However, the ITS services were deployed isolated. The purpose of the EasyWay Project is to involve all the European countries to deploy harmonized ITS services taking into account the European citizen as final In this paper, an introduction of EasyWay project is done, including the ITS concept services and the Deployment Guidelines. A deployment guideline for traffic management and corridors is presented. These matrices describe the vehicle flow between different points inside a region of interest for a given period of time. Usually, dynamic O/D matrices are estimated from link traffic counts, home interview and/or license plate surveys. Unfortunately, estimation methods take O/D flows as time invariant for a certain number of intervals of time, which cannot be suitable for some traffic applications. However, the advent of information and communication technologies (e.g., vehicle-to-infrastructure dedicated short range communications - V2I) to the transportation system domain has opened new data sources for computing O/D matrices. Taking the advantages of this technology, we propose in this paper a multi-agent system that computes the instantaneous and dynamic O/D matrix of any road network equipped with V2I technology for every time period and day in real-time. The implementation was done using JADE platform. Crossing points estimation, speed calculation, study traffic flow, travel time estimation and stopping points can also be provided. The complexity of processing with supplied data volume makes indispensable a less relevant information filtering. This filtering can be done through indicators such as speed or nullity of fields and a performance improvement job in database level using views, materializations, partitioning and parallelism. A web application called MODA has been developed. This application make easier and faster forecasting and Spanish highway maintenance tasks, improving the quality of roads and help to know the reasons for which incidents happens in order to put them a viable solution thanks to studying data and graphics provided. Specifically we see to what extent factors such as gender, age, education level, socioeconomic status, industry, combined and are associated with e-inclusion. Data were obtained from a survey of 4026 residents of Cordoba in 2009, as part of a research project accredited by the Ministry of Science and Technology, National University of Cordoba. The analysis method used is the decision tree classification algorithm based on the CHAID (Chi-Squared Automatic Interaction Detection). The results indicate that the level of education and age are the main factors associated with the e-inclusion, the first being the most critical. In this paper, we propose a model to address the challenge of metric selection for web systems, and illustrate WDMES (Web Development Measurement Expert System) which has been developed based on this model. The research used data form exploratory, quality and quantitative multiple cases. The research allowed determining how much involved hospitals in Sergipe are on the cyberspace and how insignificant the use of available ICT resources was when compared to other economic sectors or countries. It was observed that the sites are mostly used for institutional promotion, when there is a huge range of possibilities to be explored, such online services, appointment scheduling or blogs. Likewise, the issue of accessibility is not considered by hospitals as a necessity and a citizen's right. This paper presents the problem of tutor allocation in distance learning courses, using individual evaluation score criteria in order to maximize the total final score punctuation in the allocation. In this kind of centers, the ordinary training is developed with people with disabilities. Although the availability of adequate supports, the management of the school and the heterogeneity of students requires tools that help in day to day. SIS-M provides tools that supports the basic management of the school, and due to the use of natural language processing tools, ontologies and location in real time, allows that the educator could receive the sugestion of activities that the system considers most appropriate for students in class at all times. It uses different statistic tools to reduce the number of items in the initial survey. We will obtain 22 questions of a total of 40 with the SERVQUAL model, allowing to save time in a future at the moment of realizing the above mentioned survey. Moreover, with the opinions of the different health professionals, many technical and user aspects of the EHRs application will be able to be improved.
