In this paper, we aim to integrate the Internet of things and middleware technology together to effectively monitor laboratory environment. Currently, IoT related researches can be classified to three directions: such as Internet-oriented, things-oriented, and semantic-oriented. Afterwards, the structure of the IoT middleware for laboratory environmental monitoring is provided, which contains: Information gateway, Security component, Routing component, Message queue, and so on. The working current of the electric ball valve, the fan and the solenoid valve of the typical actuator and the threshold of the fault diagnosis are analyzed. The results show that: (1) the current threshold of the opening process of the electric ball valve is 0.033A~0.113A, the current threshold of the holding process is 0.01A~0.025A, the threshold of the closing process is 0.015A~0.095A, and the current threshold of the process is 0.002A~0.01A after closing. (2) when PWM is 0%~20%, the characteristic equation of the normal working current of the fan is 0.002x2+0.013x; when PWM is 20%~100%, the characteristic equation of the normal working current of the fan is 0.003x+1.265. (3) the normal working current thresholds of solenoid valves and humidifier are 0.42A~0.51A and 0.44A~0.53A respectively. The system takes test data of college athletes' physical ability as analysis object. It applies data mining technology and solves physical ability index optimization of athletes' physical ability. We introduce principle and method of association rule mining, propose and realize the algorithms which are appropriate for college students' physical index operation analysis. Then, this method will be applied to construct rule tree with specific cases, and to evaluate athletes' physical ability status, obtaining related and valuable physical teaching reference. The optimized intelligent information processing technology of college teaching includes the module of teaching resource information dispatching, the database module and the intelligent information processing module, and the design of the teaching resource information scheduling model of universities and colleges. The adaptive feedback equilibrium configuration method is used to optimize the allocation of teaching resources in Colleges and universities. Based on the fuzzy partition scheduling method, the intelligent processing of teaching information in Colleges and universities is carried out. The access model of the university teaching resources distributed large database is constructed, and the university teaching large database access and information retrieval are adopted by the driver configuration program. The intelligent information processing technology is used to optimize the teaching methods of colleges and universities. It adopts ZigBee technology to solve PV module monitoring and mainly studies its communication network. Through ZigBee network and based on multi-hop distribution network, the data acquisition node initially verifies networking scheme. Then, by modeling analysis of the inverter, this paper puts forward double-loop control strategy of grid-connected current. This control strategy ensures inverter output current is stable sine wave in high quality and provides important assurance for photovoltaic grid-connected power. In order to improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis, a method of fault diagnosis for power system based on neural network algorithm is proposed. The multi sensor quantization fusion method is used to carry out electricity. The transmission distribution signal in the power transmission link layer is extracted from the power system, and the transmission distribution signal is decomposed and the association rules are excavated. The spectral analysis model is used to extract the spectral characteristics of the transmission information of the power system, and the fault diagnosis and fault type identification are carried out according to the spectrum difference. The power system fault features are classified and identified by neural network learning algorithm to realize the optimal diagnosis of power system fault.
