberian ASI eksklusif antara lain dukungan suami, kesehatan ibu dan status gizi.Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji riwayat anemia, riwayat KEK (Kekurangan Energi Kronis), dan dukungan suami sebagai faktor risiko kegagalan ASI eksklusif.Metode: Sebuah studi analitik dengan desain kasus kontrol pada 60 ibu menyusui dilakukan untuk mengkaji faktor dukungan suami, riwayat anemia dan KEK selama kehamilan sebagai faktor risiko kegagalan pemberian ASI eksklusif. The consequence was a change in lifestyle and eating habits that strongly supported the populace in order to consume more food.Objectives: The study was to establish the relationship between foods consumed with sugar, salt, and fat intake during covid-19 pandemic in adolescents.Methods: An analytical observational study with cross sectional design. The research was conducted by online with 84 adolescents by simple random sampling in Jepara district. Data on snack consumption habits was obtained through a questionnaire from the Google form application. Data of snack consumption habits was obtained through a questionnaire from the Google form application. Data of snack and sugar, salt, and fat intake obtained through food frequency questionnaire (FFQ). Data were analyzed by chi square.Results: All respondence had poor snack consumption habits 91.7%, with excess sugar intake 89,3%, excess salt intake 66.7%, and excess fat intake 71%. Analyzed results obtained there were relation snack consumption habits and sugar intake (p<0.001), with salt intake (p=0.002), with fatty intake (p<0.001). Konsekuensinya adalah perubahan gaya hidup dan kebiasaan makan yang sangat mendukung masyarakat untuk lebih banyak mengonsumsi makanan jajanan.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan konsumsi makanan jajanan dengan asupan gula, garam, dan lemak pada saat pandemi covid-19 pada remaja.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan secara online dengan metode pengambilan sampel Simple Random Sampling diperoleh 84 remaja usia 10-19 tahun di kecamatan Jepara. Data kebiasaan konsumsi jajan diperoleh melalui kuesioner dari aplikasi google form. Data konsumsi jajan dan asupan gula, garam, lemak diperoleh melalui semi quantitative food frequency questionnaire (SQ-FFQ). Analisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square.Hasil: Sebanyak 91,7% responden memiliki kebiasaan jajan yang tidak baik dengan asupan gula berlebih 89,3%, asupan garam berlebih 66,7%, dan asupan lemak berlebih 71%. Most of the stress experienced by students is caused by intrapersonal, interpersonal, academic activities, and environmental problems. Stress can affect eating behavior, someone who is experiencing stress tends not to eat or otherwise will overeat which has an impact on changes in nutritional status. Eating behavior is not only caused by hunger, but there are also other factors that influence it. Several factors that can influence eating behavior are mood, taste, and personality.Objectives: Analyze the relationship between stress levels and neuroticism personality with emotional eating behavior in STIKes Mitra Keluarga nutrition students.Methods: This research is quantitative research with a cross sectional design. The number of samples is 117 students of the S1 Nutrition STIKes Mitra Keluarga study program who were selected using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Data were collected using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), Big Five Inventory (BFI), and Dutch Eating Behavior Questionnaire (DEBQ). Data were analyzed using Chi-Square test.Results: Most of the respondents experienced a high level of stress (70.1%), had a moderate category of neuroticism personality (63.2%), and experienced a high category of emotional eating (52.1%). The significant relationship between variables is proven by the results of bivariate analysis which shows the p-value of each research variable, namely stress level (0.012) and neuroticism personality (0.016).Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between stress levels and neuroticism personality with emotional eating behavior in STIKes Mitra Keluarga nutrition students.Keywords: Emotional eating; Neuroticism personality; stress level. ABSTRAK Latar belakang: Mahasiswa merupakan salah satu kelompok umur yang banyak mengalami stres. Sebagian besar stres yang dialami oleh mahasiswa disebabkan dari masalah intrapersonal, interpersonal, kegiatan akademik, dan lingkungan. Stres dapat mempengaruhi perilaku makan, seseorang yang sedang mengalami stres cenderung tidak selera makan atau sebaliknya akan makan berlebihan yang berdampak pada adanya perubahan status gizi. Perilaku makan tidak hanya disebabkan oleh rasa lapar, tetapi juga terdapat faktor lain yang mempengaruhinya. This increases the risk of degenerative diseases. Consumption of green coffee affects the incidence of obesity, which can improve body composition, lipid profile, and inflammatory response. Green coffee is defined as coffee