They can engage in policy-making, lobbying, creating public awareness and practical projects to preserve and present cultural heritage. Civil society also plays a crucial role in shaping national identity and a sense of a country's past and cultural heritage. Through their activities, associations can help disseminate knowledge, raise awareness, and shape national identity. They impact the country's development through their participation in decision-making processes and the development of various projects for the development of cultural heritage. They can promote cultural tourism, create employment opportunities in the cultural sector and contribute to the country's economic growth. Cooperation between civil society associations and public institutions is essential to realize the common objectives of preserving the cultural heritage and developing the country. Experience shows that when there is good organizational and institutional cooperation, the results are more successful and sustainable, but this has yet to cause much interest in the scientific community. This article will focus on describing the role played by civil society in Albania in this process and highlighting some specific features of its participation. The goals and objectives of this study are to (1) describe civil society engaged in the heritage and the interaction between them; (2) describe how the role of civil societies is changing amid ongoing changes; (3) identify trends in the development of cooperation between national institutions of civil society. \u0000 \u0000Received: 26 March 2024 / Accepted: 20 May 2024 / Published: 5 July 2024

This will be achieved through a collaborative learning method that takes into account various activities. The study utilized a survey research design and gathered data from randomly selected seventh grade students and English teachers located in various areas of Jepara district, Central Java province, Indonesia. The research data was obtained by administering questionnaires and conducting interviews. These were divided into two main categories: target situation analysis, which aimed to identify necessities and lacks; and learning needs analysis, which aimed to ascertain preferences for teaching materials. The data that was gathered was then carefully analysed and interpreted through the processes of reducing data, displaying it, and drawing conclusion. The findings indicate that TSA has an average score of 3.1 in necessities aspects, whereas it has an average score of 2.9 in lacks aspects. This implies that teaching materials need to be created or improved. Both students and teachers prefer to have teaching materials and learning activities that focus on local and regional content, as well as the integration of English skills. To conduct further research, development research is needed to develop the teaching materials and test its effectiveness by utilizing comprehensive measures of reading literacy to ascertain its impact. \u0000 \u0000Received: 13 March 2024 / Accepted: 26 June 2024 / Published: 5 July 2024

This article examines the implementation of the Guiding Opinion in respect of abused women who killed their abusers in China. Effectiveness of the implementation of the Guiding Opinion was reviewed through analysis of cases before and after its issuance. This Opinion has given people a deeper understanding of the determination of legitimate defence by elaborating on the issues related to the determination of legitimate defence, but in practice, the opinion has played a limited role in cases of abused women killing abusers, and the status quo of the difficulty of determining legitimate defence has not changed. This is partly attributable to persistent public misunderstandings about legitimate defence and inability of the judiciary to give due consideration to the defendant’s position and her surroundings circumstances. This study recommends specialized training for legal professionals to change their misconceptions about abused women. \u0000 \u0000Received: 7 March 2024 / Accepted: 13 May 2024 / Published: 5 July 2024

The purpose of this research was to determine the digital entrepreneurship profiles of students and to identify the relationship between digital entrepreneurship and quality of life among university students in the year 2022. This study is framed within a quantitative approach of an applied type utilizing a nonexperimental, cross-sectional, and correlational design. A survey was administered to 384 individuals selected using simple random probabilistic sampling. The dendrogram from the cluster analysis enabled the identification of three profiles: cluster 1 consisted of university students in the early stages of development regarding skills and attitudes related to digital entrepreneurship; cluster 2 consisted of highly competent and committed entrepreneurial students in the field of digital entrepreneurship; and cluster 3 included entrepreneurial university students from the city of Trujillo whose profile was exceptionally competent and committed in the field of digital entrepreneurship. Additionally, a significant and positive relationship was identified between the dimensions of Digital Entrepreneurship and the Quality of Life variable. The study contributed to the characterization of digital entrepreneurship profiles, emphasizing the importance of promoting digital entrepreneurship in higher education. \u0000 \u0000Received: 5 January 2024 / Accepted: 6 April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

For this study, a questionnaire with 25 questions with 5-point Likert scale answers was conducted. The face validity of the instrument was established through a focus group and expert review. No identifying information was included in the study, using implied consent. A total of 150 General Medicine students were involved in the research. Students are generally satisfied with the General Medicine program, the presentation, and implementation of the syllabus, criteria, and methods for assessment, engaging students actively, group work, developing theoretical competencies, and assistants supervising clinical practice. Students were less satisfied with the levels of training for workplaces, the inclusion of modern teaching methods, the empowerment of creativity in students, the inclusion of scientific research, and the provision of contemporary and adequate literature. There were no significant differences in responses based on grade point average, but there were some differences based on gender. The study findings provide student input into important decisions at multiple levels of governance, starting within the faculty but with implications for broader national policy. As a critical indicator of quality, these student satisfaction measures provide administrators with a basis of evidence to conduct quality improvement, including implications for academic staff development, curricular reform, and future educational research studies. \u0000 \u0000Received: 7 December 2023 / Accepted: 28 April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

Naipaul presents everything through Salim’s perspective by making him the representative of all the migrants that have to undergo a double tragedy: losing their native country, its culture, and customs and tradition by adopting into the new country. The second tragedy occurs when they no longer are seen as part of this new country, where they have already tried to make themselves fit to the new culture, traditions, and mentally they consider themselves as an integral part of it. Thus, Salim and all the migrants go through this transitional process but with a very high cost: losing themselves, their identity, and the feeling of rootlessness. This paper focuses on the crisis of identity and their existential quest in this never-ending process of transformation toward political democracy and prosperity. \u0000 \u0000Received: 9 February 2024 / Accepted: 19 April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024
