The ability to face daily challenges lies in possessing personal entrepreneurial skills. Although the current pace of life and uncertainty can affect the management capacity of entrepreneurs, those who have a clear vision and apply their skills can achieve success, thus contributing to the country's development. The study analyzes the entrepreneurial characteristics of entrepreneurs and their relationship with quality management in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) of the Huaycán Industrial State, Lima, using a reliable bibliographic review. The type of study was descriptive correlational with a sample of 91 business people that revealed a strong positive relationship (r = 8.071, r = 13.778, r = 13.998, and R2 = 0.489). These findings provide a solid basis for developing strategies and policies to strengthen entrepreneurial management and quality in SMEs, thus contributing to the sustainable growth and competitiveness of the business sector in the region. \u0000 \u0000Received: 7 February 2024 / Accepted: 21 June 2024 / Published: 5 July 2024

The study included 400 teachers from all disciplines of public education, consisting of 218 female and 182 male teachers. The professional ranks of participants comprised 286 practicing teachers, 66 teachers, and 48 with other ranks. The study identified that 255 participants did not receive training on DLIs. Statistically significant differences between the genders were found at the significance level (??0.05), in favor of female teachers in problem-solving and data analysis. A one-way ANOVA test and Cronbach's alpha were used to measure the statistically significant differences between different variables. The average Cronbach alpha coefficient was 0.986, which is a high value indicating that the questionnaire has a high degree of stability. The study results demonstrated that the transactions of artificial intelligence, innovative educational activities that meet the needs of people with special needs, and cybercrime require intensive and in-depth training so that teachers can optimally use digital innovation applications in the educational environment. \u0000 \u0000Received: 27 March 2024 / Accepted: 30 May 2024 / Published: 5 July 2024

Our research hypothesis is that teaching based on a formal approach may be a didactic failure. The long-term observations of a reduced number of students made it possible to identify various difficulties and conceptual obstacles around the interpretation and the implementation of this notion. The difficulties that obstruct the availability of this object are due mainly to conceptual confusion between the notion of expected value and the notion of probability, others are due to erroneous representations. A quantitative analysis of students' productions showed that the relevance of the formal approach to the interpretation of expected value had no effect on its validity, compared to the intuitive approach which had an impact on its validity. These results thus encourage the adoption of a dialectic: formalism / intuition in the introduction of probabilistic formalism. \u0000 \u0000Received: 7 February 2024 / Accepted: 29 May 2024 / Published: 5 July 2024

This study addresses the situation of the countries of South America in order to identify the relationship between economic activity and macroeconomic stability with the TEA and the established enterprises. For this, data from the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor is used, the period includes 2008 to 2017 due to their availability, and a particular exercise for the Bolivian case. The autoregressive model with distributed delays (ARDL) is used for analysis, with the goal of establishing the short and long-term effects between study variables. The results establish an important relationship between economic activity and macroeconomic stability with early entrepreneurial activity. Showing that in the long-term GDP per capita, inflation and vulnerable employment are positively related to the TEA, however, in the short-term GDP per capita is the only significant variable with the TEA. \u0000 \u0000Received: 2 May 2024 / Accepted: 21 June 2024 / Published: 5 July 2024

SMEs play a crucial role in economic development, particularly in developing countries, contributing significantly to GDP. However, they are vulnerable to external economic factors and regulatory changes. Fiscalization is viewed as a strategy to combat fiscal evasion and promote formalization in the economy. Despite Albania's status as a developing economy with structural and legal deficiencies, fiscalization offers potential benefits. This study focuses on analyzing the significance of SMEs in the economy, their involvement in fiscal evasion, and the transition to fiscalization. Through a questionnaire distributed to SMEs in Durres, we aim to understand their perspectives on the implementation of fiscalization, the challenges they face, and the government support available. \u0000 \u0000Received: 12 March 2024 / Accepted: 28 June 2024 / Published: 5 July 2024

In Latin America, universities play a crucial role in ensuring access to education, providing fundamental human rights, and collaborating to achieve sustainable development goals (SDGs). However, achieving inclusive, equitable, and high-level education in the region is a challenge for governments and states. In this context, sustainable development is being promoted in Peru through higher education institutions. The general objective of this study is to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the integration of the SDGs into the cross-cutting axes of the educational model of a private university located in the northern region of Peru. A qualitative research approach was used, which included interview techniques, observation, and document analysis. The results revealed the need to incorporate the SDGs into the curriculum proposal and the study plan, thus helping professionals develop a vision oriented toward sustainable development and prepare them to face current and future challenges. The inclusion of the SDGs in the educational model will allow the university to fulfill its role in promoting sustainable development in Peru, forming students committed to equity, social justice, and the care of the natural environment. In addition, this integration will promote the social function of the university and its participation in solving problems at both the local and global levels. \u0000 \u0000Received: 17 January 2024 / Accepted: 23 May 2024 / Published: 5 July 2024

A proper understanding of similes in both languages is a bridge to effective communication in the target language when learners have a chance to access extra-linguistic aspects and apply them to develop their linguistic competence considerably. However, due to its close relation with metaphor, in-depth research on simile itself has been somewhat limited and neglected. This paper is devoted to the exploration of similarities and differences between the use of idiomatic similes in English and Vietnamese. Based on the grounds of this contrastive analysis, some recommendations for teaching and learning similes within EFL context will be proposed and discussed. \u0000 \u0000Received: 13 March 2024 / Accepted: 29 June 2024 / Published: 5 July 2024

These subjects are prevalent in the dissident literature of the 20th century, which emerged from the former communist countries. These works represent an effort for the "humane" to survive during periods of moral crises, political repression, and societal hypocrisy. This paper focuses in the comparison of two writers, the Russian M. Bulgakov and the Albanian K. Trebeshina, to exemplify the crucial role of literature in such times. Due to the political and cultural background, there are numerous well-known similarities between Albanian Socialist Realism and Soviet Socialist Realism; yet, there is little research about the similarities between the forbidden literatures. This paper analyses the similarities concerning the crucial topics of dissident literature, while drawing parallels regarding their modern and postmodern literary features. Combining the inductive and deductive methodologies , the emphasis is on comparative literary techniques, textual analysis and interpretation. This comparison contributes to our better understanding and evaluation of the past while also providing a more focused perspective on our future as it is portrayed in literature. \u0000 \u0000Received: 3 May 2024 / Accepted: 30 June 2024 / Published: 5 July 2024
