Special focus on the paper is devoted to measure the perception of public servants regarding the social impact of ECtHR decision-making in this area. In more specific terms, the article examines how ECtHR decisions have influenced the initiation of legal reforms and adoption of social policies in order to improve the state of applicability of property rights in Albania. The study highlights ECHR's role in addressing historical injustices related to property confiscations, providing restitution and compensation to affected individuals. Also, the paper assesses the increase in public awareness of legal rights and growing trust in international judicial mechanisms, while acknowledging continuous challenges within the domestic legal system. This paper applies qualitative methods by comparing Gadjah Mada University (UGM) and Sebelas Maret University (UNS). Both have already earned the distinction of being a World-Class University and are currently ranked within the top 500 universities globally. The research findings reveal that UGM possesses a clear vision and mission, positioning itself as a pioneer in pursuing WCU status. UGM has formulated strategies encompass elements such as brand equity, data integration, and internationalization of academic departments. Similarly, UNS has established a vision statement aiming for excellence at the international level and has devised a strategy encompassing achievement orientation, customer satisfaction, teamwork, integrity, and visionary entrepreneurship. By shedding light on the actual condition of UIN Sunan Kalijaga State in terms of program implementation, this research makes a significant contribution towards achieving WCU status by drawing comparisons with international university standards. The researchers reviewed the educational literature concerning the textbook's language integration standards, questions, and evaluation. The research tool (the degree of taking into account linguistic integration questionnaire) was created by the researchers and included the following linguistic integration criteria: vertical integration, horizontal integration, organization, and social aspect. (344) male and female teachers of Arabic were chosen randomly, in the second semester of the academic year 2022/2023 AD, making up (98%) of the study population. The results of the study showed that the degree to which the books of Arabic language book questions for grades four through seven taking into account the linguistic integration criteria was moderate in the books of: Communication Skills, Grammar, and the results did not show that there were statistically significant differences at (?= 0.05) due to the effect of the class in all fields and the total score in the degree to which the questions of Arabic language books (Communication Skills and Grammar) for grades four to seven take into account the language integration standards. Most studies on study behaviors concentrate on medical and nursing undergraduates, with minimal exploration of students from alternative professional domains. This study seeks to discern correlations and notable distinctions between study practices and socio-demographic indicators among college attendees. A comparative descriptive approach was adopted, encompassing 287 students aged 17 to 25 years. The Study Habits Perception Scale served as the assessment tool. Findings reveal that 36.6% exhibit subpar performance in learning orientation, 43.6% demonstrate inadequate organizational skills, and 49.5% struggle with time management for academic tasks. Relationships between study patterns and age, as well as the chosen field of study, are observed. Students aged 21 to 25 exhibit more refined study habits, whereas those enrolled in sociology and health sciences tend to display enhanced proficiency in study methods. It is acknowledged that contextualizing the outcomes within the study's specific framework is imperative, considering socio-economic, motivational, and familial influences on study habits. English seeking to help students develop the four skills necessary for learning English (listening, speaking, writing and reading). For the investigative process, a mixed methodology was used, a pretest was applied, obtaining an average value of 6.3 and once the repository was used with practical activities supported by artificial intelligence tools, a post test was applied with an average rating of 9, demonstrating a very notable improvement which evidenced the improvement of language skills. The 2017 amendments to criminal procedural legislation, now being implemented in judicial practice, have highlighted several challenges that require further examination. This article aims to analyze the criminal order as a new procedural institution in our criminal justice system. The discussion will cover the necessity for amendments in the Code of Criminal Procedure and the inclusion of special trials. It will also examine various aspects such as the prosecutor and court's review of criminal orders, the convicted person's right to object to the approval of these orders, the potential for other special judgments following the rejection of a criminal order request, and practical issues in the implementation of such judgments. In this regard, in the modern world, there is a need for personal awareness of not only the purposes for which socioeconomic processes are carried out but also the value they hold for an individual's self-realization and self-actualization. The article considers three forms of existence of values as a \"model of the proper,\" encouraging a person to engage in their activities. The concept of \"value\" enables a new level of self-determination and the transfer of life meanings to a deeper level of personal significance. The aim of the study is to identify the personal values of teachers as a source of individual motivation that is functionally equivalent to needs. The authors have analyzed the literature on the value nature of teachers, corresponding perceptual attitudes affecting the formation of professional qualities. The article uses the analysis of psychological and pedagogical and scientific-methodological literature on the problem of research, the systematization of scientific provisions, and their generalization. This study employs qualitative analytical methods to provide a comprehensive analysis of the Dutch educational policies implemented throughout this period, examining their objectives, strategies, and impacts on Indonesian society. The Dutch applied a Western-style education system alongside the existing traditional Islamic education, with the dual aims of training personnel for the colonial administration and promoting cultural assimilation. The findings reveal the implementation of a “dual education system”, with Western-style schools using Dutch as the language of instruction and traditional schools teaching in local languages. Over time, the education system evolved, establishing various types of schools, from primary to university levels. However, racial discrimination persisted in access and opportunities, posing significant barriers for indigenous Indonesians compared to their Dutch and Eurasian counterparts. Notably, this study highlights the unintended consequence of Western education nurturing an educated indigenous elite class, many of whom later became driving forces behind the nationalist movement for Indonesian independence. While serving colonial interests of training a loyal workforce and promoting cultural assimilation, the Dutch educational policy inadvertently laid the foundation for the modernization of Indonesia’s education system and the emergence of a new intellectual class. We are bringing to the readers a profound philosophical novel, with a structure and language that spots the codes of life and death, of beauty and love. The Paradise of Geniuses, in its content elaborates a new style of narration, even a special style compairing to all Albanian novels, because the author manages to merge knowledge from other sister fields of literature, which is a very rare phenomenon , or slighty incorporated.
