Therefore, in this paper, we proposed a novel and efficient university administration management information model. To design an effective information system, we utilize the B/S mode to develop the proposed system. In particular, B/S structure refers to a type of three layers of distributed system, which includes Web Server, database Server, and application Server. Next, the proposed system is able to be used for the administrative departments at all levels to use the requirement and realize the office network and information network. This article adopts SSH2 frame-based B/S framework, and discusses a set of reliable, feasible and expansible system design and realization possibility of college students' entrepreneurial resource base. Meanwhile, it analyzes the involved key modules during construction and offers solutions intensively. This bridge has main span of 2 × 132m, and it is tower-girder consolidation system. The finite element model is established using Midas/civil software to calculate and analyze the bridge's behavior in construction and service status. The calculation includes the force calculation of the main girder, the central pylon and cables; also includes cracking resistance and stiffness checking computation of main girder in the serviceability limit state, the stress checking computation of the main girder, the central pylon and stay-cables also in the serviceability limit state. Calculations results prove that the bridge's static force performance meets the specification requirements both in the construction and service status. Firstly, the equipment parameters are summed up, and then two kinds of states covering normal and abnormal situations are determined. After feature learning, self-encoding network is used to obtain new features which can characterize the deep feature of the data. Then the tagged data extracted from monitoring equipment are applied to train the prediction classifier which is the combination of deep belief network and softmax classifier. The deep belief network is composed of limited Boltzmann machine as well as BP network. BP network is used for parameters adjustment. IAI finished wire rod electric cylinder is selected for the electric cylinder, and the driver is selected with its matching pulse stepping type driver. C8051F340 single-chip microcontroller is adopted as the controller. During the cylinder movement, the single-chip microcomputer reads the output of the encoder through the serial port to calculate the position and speed, and completes its own motion control according to the task requirements. An infrared transmitter and three receiving tubes constitute a position detection and tracking system. The tracking side microcontroller collects the voltage on the photoelectric receiving tube through AD, calculates and measures the exact position and motion direction of the tracked side in real time, and completes the tracking control according to the task requirements. Front-end adopts the currently latest HTMLS technology and Bootstrap framework so that system has effective compatibility and platform crossing to provide unified experience for useless devices. The system establishes role authority control-based system and associates content to corresponding roles through detailed role distribution of content so the development of system business logic is more standardized.
