The new media literacy of university students is the key to effectively dealing with the massive amount of new media information. However, the new media literacy ability of university students directly depends on the level of their new media literacy education. This paper analyzes and finds out that there are still some problems in the new media literacy education for university students, such as the lack of education environment for social new media literacy, the backward curriculum of new media literacy education in universities, and the lack of learning awareness of new media literacy for university students, and moreover, relevant strategies are proposed in this paper from the social, university and university student levels.","PeriodicalId":164823,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Education (ICAIE)","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123827590","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

By using the time-varying dynamic signal-to-noise ratio as a parameter variable, a single pulse radar angle tracking error solution model is established, which is suitable for the stealth aircraft dual aircraft formation. This paper analyzes the influence of cooperative aerial dropping of dual stealth aircraft formation on the angle tracking error performance of monopulse radar, and concludes for the first time that the angle tracking error of monopulse radar will be reduced when there is no interference in the air bombing of two planes.","PeriodicalId":164823,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Education (ICAIE)","volume":"211 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121090576","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
