Abstract

The paper adopts gray relation analysis to analyze Liaoning Province’s technology and economy synergy development system at first, then build a non-linear differential equation mathematic model of Liaoning province’s technology and economy synergy development system by using synergism and gray system modeling method, and on its basis, we use Runge-Kuta method to simulate the solution of the equation in matlab and we gain the slow variables that are the order parameters of the system by using adiabatic elimination technique. 辽宁省科技创新与经济协同发展系统模式构建
本文首先采用灰色关联分析法对辽宁省科技经济协同发展系统进行分析,然后运用协同和灰色系统建模方法建立了辽宁省科技经济协同发展系统的非线性微分方程数学模型,在此基础上,利用龙格-库塔法在matlab中模拟了该方程的解,并通过绝热消去技术得到了作为系统阶参量的慢变量。研究结果表明:技术创新与经济协同发展体系各要素之间的关系明确,专利授权是辽宁省技术创新与经济协同发展体系的序参量,最后提出了优化辽宁省技术经济协同发展体系的建议。