beans that haven’t been roasted. Green coffee contains caffeine, trigonellin, and chlorogenic acid. These compounds are widely used for health both in the form of brewed coffee or supplements.Objective: Analyzing the benefits of green coffee to deal with obesity problems.Method: Literature review using research articles in the last 10 years from 4 databases (ScienceDirect, PubMed, ProQuest, and ResearchGate) using keywords: green coffee, obesity, inflammation, lipid profile, weight, BMI. Study selection was based on the 2009 PRISMA Statement and 24 studies were included in this review.Results: In 22 studies, green coffee can improve body composition (weight, BMI, WC, and body fat percentage), lipid profile (LDL, triglycerides and HDL) and inflammatory conditions in human and mice. Nonetheless, there were 2 studies that didn’t show a significant effect of green coffee on reducing body weight and improving lipid profiles in mice and humans. This is likely due to differences in the source or dose of chlorogenic acid given. In addition, green coffee can be used as an anti-inflammatory because it contains pyrocatechool.Conclusion: Green coffee has therapeutic potential because it contains chlorogenic acid, caffeine, and trigonellin which show remedial effects on body composition, lipid profile and inflammatory conditions.Keywords: Anti-inflammatory; Body composition; Green coffee; Lipid profile; Obesity.ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Obesitas merupakan salah satu permasalahan gizi akibat asupan makanan berlebih. Kopi hijau didefinisikan sebagai biji kopi yang belum dilakukan proses pemanggangan. Kopi hijau mengandung kafein, trigonelin, dan polifenol dimana senyawa polifenol yang utama terkandung pada kopi hijau adalah asam klorogenat. Cara untuk mengatasi Covid-19 yaitu dengan peran vitamin C dan D. Vitamin C memiliki sifat antioksidan yang mampu melindungi sel dan jaringan tubuh dari kerusakan oksidatif. Sedangkan vitamin D berperan meningkatkan innate imunity yang akan menghambat aktivitas bakteri Covid-19.Tujuan: Penlitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji artikel tentang suplementasi vitamin C dan vitamin D terhadap imunitas pasien covid-19.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian (ulasan) literatur pada 10 artikel dengan menggunakan database Google Scholar, Pubmed dan Science Direct terbitan tahun 2019-2021. Studi ini diawali penyeleksian artikel  dengan diagram Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic and Meta-analysis (PRISMA). Kriteria yang digunakan adalah artikel yang diakses secara penuh ( full text) dalam format pdf  menggunakan bahasa Inggris dengan kata kunci vitamin C, vitamin D dan Covid-19.Hasil: Literatur review ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 artikel yang terdiri masing-masing 5 artikel tentang vitamin C dan vitamin D. Pemberian suplementasi vitamin C dapat mengurangi gejala, meningkatkan kesadaran dan menurunkan risiko kematian akibat Covid-19. Suplementasi vitamin D berpengaruh terhadap lama hari rawat di rumah sakit, kebutuhan oksigen dan peningkatan serum 25(OH)D sehingga dapat mempercepat penyembuhan Covid-19.Simpulan: Vitamin C berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan sistem imun dan berfungsi sebagai antioksidan. Pemberian MPASI yang tidak tepat akan menyebabkan berat badan kurang pada bayi.Tujuan : Untuk menganalisis perbedaan pola pemberian MPASI antara bayi berat badan kurang dengan berat badan normal usia 6 – 12 bulan.Metode: Penelitian cross-sectional dilakukan di Kota Semarang. Subjek terdiri dari 28 subjek berat badan kurang dan 28 subjek berat badan normal yang diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Variabel yang diteliti yaitu pola pemberian MPASI, tingkat kecukupan zat gizi, dan status gizi BB/U. Data karakterisik subjek dan pola pemberian MPASI meliputi waktu pemberian MPASI pertama, riwayat ASI eksklusif, riwayat ASI saat ini, jenis, frekuensi, porsi pemberian MPASI, dan responsive feeding didapatkan dari wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Data tingkat kecukupan zat gizi didapatkan dari kuesioner food recall 3x24 jam. Berat badan kurang ditentukan dengan perhitungan Z-score BB/U -3 s/d <-2 SD, sedangkan berat badan normal ditentukan dengan Z-score BB/U -2 s/d +2 SD. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square, Independent T-Test  dan Mann Whitney-Test.Hasil: Terdapat perbedaan porsi pemberian MPASI, tingkat kecukupan energi, karbohidrat, dan lemak pada kelompok bayi berat badan kurang dan normal (p=0,001; p=0,013; p=0,036; p=0,021). Tidak terdapat perbedaan tingkat kecukupan protein, riwayat ASI eksklusif, riwayat ASI saat ini, waktu pemberian MPASI pertama, jenis, frekuensi pemberian MPASI, dan responsive feeding pada kelompok bayi berat badan kurang dan normal (p>0,05).  Simpulan: Terdapat perbedaan porsi MPASI, tingkat kecukupan energi, karbohidrat dan lemak antara bayi berat badan kurang dan berat badan normal usia 6-12 bulan.
