Since the effects of state decisions and strategies regarding the consumption of electrical energy have gained importance in recent years, firstly, we have used the science of system dynamic in order to simulate the electricity residential energy consumption. Major variables and helping variables have been identified in the model and then more basic sub-models have been presented by means of cause and effect relationships and finally the foundation model, which has reached the predefined scope, has been presented and investigated. In this paper, a multi-objective and non-linear model is developed, comprehensively considering the problems above and picking up factors causing airspace congestion and flight delays. Then, a multi-objective genetic algorithm is designed to solve this model. The simulation results based on the operational flight data prove that the model and the algorithm cannot only optimize the departure time and route for each flight within reasonable time-horizon, but also reduce the ATC workload. AVC/H.264 is the latest video coding standard and its I-Frame coding can also be used for image coding. In this paper we compare the coding performance of JPEG2000 and AVC I-Frame coding. First, we discuss the basic techniques of their coding schemes and encoder parameter settings. Second, compressions are performed on images with different resolution and texture complexity. Finally we discuss the experimental results. With principal meteorologic factors that affect soil water, such as precipitation and evaporation, as the input variables and the water content in soil as the output variable, a soil-water prediction model based on BP NN was built. Results show that the BP NN model achieved high precision, with mean absolute error of 0.35 and mean relative error of 11.53%. With matter-elements, reasoning model of Extended Case-Based Reasoning (ECBR), the similar degree between different parts can be calculated seriously. During the configuration design, the solution space of configuration schemes is obtained by the similarity calculation, and then the overall evaluation of similarity and compatible degrees is adopted to form the final configuration scheme. The components of a flight simulator are introduced briefly. To meet the requirements of sound simulation system, Visual C++ and DirectSound API are selected as development software. We discuss the design and implementation of a sound simulation system by using DirectSound. The key technologies in development which include sound source analysis and sound spatialization are analyzed. Sound spatialization (3D sound) technology is especially discussed and is solved by using DirectSound 3D in development.
